They did a good job on my nails, but some of the staff members are rude.

This place is amazing. Fantastic selection of colors and styles. Jin super quick and efficient with my eyebrow wax and my nails have never looked better. I have ingrown toenails and she handled it like a champ. Feet have never felt so soft.

Always a pleasant visit. Very relaxing and comfortable. Always confident in their sterilization/cleansing protocol.

Only go if your in a hurry.They rush.

I had my toes done by a lady with brown highlights and gray hairs she rushed through my whole massage did my acrylic toes crooked and left parts of the toe not even painted . Completely disappointed.

Beware. They rushed through my manicure, no soak, no file, no lotion and no hot towel. When it came time to pay for my regular manicure/pedicure nothing extra she told me the price was $19.00 Which makes sense $7 manicure $12 pedicure. when I presented a gift card the price went up to $29 ??? MAKES NO SENSE. Scammers. Never coming here again.

Cindy was assigned to do my nails. She was rude, constantly talking to her coworkers in her native language. I thought to myself that I will never come back here again for the way she made me feel. When it was time to put the top gel on she literally rushed through it by missing areas of the nail. I had to tell her that she was going too fast. I left and had to return because I noticed that the gel was bubbled and uneven. She had the audacity to tell me that it was fine. Never ever again will go there! They are rude and not welcoming or polite. I am the easiest person with a very friendly disposition, I guess they take advantage of people like me.

Did a really bad job with my Nails, I asked for long oval nails and got short uneven nails the color is horrible cut my cuticles so bad I was bleeding ... the glue was dripping down my fingers that it got stick to my sweater

Been going to this location for 7 years just learned today the owners have changed and all the old employees have either been let go or left. Not trying to post a negative for the new owners but if it wasnt broken what was there to fix was very happy with the people that were there before wish you good luck but I will not be coming back

My first visit was beautiful. May was very friendly and suggested nail polish that would go great with my complexion.Very clean spa everyone was very friendly. Will be returning back.. and letting others know and the prices are reasonable.

Each time I go in for a Regular Pedicure, I am welcomed and treated with courtesy. The chairs are comfortable, the music is soothing and the TV, usually showing food shows, is on mute. The pedicure includes both lower leg massage and, when it is time for sitting to dry the polish, a shoulder massage as well. Well worth the time and money.

I have been going there for years. They do a great job prices are reasonsble and they are very attentive. Always clean and staff is friendly not standoffish like other places

Been here a few times to get my toes done! Today Kayla did my pedicure and OMG BEST PEDI EVER! Definitely dont plan on going elsewhere again!! Highly recommend her.. shes really give you a pedicure and her action to detail. Just outstanding!!! Feet looking

Thid place is great! They always have plenty of staff to accommodate you. They have a private room in the back where i had my whole bridal party go before my wedding. All staff does a great job, been going here for at least 5 years and Ive never been disappointed. My mom wants to go here everytime she comes in from florida

Had the worst experience . Yes I bite my nails and they are short, but when my nails we put on, they made my nails look like so chuncky gel and the shape was terrible! My nails were sticking upward . Went back the next morning, they didn’t want to fix it right away, though because I live far and I was going away few hours later, she redid it. Second time around was THE SAME! They made me pay $85 for a gel set!!!! Neverrrr Again!! Though I will say, the place is very clean and they are nice people. Just if you have short short nails, it’s not the place to go.

I do not understand the negative reviews I am seeing - I have been going to this place for pedicures for years and always had a pleasant experience. Fair pricing, leg massage and a short shoulder rub are included. Soothing atmosphere, very comfortable automated massage chairs, friendly staff, although communication sometimes can be a bit difficult.
