I’m so sad to write this review but honestly I’m very frustrated with this company. I’m trying to move my family up here (me, my husband, and my 1 year old) and we have found two homes we loved with this property management. We filled out applications, my fault I messed up the first one with incorrect information for work, but I sent in an updated one. I spoke to Colette and just explaining what happened with the application, and telling her how much I loved the property and my situation. We provided current income, which well exceeds the requirement, but I knew going in that our credit has taken a hit because of the pandemic. I offered to get a cosigner, pay 6 months ahead, even paying for the whole 12 month lease in full, she wouldn’t budge nor even talk to the owners about it. It was excuse after the next. I called back later and asked if she had a chance to speak to the owners about a co-signer. She puts me on hold, tells me “looks like your application was denied due to credit, no notes about a co-signer either”. Isn’t that what a co-signer is for anyways? Also why we offered to pay for the whole amount of the lease. I’m not sure why, but I felt like she just didn’t want to rent to us. We’ve had no issues with our previous landlords, we never miss payments, and our background check is clean. It’s so frustrating when it feels like we aren’t aren’t even being considered. Very frustrating too that she wouldn’t actually let us speak to anyone above her. Anyways, if you want to go through the ringer trying to get approved here continue on. And good luck trying to reason with Colette. I’d look for another rental property to go through. Something doesn’t seem right about their process.

Weve had a great experience renting with Crown Rental Properties. Collette has been wonderful to work with and they were very accommodating during our move from out of state. Maintenance calls are always answered quickly and the property was very clean when we moved in. Clear communication and expectations. Absolutely no complaints.

The owner Yvette said large breeds were allowed no restrictions. Once we filled out an application and got out credit pulled they gave no explanation of why we werent approved and didnt give us a call back after many attempts. Very unprofessional. Wont recommend to anyone.

Although we didn’t get chosen for the property we applied for, the office ladies were so so kind and helpful. Our current land lords are the complete opposite so it’s nice to know some people care about their tenants. Highly suggest applying for their open properties!

Its a good place to rent from but Im still looking for my place in this town I just havent found the right place for me yet but soon enough itll happen

I lived in on of their town houses in the ridgecrest subdivision. The place was okay and the rent for it was fair. Our first nigh there a pipe busted, and they had someone out there at 8 the next morning to fix it so that was good. Actually got some of our deposit back which was fair for the damages.

Very professional and kind.
