G&G has been amazing to me, honest folk. I hear so many horror stories from other places around cookville (especially SOARD), but G&G is great, honest on the deposits, great with maintenance (hardly need it) and great pricing. I absolutely recommend them, especially for TTU students!

We have rented with G&G for 6 years and they have been awesome from the start! The grass around the buildings is always taken care of and they are there to help right away if something breaks in the apartment. No complaints here!

Pretty much illegally stole an entire months rent from me a month after I moved out in May. They charged me for the month of June and refused to respond to my emails or calls. Avoid if you can.

My experience renting from G&G has been one of the most satisfying business relationships Ive had with any company. The staff is friendly and helpful and always responded to my need, and/or provided a solution. They are easy to work with and talk to and some of the kindest people Ive had the pleasure of knowing. If youre looking to rent a place in Cookeville, G&G is absolutely the way to go.

Our apartment isnt Club Med by any means, but for the price its fine. Our maintenance requests are always handled promptly without question. The staff is friendly whenever I have had to call with questions. I would recommend g&g to friends looking for an apartment in Cookeville.

Wouldnt say theyre perfect, but certainly not beyond unreasonable people. My boyfriend has been renting from them about 10 months, never hear the neighbors(not because theyre quiet 😂), quick maintenance, and friendly folk live nearby. Reasonably priced, pay water, and updated his back porch (along with everyone at his building). The only problem really has been that he wants to be in a bigger place. He pays his rent early, hes been keeping his apartment nice, and was even interested in staying with G&G. He inquired about moving into one of their bigger apartments, but they said he would still have to pay to break his lease, which as an 18 year old with a baby on the way that he plans to support, wasnt very practical.. its very unhealthy to move a newborn around, but its even less affordable paying rent for a place youre not living in. I hope we can change their mind before our little one gets here, but it was frustrating they werent more understanding to begin with :(

I rented my first apartment with G & G for 10 months. The experience was great. Super quick on maintenance requests, and very professional! I just signed another lease for another unit and found myself in a time crunch to get everything moved and Brent was so nice about making it easy to find me a unit very quickly! Definitely recommend this rental company!

This is an awesome place to rent from! Ive rented from them for 3 years. If I have had a maintenance problem, they fix it asap.

If I could give their company a 0 star rating I would. One of their managers is beyond rude.

G and G Properties was the worst experienice I have ever had from a rental property in cookeville. I lived in their apartments for almost two years and when I moved they filed on my credit that I still owed them. They lied on multiple occasions and were never prompt when completing maintenance. When the maintenance was completed the mess was not even worth the time spent fixing the issue. Management was awful and respect for loyal renters was unbearable even renterse who never paid one time late. I would not recommend this renting company to anyone. You do not get what you pay for and it is not worth being cussed out by management because you decide you need to move.

When I rented with G & G at Clover Village, I noticed that some of the apartments there had two families living in together (these are apartments of only two rooms). The neighbors were noisy and, even up to this day, these people have cars parked everywhere and are always fixing them. The parking lot looks more like an auto mechanic shop.

Cheap rent and good maintenance.
