Well lets try this again, yep internet dropped.Stevens what can I say. A lot of people complain and talk trash about Stevens and I suspect you can guess why they do. As with anything if ya dont pay your bills on time or take care of what you have someone is going to be crawling all over you.My wife and I have rented from Stevens for over 3 years and not once did we have a problem with them. No issue of any kind could not be fixed with a simple phone call. Respect is a two way street and it makes the world go round and your day far easier. The minor problems we had were taken care of the same day but rarely more than 2 days. They understood what I needed as a Disabled Vet and I could not have asked for more.I would recommend Stevens Realty to anyone looking for an apartment and a landlord that wont beat your door down, ya just have to hold up your end of the contract, Nothing more nothing less.Folks theres good people at Stevens Realty and they really do everything they can to take care of people. But sadly there is also a lot of bad tenants out there, forget about the naysayers. Give Stevens the chance to make your life a little better you will not regret it.Thanks StevensCole Younger

Trustworthy To work with! Compare to my other old landlord. Zuspann took forever to fixing any issues in our house. We did report different items related to house that need to notice and fixing as soon as possible! They put us waiting list meantime Stevens Realty bought Zuspann Company and we transferred to Stevens Realty and we are super happily have them as our Landlord. Stevens Realty take many action once you reports any problem related to house.I personality love to do much online. And this realty do website and you can pay online, email, and report online and you will receive their email update. Such wonderful Rentals House. Best for you try this company!

Stevens Realty is on top of everything and very informative. It keeps me inform with what is going on with my property. If there are any issues then they contact me right away and dispatch their technicians to the property to take care the problems.

I only give them 2 stars because I really liked and appreciated the Property Managers Kim and her husband. They were very kind people and did what they could to fix issues.However... With that being said... I WOULD NEVER rent from this company again. They have people Fixing things that have no clue what they are doing. Their crew is super nice, but not efficient by any means. I had the same issues fixed 2 or 3 times over again and still were bandages instead of true fixes. The foundation was crumbling in the house i stayed in. They double charged my rent leaving me with no funds to feed my family of 6 for more than a week, more than once.They lied to me about the property we stayed in not going to be rented out again and being removed from their real estate listings due to such poor living conditions.when we were initially showed the property we thought we had waaaay more land than we did. Ended up it was city property not our or theirs at all...And now I am getting the new tenants complaints being delivered to my email because I was never removed from their melds. 😂They are refusing to fix things that are even worse now than when I lived there. Things such as missing screens, apparently a graffitied porch, and someone stole the A/C unit it sounds like and this poor guy living there now is being told Its being rented as is!?! I am including photos that i marked out the address on that are still coming to my email from current melds this poor new tenant is dealing with as we speak.. These are proof of the poor conditions in which many of the properties are that this company rents out.Not Acceptable... At all.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ok so I just renewed my lease and when I tell you they have been nothing but great, convenient and caring I promise I wish I would have found them a long time ago and I will never rent from no one else but them. Firstly, they make everything convenient with online payments, any issues is online through a app very easy way and they will fix it within 24 hrs you schedule a convenient time for you rather u want to be present or not etc just very easy to address issues. They not bothering you I pay on time I never once had them just pop up, call or any of that. And the small things that matter such as for thanksgiving they gave all of their residents a pecan pie so someone hand delivered every pie and took away time on their thanksgiving just left it on the front porch and ring the bell. Also, when I renewed my lease I got to choose a gift such as a new flood light which my other light was a regular one but nothing wrong with it and on top of that sent me a book through Amazon about being financially stable and setting yourself up for success all of this they did not have to do but they did I have never had a company like them. Everything has been smooth sailing from the application, leasing and all at first I didn’t think it was a Legit company because everything was online and I didn’t know if it was a scam I tried it I put a application in at 7pm it was already approved and back by the next day they sent a report of what they look at your credit and history. I can go on and on but I just wanted people to know my experience and that they are a good company.

Once we finally got through our repayment issues where we had rented from them a few years ago, the process has been smooth sailing! We are thankful they are so understanding and considerate. Looking forward to move in on the 12th!

A truly dedicated team of service professionals. Like any mgt company, any business, or individual property owner...you want whats owed, when its owed. However, this company really, truly goes above and beyond when considering the adverse nature(s) of circumstance. Mrs. Stevens family and management team have genuinely applied a style lead by faith based sincerity of heart during our interactions. Often and even with tort failure on my end (late payer), their interactions are most often very pleasant, yet diligent... when it comes to maintenance request...I have experienced NONE better then Scott and his teams responsiveness to our needs. I cant leave out Vena, Vikki, and Elliot... they area ALL fantastic, but I would be amis not too mention their interstellar awesome sauce of customer service excellence. Been with Stevens 8 years now... my family and I are truly grateful and happy to recommend them as 1 one the Best, IF NOT THE BEST, at least here in Putnam County anyways. Just my 2 cents... not that it will buy much.

Cant complete online application, and when you call all you get is an answering service, that is rude and have to explain things over and over and they still dont get what youre saying. Called and asked if I could get someone from their office to call me...was told no one is going to call me...and office visits are discouraged...to me this is a very unprofessional way of doing business.

Well Stevens realty itself seems to be a decent enough company The one thing that I cannot deal with is having to contact property management through an app to address a problem it is impersonal and is hit or miss and receiving messages back and forth like most electronic devices are today. The people themselves seem to be very nice and are efficient at their job.

After having such difficulty in the past getting things properly taken care of at this unit, its truly a sigh of relief to have someone not only understand my concerns, but act to resolve the issues with the property. The employees were swift, prompt, and professional. They wore their masks and communicated well. This was the best experience! Thank you.

They do not have an office here .they were rude and not very helpful.since i lived there once before and i now have more money coming in monthly they actually told me my credit score was not high enough to rent one of thier houses.i moved with a good standing but now they wont even consider me.

Ive dealt with a lot of realty companies in my life and this one is BY FAR THE WORSE.Its not just the facts that the roof leaks, theres poor insulation in the front part of the house, or that they add monthly fees to the rent for maintenance, conveniently expensive replacement filters, etc. but now Ive had a broken heater unit for three days and all they offer in compensation, and begrudgingly at that, are some space heaters.Its done in typical Stevens Realty fashion: doing the least possible.And then they have the audacity to falsely state as their mission statement that they serve God through serving our family, tenants, owners and community. What a joke!Do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this cookie cutter operation and rent from professional realty companies.

Inquired on a Storage in early August 2020. Had a bad feeling based on my initial call. The Rep that I spoke with had an extremely heavy accent. Barely understandable. The rep offered me a two month deal via phone. This was on a Friday. I didnt accept the unit and called back on Monday. The rep that I spoke with on Monday knew nothing about any special offers so I discontinued the call and went with The Storage Guys up the road on Gainesboro Grade. One month later these people at Stevens are trying to bill me for a storage unit for the month of September? I never gave them a credit card for billing thankfully. Called about this on Sept 3rd and again got another thick accent and Im still not certain that these people will discontinue attempting to bill me for a storage unit that I never agreed to. I would avoid this company. Very unimpressive in my opinion.

The house is just the basics, but lots of room for the price. Large yard, quiet neighborhood and away from the business, but still conveniently close to the essentials. Hosts are very responsive and professional - would definitely recommend!

I am in urgent need of a well priced house rental and very important is safety in the neighborhood, being of Social Security age and working, and just lost my 29 yr old son. I know he would want me safe with my money and in a neighborhood. The house Im hoping for does both and I stressed this to Jerome. He has incredible listening skills and tries in all possible ways to address concerns and rectify all that he possibly can. He even looked up extra info he didnt have to, just to help me as he sensed my need. He took care and time figuring things out - answered completely all my questions. He is a definite reason, hands down, that good tenants are where he places them. The kind you want to keep - statistically he improves your business!!! Do not rent from this company! I tried to move into one of their properties back in April. The place was so infested with cockroaches I was not able to move in for 2 weeks. They said they were going to pro-rate the month and credit me 400$ for the property not being liveable. They say they offer a money back guarantee which I ended up needing to take because they never fixed the roach problem. Once I moved out I never saw any money, they even said they were holding my security deposit because supposedly my dog peed on the carpet, which never happened. I even have pictures from the original listing that shows the carpet was already stained. Now they are saying there is no record of any credit and I am not guaranteed any money back. I had to get a lawyer just to get my security deposit back. These people breached their contract and they know it. But its just how they do business, they are criminals. Save yourself the headache and rent from anywhere else. I hope this helps.

I cant believe that you would let someone come look at that house in that condition especially compared comparison to what the pictures look like I spent an hour-and-a-half driving to that place it is so funky that is beyond belief the stairs are broke off the front their deckk is about to collapse... There were no appliances like the ad said I will never check one of your propertiesagain than anyone I know I will tell them not to look in the your properties.I wish I could figure out how to post a pictures of 216 Penny avenue in Sparta Tennessee compared to what yall posted the ones I took the house was filthu no appliances like you said the deck was demolished it was nothing like the picture it was v everywhere rat poop. And we drove a total of 3 hours or more there and back to look at that I would not recommend you to anybody

Jerome assisted me today with an overcharge on my account. Jerome was great! To fix my account it required that he talk with another person which caused me to be on hold for a good bit of time. While on hold he was sure to check back in with me and make sure I was still there which I really appreciated. He got my problem solved quickly and well.I have lived in a Stevens Reality property for a few months now. I have been very impressed so far by the customer service of every person I have ever talked to on the phone. People I can remember being awesome off the top of my head are Jerome, Charm, and Claudia. The move in process was also awesome. The property manager was kind and was sure to answer any questions I had.Stevens Reality is WAY better than Soard. Because of their superior customer service, I will never go back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. All of these google reviews are paid for. Go to YELP for the real ones. These people will ask for pictures of the insides of your homes AND cars. Along with the outsides. Setting you up for be cased. They also will pull more money from your account stating it’s for the “background check” after already paying for the application fee. Such a shame. The house we wanted is beautiful and would have loved to call it our home.

People I have spoken to are very friendly. I do have to mention that some of the response times on questions or requests for information have not been as timely as they should be for a professional realty company. As a former realtor myself, immediate response is a must for good business. I see lots of complaints about various charges and review procedures, but they do have all of this information clearly laid out in their documents. I think some people just aren’t reading what they’re planning on signing.

I put in a application for a property and the application process is completely ridiculous...These people had me upload photos of the inside and outside of house I live in now,also the inside and outside of my car....lol...I am 42 years old and never ever have I been asked to do something so ridiculous!!!!Also after doing all that, paying a app fee they said something about a eviction on my record which is a TOTAL LIE because I have NEVER been evicted from anywhere...Its real funny that I went to another realty company that has a extensive credit and background check and they came up with no such eviction and got the place...I must say they did me a favor because after reading the reviews Im glad I didnt rent from these people!!!

My husband an I have been with Stevens Rentals for 5 years now and absolutely LOVE their company. We have never had a problem and they alway come super fast to fix the things we put work orders in for. We are currently in the process of moving from one of their rental locations to another larger rental of theirs and I must say, Sandy has helped so much with the set up and paperwork process that its been as smooth as butter on toast!! I would highly recommend renting with this company :-)

Everything runs pretty smoothly. Maintenance is quick and gets the job done. No problems with staff. Great company. If I had to complain about something, its that the rent goes up $15 if you extend your lease. That doesnt make sense to me. If youre a loyal, paying customer, you would think (if anything) they would lower your rent because you are a good, reliable customer. Thats wishful thinking, I know, but I just dont see why rent doesnt stay the same after an extension. Overall, very satisfied with Stevens Realty. 5 Stars

We are moving from out of state and our move needed to happen fairly quickly due to a new job and within a week and a half we got a house. There were some bumps in the road to get there, but Arvin was amazing at helping me get everything done quickly when the first house we wanted got rented. He was so amazingly nice, helpful and knowledgeable. When he seen we got the second house he called me personally to tell me how happy he was for us. Claudia was also very nice and tried to have as many answers as possible Everytime I called, which was kind of a lot. Its so sad to see the lack no pride McMinnville Stevens Realty has about there apartments. I had pest since day one of moving in here. The exterminator has only been here 5 times max, mind you hes is supposed to come every two weeks. I have been here for 7 long months. So I asked the office if someone else can come do the job, since you all dont want to. Her answer was simply yes. Thats all she said. She clearly did not care. This place is pathetic. Moving with Stevens Realty will forever be a regret.

The house is great and is a great, reasonable price. Ive only had one repair and it was addressed immediately. Im very pleased with the company and experience I have had, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere.

Thats additional $45 on top of the $25 application fee... and if they refuse your application for credit history or something else you are still charged the amount of both fees... Had a broken window was fixed in two days within move in. Has a capable lawn service for residents. Thats nice considering I used to push mow. Called about a water leak the representative was very helpful and patient as well as professional. Thus far my experience here has been positive. Very personable.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the treatment I have received renting a storage unit from them. I was quoted $35 for my unit and PAID for it in JULY (when it was a special of $35). When I received my lease it said $40/mo. I mistakenly signed it thinking when I get a chance to talk to them they can change it to $35 seeing as how I already had started putting things in the unit. After the hassle and stresses that we all know come from moving, I finally called and let them know the wrong amount was on the lease and I would like for it to be changed. Claudia, I believe is who I spoke with, quoted me $35 and even admitted to it on the phone quoting me that amount and admitted my money for unit had been taken out in JULY. She asked her supervisor if they could change it to our agreement and was told NO, sorry. Are you kidding me?? You are going to stick me over $5?? I was LIED to, then given nothing to compensate for their lies. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Why would I ever recommend you to anyone? Its not even about the stupid $5, its about the principle of DOING THE RIGHT THING.

The application process was quick and easy. Everything is presented in a user friendly format. Scott showed us our place, he was very knowledgeable and welcoming. We are thrilled to move in!

We moved out early but still have a 30 day notice. I expected to loose the deposit but they also charged 250 extra. This along with refusing to remove 3 rotten trees that are going to fall would make me suggest you rent from some one else. Office staff is really nice but the business is not there to help you at all. Dont rent from in less you have no other choice.

Our experience with Stevens Realty was an easy process. We spoke to several staff members by phone from out of state and were treated with professional courtesy. Met with Mary Elizabeth at the office to discuss lease terms and she was very helpful and clear in all of her explanations pertaining to the agreement. We signed the agreements and are looking forward to our move to the property.

I had been looking for a property where I can rent for quite sometime now. To be honest it is not an easy endeavor. But when I called around 10 AM today, I was able to speak to a lady named Arvin and was very helpful in providing me answers. This review is intended for her and the wonderful company that hired her.

I have been through several landlords in the past few years but Stevens is by far the WORST. Their properties are NOT suitable for living. Mold in the ceilings and walls are fixed by simply covering them up. Everything thats fixed looks like it was done by a 12 year old. If you ask them to fix anything, it takes several weeks and even months before anything is done, and then when its finally done, it looks or performs worse than before. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. Do not rent from these crooks. They do not care about their properties, only money.

This company is very shady my house got destroyed by the tornado in nashville on the 3 of March 2020 i called them the day after cause i was looking at one of there properties on anderson rd in Antioch tn.i explain explained my situation and they told me to fill out the application and submit the payment and they would expedite my application so I did I paid 120 dollars to submit it. My background came back and they said my credit score was not within there range but I looked at the ranges of credit scores and fell in the category of passing.so I checked back with them and they said I didnt pass there guidelines. I even called the property manager to see if they could help but of course no responce.and there apartments are ssf o nasty that the codes office should go in and check all the buildings and shut them down the bathtub I looked at was do nasty I wouldnt wash a dog in the tub the backdoor would not open so you cant even get out in the case of an emergency.the office number has foreign people answering there phones and when you call them you can hear chickens in the background. So Id advise anyone looking at 4000 anderson rd unit 3 its not worth it the property manager is Paul Oakley so if you are looking for a place to live after your house has been destroyed by a tornado please do not contact these people

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. These people are incompetent and will extort you for every penny they can. They would never hold themselves accountable for anything they claimed they would do unless it was through their online portal or in writing. Any issues filed in their portal took months for them to acknowledge. And when they actually did do something about it, they would cut corners making the request pointless in the first place. When I called in issue with the company, their representatives wouldnt do anything to resolve the issue. I would have to go their office for them to solve any monetary disputes... which I had several of with this company. I was charged for a service requested by my roommate.... TWICE. I went in to resolve this once because the phone rep (Elliot Rodriguez) could not be bothered to help me at all. The woman at the desk resolved the issue.... only to mischarge me for the same thing again. And then they had the nerve to tell me that it wasnt their issue.Update:I have tried to settle things with this company in the past. Everyone who works here acts like their hands are tied whenever they screw something up money wise. My deposit was withheld on the grounds that the unit needed to be completely repainted despite the walls being in the same condition as when I checked in. And then they wanted me to pay extra on top of my withheld deposit. Any deposits given here may as well be thrown into a fire.Do not trust the average score. They make people leave positive reviews on here to process their applications.I reiterate:DONOTRENTFROMHERE

Anadon Arvin was a big delight to work with. He made sure i had all the correct documents and walked me through the entire process. Hem even called outside of business hours just to make sure things were going smoothly. That was greatly appreciated and until this day it still is.

The apartments are nice for what you pay in rent. Maintenance request was fulfilled very quickly and with exceptional quality. The problem was fixed within an hour (stove not working properly). Very happy with our stay so far!

I moved here from Virginia and I had to have called her 20 times with questions she was so pleasant and helpful and helped me make my move as pleasant and as easy as possible. So at this time I recommend this place highly also I have to mention its very quiet and peaceful and thats one of the most important things for me

Every good review is fake. Ask anyone that has ever lived here. Do not expect your deposit back. You’ll never see the property manager. You’ll only talk to the idiots in the office. We got back $300 out of a $950 due to “maintenance”. 3 of us signed a lease and they allowed one person to pay $300 to get out of their portion of the lease and told us we have to pay the rest of their rent for the duration of our lease. Maintenance takes forever. They don’t do repairs on the places. They just move people in. Our foundation for our house got messed up due to a leak. They had to tear up all the floors in the kitchen down to the foundation. You could see the ground outside through our kitchen. It took them months to fix the issue and they never reduced our rent or offered anything to us even though we couldn’t use our kitchen. They only fixed it so they wouldn’t get sued if we fell in the floor. You’ll never talk to anyone about an issue except Claudia and maybe Arvin. They have thick accents and don’t speak english well which I do not fault the office staff for but the language barrier is very difficult. I had to call up there so much I had the office staff names memorized. I wouldn’t tell my worse enemy to live here. I have informed them I am contacting the Better Businnes Bureau and filing a complaint. I’ve never been so happy to move out of a place. This is a terrible company. I only gave it 1 because I had to. Still waiting on someone other that the incompetent office to talk to me. It won’t happen.

Id like to thank Tim - Maintenance Lead Tim has been amazing from first we met to the assessment and repair of damage after 8/31/17 flood storm. Tim worked fast and professionally. Tim and his team were kind and efficient. Thanks again from our family. Angel D

They have gone down hill lately. Used to be real great with people. Now they wont spray for bugs, and good luck with repairs. They bug you about rent, then tell you on the phone what you owe, but will hold a few dollars late fee over your head even if you honestly try to pay any late fees. Im over it. Taking another star away. Keep it up and there wont even be one left.Update:Repairs are doing better. Communication has improved. Im not sure what to make of the new yearly pet inspections with fee, but we will see. Thank you, Arvin and Vena, for your help this month.

Everything has been pretty easy and pleasant. The application and move in process was straight to the point. I’ve been living in my apartment no problems, whenever I need work done maintenance is very prompt and helpful. I would give 5 stars but I was very disappointed about the $75 rent increase at renewal. I expected a little increase but was shocked to see that much. Everything has been copacetic.

A company that prioritize the well-being of its tenants. Thanks for all the reminders I have been receiving from the company like replacing the AC Filters and how to conserve Energy during winter. Small things that counts a lot.

My fiancée and I recently got our first apartment with Stevens and I have to say that our experience has been well. We really wanted to move as quick as possible because we wanted to finally have our own first place. The process was very timely and a week after looking at the apartment we are moved in. Ive been renting with Stevens Realty for about 5 years and it has been a most pleasant experience. We had reservations prior to renting from Stevens- based on many of the reviews. However, they had the best house available to us in the Chattanooga area when we moved last October, so we rented from them. We have had a couple of issues with the home in the 3 months of renting thus far, and they have addressed each one in a timely fashion with quality contractors. For the value, I think they have done a great job!
