Went to get my nails done like I do every two weeks here . Normally I have no problem, but today there was. I thought sns was normally 35 dollars but didn’t realize the price went up to 40 ( they said it was always 40 ) w.e, I gave the lady 40 dollars, After I gave her the 40 dollars she’s looking at me basically like where’s my tip!!! she didn’t even give me a massage after my nails was done and there was a dot on one nail I told her about but didn’t really do anything to it. If u want a tip soo bad I gave her one dollar because she didn’t deserve one. I always tip them good anyways when I’m there but today their mad because I didn’t tip her… my money is not going anywhere near this establishment again. My last time coming here

I got my nails done and they looked terrible. The nails are too wide and thick. Honestly it looks like a little kid did them. I was told I would have to pay $25 to get my nails fixed because they already put gel polish on. I shouldn’t have to pay anything for poor work whether the nails were polished or not. Won’t ever go back there again.

Jessie is a gem. And her staff are pleasant. The only place I go to get my nails done. I use SNS now and they are very good at applying it.

The only salon I go to: I go once every 3-4 weeks for regular gel manicure ($25) and regular pedicure( $15) - amazing prices, mini massages included are amazing and the staff is very friendly and considerate! Cindy is my favorite but Ive had service from others at this salon and the service is still amazing. Quick wait times and you can get exactly what you asked for !My nails have never been damaged and I plan to keep it that way so I will only go to this salon. Every visit is a relaxing experience !

Been going here for a couple years very over priced.Gel manicure was $35.They just changed the price recently. I went back and found a nice girl Bella she does a good Pedicure and massage.However,I do not like how it feels like they are talking about you.Not kind or professional.

Very disturbing and uncomfortable experience. I felt rushed the whole time. Instead of the tech using her words she would just grab or tap my hand. I told her that i wanted regular polish with a gel top coat and she told me she didnt have time. (I had an appointment not to mention) Very rude and unhelpful salon. I wont be returning. And since when is it $6 more for lengthy nails and $3 more for quick dry top coat?? Nope!

The nail tech paid alot of attention to detail. My nails came out perfectly.

This place is fantastic. Ive been going here for a couple of years and the staff is very professional, they do an amazing job, and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Want to waste your time? Then this is your place. Made an “appointment” to then sit and wait for 45 mins for Jessi (the nail tech who was so recommend to me by a close friend) for her to then tell me she only has time for a full set not for the pedicure anymore?! I even called an hour before my appointment to confirm, I am not getting anything done for free the least you could do is be honest and say you don’t have time! But have me sit and wait 45 mins for no reason is unacceptable!

Completely horrible! They had me waiting for 30 minutes just to tell me that I couldn’t be taken! They rush their clients and get angry! They charge more than what they say! Will never come here again!

They did a wonderful job on my nails. The wait was a bit long but it was the weekend. But I took off one star cause a mouse ran across the floor. One of the guy nail techs STEPPED ON IT! EWWWWW!

Rude, nasty, misinformed the customers, don’t know what their talking about, the only ones who k ow their job is silver n manny, not even the owner knows the industry, n her husband is lost in his on world.Don’t waste ur time n money. The lady that seats next to manny close to the door, u ask for a specific style or shape she said she knows what u want, I had to cut my own nails short because she messed them up not knowing what she was doing.That places it’s a completely disaster!!!!!

Everyone is great here but I just love the way the way Jesse does my nails and shes the best in doing eyebrows.

5 nails fell off within the first week! I paid $85 for a gel full set with gel color and a pedicure with callus. I called and they said they would have to inspect my nails to see how they were broken before they decided how much I should pay for repairs! I live in Vermont. I cant afford to come back just for repairs and still get charged. Please avoid at all cost

They do such an amazing job on nails but yesterday i went and had gotten my eyebrows waxed, completely horrible job . My eyebrows are so uneven.

I got a gel manicure and when I went to remove it I had a whole on my nail they refused to accept it was there fault and said I had a nail fungus which is false..took a while for my nails to get back to normal it totally thinned my nails down really bad and made them weak..wont be going back
