I absolutely love this nail salon!! Everyone is always so welcoming and professional.. very punctual and they do an amazing job! Been coming here for 3 years and they never disappoint with amazing service!

Cannot speak highly enough of this nail salon! Been going here for 2 years, but from the second you walk in they are so welcoming it feels like youve been coming here forever. Penny always does such a beautiful job, but everyone there is amazing.

First time going, I called for an appointment and they were immediately welcoming, gave me details on my appointment. They even send a reminder text, with the address and the details of your appointment. When I arrived they greeted me by my name and they are all so welcoming and polite. They break down the price upfront and let you know so there are no surprises. I think the prices are completely worth it because I noticed they went above and beyond with little details to ensure my nails would last, and you could definitely tell they cared. Will definitely come to them from now on. It was a great experience.

This was my first visit. I got a full set of UV gel extensions and an eyebrow wax/shape/cleanup. The staff are polite, professional, and the salon is neat and clean. The manicure came out beautifully thanks to the technician Alex and Im looking forward to my next visit!I also opted for an eyebrow service which I believe was done by Jennifer. She did a lovely job and it hardly hurt as compared to previous waxing services at other salons.

Very bad experience. I tried explaining the nail shape I wanted ( just narrow) and they wouldn’t even listen to me and acted like I was not speaking clearly. I walked out because they made it seem like I was asking for too much. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I don’t recommend.

Jen/Alex and the whole team are amazing! I can’t go back to my old nail salon because they treat me so well! Lol Try their Egyptian Gold spa pedicure! I’m so picky with my nails and they always look amazing!

Clean, quick, and polite. Only complaint is not all of the nail techs can preform all nail styles/trends (marble, ombré, etc.) but if you call ahead I would think they will arrange a tech for you but it’s harder as a walk-in as I found out today. I paid $70 (including 2 tips one for the mani tech other for the pedi tech) for SNS fill in and a regular spa pedi even though it’s not what I originally wanted, although my nails came out better than I expected and my toes don’t look bad either. Now to see how long they last & I’ll update my review.... I think I found my new go-to place that actually gets the job done right and doesn’t break the bank! If you live near by or just looking for a good salon this is it, I approve and recommend 🙂💅🏼💃🏻👜

Ive been looking for a go-to salon and I finally found it. They are professional, very clean and super helpful. They make sure your manicure is exactly how you want it and they are always smiling! The only nail salon ive been going to for the past 4 months and every single time they do an exceptional job!

Been going here for almost a year and they have always been nice to me and I was happy with the cleanliness of the place which is why I chose to go here in the first place. I have also recommended this place to my friends and family and they all got service from here. However, my last visit was a little disappointing in many ways in that the girl who did my nailS did not do what I asked her to . I knew she did not understand English but she also did not bother to ask someone to translate. I asked for oval shaped file but she did it square.I also asked her to cut my nails short but she did not make them short enough for me .Also, I would think being their loyal customer so far I would get a free gel Polish removal especially when I m getting a new service but the the boss mentioned that I would need to get gel polish again in order to get it removed for free . That was a disappointment as I m not really getting the service I deserve anymore. I m not sure if I will be going back or not.

My long search is over for my go to nail salon. This place does an exceptional job every time. They really go out of their way to make sure you are happy with their work. They take pride in what they do over quantity, which says a lot. They are very clean and professional. Yup, I’m here to stay bc I am a perfectionist and these guys are it for me!

I live about an hour away but I come in whenever I can! Worth it for a place that I know will do a great job every time and genuinely care what your nails look like. Price is a little higher than average but its worth it for better quality service

Ok so I have been looking for a new nail salon because I needed someone who was able to do the lasted trends and very professional. I found the salon on a google search. I read their reviews and some people had mixed emotions about the place. The salon prices are higher then what I use to pay at my other salon but I have to say you pay for what you get and Alex did a Phenomenal job on my nail. Your paying for quality work. Not all nail techs can do designs they constantly say “oh no” I can’t do that and some just know how to do standard lines but not Alex He was able to do the picture I showed him. He was very focused on detail.Staff was Very friendly. Salon very clean.The salon hours are great for my schedule.Thank you Alex 💕

First time here and I loved it. Super friendly, super clean and so well furnished. Definitely make sure to make an appointment though to avoid long wait times.I have horrible short bitten nails and they were still able to make my nails look amazing for Christmas! I even requested a specific design I saw on Pinterest and they did it close to exact.

Took me a long time to find a great nail salon. The service is wonderful!! Lots of different types of nails. Love it, love it, love it.

My experience at the nail lounge started off well but ended badly. I live in the community and I saw a new nail salon so I tried it. Through my experience they only have two nail techs that actually really know how to do nails...Annie & the co-owner husband. So of course those are the only two individuals I wanted to do my nails. I started having problems making an appointment with them, they were always booked. I guess I’m not the only one found out who can really do yours nails without having to instruct how your nails supposed to be done. I tell you it’s a bad feeling when you pay your hard earned money to a professional and they need guidance themselves. Anyway the owner wife started to become very rude in making appointments because she didn’t like the fact I wanted certain individuals to do my nails. I experienced walking in the establishment to make an appointment and she told me she was to busy to make an appointment. The place wasn’t even busy and if it was this is how you treat your long term customers (poor customer service). I heard other people in the community complaining that they can’t even make an appointment with a certain nail technician as well. So unfortunately I had to stop going an I found a excellent nail salon that knows how to treat their customers and actually don’t over charge as well.

Penny is the best! She talked me out of my normal nude pink nails and into white and I love it! I can always trust her to give me the perfect shape, take her time and suggest what would look best for my nails : ).

Today was my first time coming and I am so glad I did. I received the best pedicure ever, the ladies really took their time and catered to me. The place seems clean and up- to- date, the staff was friendly and my massage was incredible. Also, I was very pleased to see a sign on the wall asking to be quiet. This means a lot to me since I go to relax and dont like to hear other people talking on their phones and such. Also, there was soft music playing and although tv was on, it was silent. I truly enjoyed being at peace. Definitely will come back. Thank you to all and especially Lisa (gel pedicure and massage) and Helen (beautiful gel manicure).

Simply The Best and Truly Amazing!!I have been going to this salon now for months. The customer service, attention to detail and courtesy to their clientele is unlike anywhere else I have been. The gel nails are magical, strong, do not chip or pop up (I am rough on my nails) on the edges. They are natural looking and feeling. A fabulous selection of both gel polish, weekly polish and powder. The Spa Pedicures are great as well. Be back in July, see you soon.

I think the girl that did my pedicure was new, she didnt really rub the scrub thoroughly, she quickly applied it very softly and rinsed it out. She did not clean my nails properly, I could still see red nail polish in my nails after she was done cutting and cleaning my toe nails. I also had to ask her to cut the corner of my toe nails because she had not done it. The massage part was good and she was very nice also.

Amazing service and amazing techs who are very helpful when you’re not sure about a design. Their service are worth every penny. They just celebrated their 1 year anniversary! All of the ladies and gentleman are talented. Their service is impeccable. Def recommend!!!

I absolutely love this place! It’s so beautiful inside the place! Jennifer at the front counter is an absolute sweetheart! She makes you feel acknowledged, comfortable and happy when you are there! And then there is Alex. Alex is a beast at all nails (sns powder, acrylic with gel color, etc.)!!!! He definitely does nails the best I have ever had!! You tell him how you like them once and every time your nails will be the way you like them filed and shaped and just perfectly done!!! I would recommend this place to anyone who appreciates amazing nails and wonderful service!! Love love love this place!!!!

Great service! Been coming to nail & lounge for about a year now and I love it! Everyone is extremely nice. Alex is awesome my nails always look great when I leave. Would never go anywhere else after finding this gem of a nail salon.

Worse nail experience I’ve ever had. One of my nails was messed up from a previous salon so I asked the women’s to cut this dark spot off and she said no she would have to redo the whole nail. Since I had picked a sheer color I had to get a different one (the dark spot would be very visible) My nail tech got annoyed at at. I wanted rhinestones added which I said when I booked the appointment. I was told $5-10 per nail which I was okay with. When the time came it was all of a sudden $15 and I just wanted a few on 2 nails. So now I’m stuck with a color I didn’t even want and nothing on my nails and I paid the $55 which is usually what you would pay for a full set.

I drove an hour and half to this location based on it’s great reviews. However I was turned down because they had too many appointments. Two nails techs had customers and no one getting a pedicure. The gentleman I spoke with was doing a wax. I was really upset because they wouldn’t accept me as an walk nor asked if I had the time to wait, just in case the appointment didn’t show up.This is a response to the owner, however you tried to make me out to be a customer with an attitude or in a rush. Which I am not. I had plenty of time to wait, unfortunately your staff didn’t handle the situation correctly, if they wanted my business he could’ve said you can wait if you like if an appointment doesn’t show up and I could have made that decision for myself. He could also booked an appointment for another day, but none of that happen. If I drove almost 2 hours clearly I had time.Sorry that you felt a certain way about my review. My review still stands.P.S.Your website doesn’t say make an appointment or appointment preferred.

Super clean, professional salon owned and operated by husband and wife who complement each other perfectly. The atmosphere including the jazz music is relaxing and inviting. The nail techs are well trained and perfectionists. They treat the customers with respect and courtesy as well as offer sound advice as to the colors and products. And wow, so many colors to chose from! Try to go when its not too busy, but if you cant I suggest making an appointment and be on time! When word gets out about the quality of this nail salon it will be difficult to get in. If you have to wait to be serviced, its worth it, you will want to come back again and again.

Although this salon does a decent job on your nails, you will pay three times what other salons are charging. Everything is an add on price, such as stones, designs, and ombre. Your fill in will cost upwards of 70$$ or more! Come on for a fill in. There are tons of other great salons on the same block, be smart with your money before you sit in this salon! They are out to make huge profit off of their clients. Not cool!!!

So far BEST nail salon Ive ever used and Ive tried many many nail salons just to wind up being disappointed. Absolutely AMAZING customer service and the staff actually speak decent English that you can understand and hold a conversation. Employees go above and beyond what a typical salon will do. Salon is about 15 min away from my house but Im willing to drive. I got a full acrylic set and used the owner who is very meticulous and paid attention to detail. Very happy will be returning.

Today I got a full set with Peter. He did an amazing job. I wasnt rushed and he made sure each nail was perfect. I already made my 2 week appointment. Love my nails!! Im so happy!

I go there for long time and I was satisfied, but just one day when (I guess) the wife of the owner wasn’t there, her husband was so rude. I made appointment and show them exact picture with design from THEIRS instagram and ask for the same color and he said okey and assured me that is the color. When they started to do it the color was way way off what on the picture and that you could see my own nails through it, so I asked him politely if at least I can add some sparkle to cover it or something. He got mad at me that I want something else as if it’s my fault and wasting his time. He was extremely rude and if I could give none stars I would. Never go back to them again 😡

I just move to this area search online a decent place to get my nails done. Very pleasant with their service friendly and acknowledge. SNS Gel Powder lasts over 2 weeks no chips no lifting. They gave you a very relax brief massage by the time job is done. Highly recommended for someone looking for the quality place!

The nails always strong to stay up 3 weeks! I never had issue with them. They know how to match colors and place Diamonds properly on the tips. They use glue specificlly to hold up the stones. I luv them so much.

I don’t get all the hype about this place! Only went once and wasn’t impressed by the way they did my nails, eyebrows and pedicure 🙄 The shape wasn’t on point after I specifically said I wanted stiletto and they over charged me it went from $45 to $55 when my nails wasn’t even that long and 2 nails broke off within the same week. Eyebrows weren’t even and pedicure was rushed never again.

Excellent Mani and pedi. I get gel powder for my Mani and unlike other salons I have used for gel powder, my nail polish never chips. Also they get the shape right!

This salon was recommended by my bestie. I have UV Gel extension. Today the owner Alex also did an amazing Ombré Design which I know currently trendy. It came out nice and it’s the way I like-not too thick very natural look! I’m very happy with the result appreciated they are always take their time and great customer service.

This salon is by far the most expensive salon in the area. 70$ for a fill in with a design or stone is very high priced. If you want to comparison shop, you will see that you can get the same services done at least 30 dollars cheaper!! Customer beware!

I love this place but a few mixed feelings. I’ve done my nails there about 3/4 times each time being perfect. The 2nd or 3rd time I went (can’t remember) I waited over an hour for a place that goes by appointment only for someone to even talk to me, I took the aluminum off my hands myself. When the lady finally took me she said NOTHING to me just to pick a color, into her doing my nails I told her I liked my nails thin & very skinny. She kept doing the total opposite so i got a little annoyed and asked NICELY if someone else can finish my nails because I felt like she wasn’t understanding me. Some other lady came & finished the job BEAUTIFULLY. I go pay the rest of the staff gave me attitude & I was never able to call that place with my own cell phone number again so I think they blocked my number. I just went back yesterday (had to call from my job phone & husbands cell phone) & the samething no one spoke to me just did my nails & kept it moving so they definitely remember who I am. They do such a wonderful job but they won’t let you express how you feel & I feel like that’s horrible service, I also couldn’t make an appt ahead but I clearly sat there while other customers did. I am a paying customer, I am entitled to let you know when I am not happy with the service I am paying my hard errand dollars for.

They purposely overcharge new customers so this is your warning!!!!This nail salon does a decent job with nails but the customer service is terrible. Once they realize that your tip isn’t to their liking they purposely block your number after a few times and tell you that they’re overbooked when you request a specific individual. I know because I’m not the only one who has experienced this and I’m gonna put this out there so that you are mindful..... they pick and choose what customers to book so when they state their overbooked understand that you are not on the top of their list. I strongly believe that there is discrimination going on, It’s sad that the owner tries to intimidate individuals who give bad ratings, so please feel free to comment. I’ve tried calling from other numbers to schedule and the individual Who sits at the front desk stated they charge $40 for powder gel when I originally started paying 35 and they went up a dollar so I was content with 36 put when she realized that I was already a customer she said she thought I was paying with a credit card, what kind of assumption is that without even being asking. By the way thank you for my refund and I’m the most definitely not going back.

I called this salon for a quote on SNS nail fill in. I was paying $35 for this service. The salon told me their price was 50!!!! Why does this salon over charge their customers for services? While reading reviews on this salon, I noticed the owner responded by saying you get what you pay for No you dont! You get ripped off if your not a smart consumer! stop being rude to customers, and stop trying to line your own pockets by ripping off the community! We work hard for our money.. Keep treating customers this way, your salon will soon be closed!

I will NOT be returning to this place. They charge you for every little ridiculous thing. They made me cut down my nails cause they said it was too long so it’s additional $5. So I cut it down and then it was still too long according to them. So they still charged me the $5. I came in for SNS and my nails are mine. The girl who did my nails broke two of my nails then charged me $3 each to add tips. So I went from $35 to paying $46 just for my nails !!!
