Donna the manager did an amazing job with my wifes hair. However, the lady who cut and styled my daughters hair refused to listen to anything she said. My daughter asked for a certain style cut and the lady told her it was too short for her type of hair and refused to cut it that short. My daughter explained she normally has it thinned out as well and asked for that. Again, the lady refused. Finally, my daughter was talking about how she was getting ready to start cosmetology school and the lady then started telling her not to do it. She went on to say how expensive it was and how little she makes (refuse to listen to the customer and of course youre not going to make much) and was very discouraging.My daughter likes her haircut but its not as short as she wanted and not thinned out like she wanted. Were basically going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Total waste of money.

I enjoy going to this Supercuts. It is close to home, and the stylist are great and work expeditiously.

Had my cut with Dora today. She did a good job. My only concern was lack of masks for employees and customers. I want them to be safe so they can continue to serve the community. This county has a low vaccination rate and could put them at risk if not vaccinated. Dora was friendly and listened. Su was a bit direct when I first arrived but her customers did seem to enjoy their conversations with her too. Their computer seemed to be glitchy. Might need a replacement soon.

Went in for the first and last time. Woman screwed up my hair so bad it will take several haircuts in several months to fix. Will never again go here for a haircut no matter how bad I need it cut.

Worst haircut of my life! I went in for a business cut because I had an important meeting the next day. I left looking more like a circus freak. The lady cutting my hair actually gave up and asked her co-worker to try and fix it. But he made it even worse by shaving part of my head without even asking me for permission. They finished me off by putting so much product in my hair that I couldnt tell just how bad it was, and I reluctantly paid.They had left bald spots on the back of my head where they gouged my head with clippers. I had long hair when I walked in and expected to be looking more business but what I got was having to wear a hat for the next few months, to cover it up. Ive had several comments asking me what happened to my hair.I will never go to this place again. For that matter I will probably never step foot in another supercuts. By the way I am an ex-licensed cosmetologist.

Ive been getting my hair cut with Brandi for almost 2 years now. I am pleased with my hair trimmings and growth. Last week I tried something new and allowed Anahi to wash and blow dry my African American salt and pepper gray hair. My hair bounced and behaved all week, so I went back today and had Brandi to do the same. Thank you all for your careful approach to using the right products that keeps my hair bouncing and behaving.

Its a little pricey at $20 for a basic clip haircut but they are clean and nice and I like it.

This is my 2nd time going to get a cut in year.Always clean and theres a friendly staff.

I booked online for 10:30 am today at this location. While the site does state there may be a wait, it did show 0 customers ahead of me. I arrived to the location 10 minutes early. There is one associate attending to a woman. I let her know I have a 10:30 and she said it will just be a short while. Om I can wait. Fast forward 29 minutes and shes still on the same person, talking about dogs and mattresses and what not, and she couldnt tell me this short while was more like half an hour to 45 minutes? Thats too long. I called Tony & Guy and I have an appointment with them in an hour. Hey at least Ill get in with them before I would ever over here.That is a lack in professionalism.

The lady turned me around telling me she could not cut my hair if it was not straighten out.

I called first to see if they were able to work with African American hair. The guy said yes sure. When I got there the lady that worked on my hair clearly did not know what she was doing. And cut a lot of my hair instead of trimming it. Then their prices are much higher than other locations. I definitely will not be going back to this location.

Update: After contacting call support, representative recommend to go back to location and talk to store mananger. Store manager personally took care of the required touch ups. And got me to better look.Five stars to the store manager.First experience:My hairstyle never looked so bad. The lady trimmed my ear hairline uneven. More on left side and less on right. Upon asking to fix it she just run into trimmer and messed it up more. Never going this location again. Skill up Supercuts.

Worst service ever!!! The area manager refused my haircut at 5:55pm saying they close at 6. I explained I just needed a simple trim on the sides as I am flying out of town. She said no again. As i turned to leave she laughed at me!!! I looked back and she said even if we did cut your hair it would be a 15 minute wait. I thought it was her reconsidering. I said that would be great and thank you. Before I could finish the thank you she then said. No! Again. Stating and I quote you would really be inconveniencing us. I said okay, you didnt have to guilt trip me. To which she scoffed at me and said you were guilt tripping me by telling your story. I swallowed my pride tucked myrail and left. I am not one to normally complain, even now I am upset with myself just for typing this. But this I feel was uncalled for.

Yes I would see the attitude from the other staff especially from the brunette because she does not do well with kids but our hair dresser was awesome!

Awful experience, my hair was so warped after I made the mistake of getting my hair cut at this facility my sibling who went with me has scrapes and cuts all over the back of his neck where the woman cutting his hair smashed the clipper onto his skin. If you have the means I highly recommend paying the little bit of extra money to go to a PROFESSIONAL solan such as Floyd’s 99

I received a bad hair cut here, what was to be a simple cut turned out poorly, rather than blending it nicely it appeared squared. After explaining this before i left the chair, the employee was unable to make it look any better, nor did she express concern over her inability/skill to repair, although she was polite.

Shout out to Larissa. I followed her from the Irving store (shes the manager here now). Wonderful woman very nice easy to talk to easy to get along with professional cuts. People complain about waiting but honestly it depends on the customers not everything is perfect (Ive worked customer service so I understand this pretty well).I know as long as I live in the DFW area Ill be going here (and probably only to Larissa; sorry nothing against anyone else Larissa was the first to cut my hair in Irving and I just stuck with her haha)

I called before I came and they told me they weren’t busy. I show up not even two minutes later and had to wait 15 minutes. Then my daughter told me she had to use the restroom and someone was in there for a long time so I asked if we could go to another close by and I’d be back. I was gone for literally less than a minute and they took someone who JUST WALKED IN and had the nerve to tell me “she won’t be long”I’ve always gone to the Supercuts by me but they closed. I think I’ll be finding a new place to get my hair done. Not worth it. Unprofessional.

Great cut recommended this great product for my curly hair, that I really love.

I have 3 boys, lisa cut my youngest sons hair and did a fantastic job but unfortunately the other lady that did my other 2 boys hair did not do a good job at all and her attitude sucked but i went back the next and had lisa fix one and ashley did the other one. They are amazing!! Super sweet ladies, my boys loved them. We are definitely going back to these 2 ladies!!!

Pretty Good Place to get A Hair Cut!

Ive been coming here to get my haircut, but today is the worst haircut I ever had. The person who cut my hair was in a hurry, all over cutting here and there, uneven and worser than I started with... wish I didnt get a haircut !!!! At all.

Extreme wait times and very slow service. They tell you the wait is 15 mins but it ends up being 45 mins. They have no idea how to cut hair with curls or bangs. Just not worth it.
