HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Those are my nails after 1 week. 1WEEK!!! The lady at table 6 did it and it’s peelings and changing colors. I will never come back here ever again

Really disappointed… I called to see if I could go in today and they told me to go without a doubt… I was in and out in 15 min. Lady burnt me several times with the drill, didn’t clean my nails nor shaped them, I’ve been here for years and I don’t plan on returning. I shouldn’t have left a tip.

I called this morning to get a SNS powder with yumi, and she was able to fit me the same day. Great customer service and clean all of the staff is friendly. Will definitely come back. My nails came out amazing.

Tracy used to be my nail girl but then she left so I desperately needed a regular. I got my nails done by Li Li and knew she I was getting the best. I cant let just anyone touch my nails. Ive had nail techs touch my nails that burned my nails down to the skin and cut my nails too short and it just wasnt good. Sometimes its not the nail salon its the nail tech. Yumi is amazing and she will always fix what someone else messed up because I have come to her with issues and discreetly let her know when I was unsatisfied because it is EXTREMELY unnecessary to cause a scene like I have seen many people do.

Got a pedicure here on a whim as it isn’t my neighborhood. They were so great. Amazing service, great message, very kind, clean. Would definitely come back here.

I’ve given this place for chances and each time I go I get disgusted of how unsanitary their tools are the nail clippers are. It had a little bit of rust and the cuticle clipper definitely at least two that I’ve seen have rust stains on it.What really did it for me was the guy that was doing my nails stood up to look for something SCRATCHED his BUTT and then proceeded to sit back down and continue with my Gel Manicure is a big NOO WASH YOUR HANDS Please!!!

I’ve been coming here for several years✳️ Copiague is not exactly the easiest place to find a good nail place especially if you do anything other than gel manicures. The new owner Yumi is pleasant and does FANTASTIC nails. I recommend having appointments but they accept walk ins at times

They did a great job with my gel nail and pedicure... I also got my lashes done and get tons of compliments from them... Will come here again

I’ll start with positives, I’ve been going here on and off for 12 years since I moved to area. Sometimes a wait and the Spanish lady is extremely friendly! Friday afternoon I go in with my daughter and waited at the chair a really abnormally long time. After taking other people who walked in after us the lady starts my daughters toes for her pedi... I’m still sitting there feet draped in an empty bucket. They finish my daughter and I’m STILL sitting there!!! Worst experience at a nail salon!!! I got up and paid for my daughter who was done and had to go up the block for a pedi... they were more than happy to have my business. I rated 3 for all the other times I didn’t have a problem but this was a major eff up and I’m done going here now after Friday!!

Usually have no problem but last time I had my nails done using their polish it started chipping off in 4 days.

Its been my go to place.. always get a good pedi here. During the week usually no wait. It gets busy on weekends though! Hard working staff, service with a smile.Last visit I inadvertently left my debit card at home. As I was getting ready to leave to go get my card the owner told me not to worry. Instead of asking me to come back another time I received the pedicure I came in for. Went straight home and back afterwards to pay for the service. For that reason im giving them an xtra star!

Great new owners, personal touch, comfortable atmosphere, everyone says hello and goodbye, always pleased with my mani-pedis!

Once again they disappointed me I ask for square and they made them round they don’t listen.. they also do not take off the acrylic that is lifting.. you have to tell them or they will just fill it in and you will have to go back in a week to fix whole nail. But when u say that it lifting they all start talking in there language As if I didn’t knew they where talking bout me... I’m done with this place

I just moved to the area and was recommended to this nail salon, after being very disappointed by others. This will definitely be the place for a long time.

I went their and I asked for nail and gel but they didn’t listen they just rushed . And they didn’t even check it . My hands looked like a 5 year old painted it . Worst salon I don’t recommend this

Terrible service ... my nails look terrible ! Tracy was unfriendly and rushed me out !!! No one even said anythibg back to me when I said thank you ... Was looking for new place to patron and definitely will NOT come back here!!!
