I go here for my pedicure which I would recommend. Nails however are another story I sit down and within 20 minutes I’m out of the chair the service is rushed and I pay for a botched full set. The manager herself did this set. Very sloppy, I asked for someone to fix it because I wasn’t happy, and I was told to come back tomorrow, so we’ll see.Update. So I went back to get my nails fixed or demanded a refund and the manager refused both. Instead she insisted she file the nails down as if that would fix the issue. She ended up soaking them off, and I wasted $40. Called my bank to dispute seeing as how the manager refused. My nails now filed downed and acrylic not completely removed. Who do you report these type of things to?

Three days after they were peeling. I always get gel polish and never had this problem. It was my very first time here. No wonder they hardly had any people. Disappointed!

I went for a pedi/ medi.The young lady that did my nails was nice, meticulous and did an excellent job. She Paid attention to details.

I just moved to Ga and walked into this establishment and the place is very clean and staff is friendly and on top of that they do an amazing job. I will make this place my nail shop 👍👍

Loved this place! Was in the area doing school shopping, and my nails (that was done by another nail salon) started hurting so bad! I told them the issue and they removed my nails. They were so caring ! And not to mention they did the best pedicure I have ever had!!!!!!! I wished I lived closer because this would be my go to nail salon!

DT staff does not respect the peace of their clients. They talk across the room to their coworkers and often use their cellphones while working. Only one, well, 2 or 3 of the ladies are really sweet. The others are disconnected, possibly overworked or just plain burnt out. I used to love this place but since one lady hurt my nails and used scalding hot water on my feet, had to be on purpose ijs they do this all day everyday…I will never give them another penny. Lately they have just been plain rude. No one wants to hear all of their cackling…just be quiet. Where can you work and talk loud and/or use your cellphone while you are working? Poor service. Inconsiderate. Wait time is awful too.

The initial wait was very aggravating. But once they got started the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The products so far seem to hold up well. Which is good seeing its all the knock-off products out there nowadays. Although slightly pricey my nails and eyebrows look amazing. My pedicure was average but the service was incredible. I will definitely return. Theyve earned a great new customer 💅🤝👏They also have entertaining videos playing on the TV. This is awesome because I wasnt bored.

Had an amazing experience! They were super nice and did my nails as I got my pedicure; which saved me so much time. Also, my nails turned out beautiful and I’ve been to so many different shops in the area trying to find one that does my nails nicely. I’ll be going back

I went with my mom for Mother’s Day I got a mani pedi and brows. The lady was more worried about if I was go pay at the end then polishing my nails. Could have went to Walmart (Where I got most of the time anyways) and got a better care. $60 wish I could have my money back don’t go here it’s cheaper and better deals at Walmart across the road

I went until this nail salon, I asked for 3 pedicure and 2 nail polish changed, they did everything except change my 1 polish, they say oh you have to come back tomorrow we have 2 people ahead of you.. you didn’t tell me that when I walked in you said you could do it..bad Buisness!!! So I have pink on my nails and blue on my toes smh.. unprofessional

They went from doing a pedicure on someone’s feet to doing a manicure in me. The gloves were wet! The polish wasn’t smooth but chunky and when asked if they could please re polish one nail the lady got up and walked away. Left me there for five minutes u til someone else came to help. Rude and unprofessional

I really enjoyed the service and was super impressed with how precise he was with making sure everything was done properly. Also the hand massage with the manicure was fab. Gel manicure

Nails did not come out how I wanted it, I got gel on my nails and wanted that same color on my toes but was told they couldn’t do it because it was gel. They c prices are not the same that’s on the wall. I never leave reviews but this was ridiculous. Never again

*Sigh*.... the usual. I tell them what i want, they say okay but somewhere along the line its an extra $2 here, $5 there. Can i spare the additional money? Yes. But its the principle. I dont like getting hustled when i literally passed by 10 other shops before i got to yours. Ive experienced at this shop, like so many others, they never specify or explain whats included in a service then when they fail to include something obvious, its extra for that. They use that tactic along with acting like they dont understand. And when its obvious that youre having problems understanding them, they dont try & get someone else to explain more clearly. No consideration or appreciation for spending your money at their mediocre, unremarkable shop.I need to be much more mindful about the types of places I receive these services from. This is my LAST time dealing with this foolishness.

I take my wife here all the time and today was my first time actually partaking in said things and i ended up getting a foot massage. These people are great they are sweet, if they mess up they will fix the problem. Stop with the bad reviews man these guys are great!!!

I had grown out my eyebrows for months trying to get the thickness back after someone did a bad wax. I went to dt nails on dogwood drive in Conyers. I had lined where I wanted to be waxed with eyeliner so that they knew where to stop. I even explained multiple times before I sat down that I didn’t want her to take off everything because I had spent a lot of time trying to grow it back. Even with my multiple explanations and the very prominent outlines I made with black eyeliner pencil she still waxed off everything after my months of trying to grow it back. She didn’t listen to what I wanted or even bother to follow the outlines I provided for her on my eyebrows. Now I have to start all Over trying to grow back in my eyebrows. I am infuriated. I will never be back again. Just because you like your eyebrows a certain way doesn’t mean that everyone wants pencil thin eyebrows. Just listen to the customer instead of talking to your co workers the whole time. Smh the customer service sucked

First time here, and I won’t be back. I came in to get my SNS removed and a full set of acrylic. It started off well, the shape looked really good, then when she polish my nails they looked TERRIBLE and the lady told me “that’s just how gel polish looks”... no ma’am! The polish didn’t cover the full nail, it was clunked in places, just a very poor job over all. I won’t be back. Worst 35$ I’ve ever spent.

They have good customer service but do a terrible job!! I was first waiting for a while, then when I finally went to get my acrylic it came out terrible. THE NAILS ARE UNEVEN & CROOKED. the paint is bubbly, I have polish on the sides of my nail but the whole real nail isnt even fully covered. I asked the man to correct it but he didnt.. when I left I realized this and there was acrylic left on 8/10 fingers. there is still some underneath my nails now, after 2 days. I will never return. just so unhappy and spent $30.

Went in to get an eyebrow wax, lady was very rude she half did my eyebrows didn’t even do in between my eyebrows. I don’t half pay you so don’t half do your job.

I went to this place almost two weeks ago to get a fill in on Acrylic Nails. The nail tech popped off the lifted areas of my nail and did a little drilling and normal for this service. Then he put super glue on the fill the areas that he didnt want to drill correctly and pop off. Well today I have a FUNGUS ON ONE OF MY NAIL AND CAN SEE ANOTHER ONE STARTING ON ANOTHER.. And my fill in looks aweful and this hasnt been a full two weeks. I usually get my nails done every week and a half but I should HAVE TO GET MY NAILS DONE EVERY WEEK IN A HALF! Also, I had french tip and so he couldnt charge me for getting french so he charged me for shaping my nails. My nails are so short that I cant even leave a print on my had if I made a fist so what is the charge for? The attitude was my nails were getting done I didnt need a fake conversation but there was barley conversation even about doing my nails.

Love it here. Reasonable price for service and when you mess your toe up they have no problem fixing it.

Very rushful 1.5 hours for SNS only 3 workers. Very upset I paid $35 and gel top coat peeling already.

While cost effective, i had a bloody cuticle and had to demand (after being denied) extra layers of polish as the polish was sheer. Mind you, i asked if the color was sheer before we started, when the nail tech did a test strip i asked for a base color so that the color on the nail swatch would be the actual color i was going to walk out of the salon with. She told me no. I would have even paid more for the base color (although all other places Ive been too you dont have to) but was outright denied. Once the full on manicure began she nicked my cuticle - which happens occasionally - but she didnt even apologize. Then began the battle of I dont want to do another coat of polish. After she admonished me for asking, she told me that the nail swatch wasnt accurate because they all have white base coats.... which is what I asked for in the beginning of the manicure. All in all i tipped her 5 dollars and resolved to never go back.

In order for me to give a review it has to be horrible. Ive given this place 2 chances and they have disappointed me each time. There prices are ridiculous especially for gel polish and gel nails!! Poor customer service and very rude!! They even charge a MINUMUM CHARGE for using a debit and credit card!! PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Pleasant employees, Ive been going there for over a year now and theyve always done a great job on my hands, feet and eyebrows. Dont come in with an attitude like youre better than everyone and youll get treated well. Check your privilege at the door, nobody owes you anything.

The customer service is horrible. The guy who did my nails never said a word. When he finished he just got up walked to the back and didnt tell me to go over to the drying table or nothing just left me there at his table. The whole time him and the co-workers were speaking in their language, which I think is extremely rude. I think before people of all nationalities especially foreigners, should be required to go through a customers service training before opening a business. We are your business and you have the nerve to be mean and nasty. Shameful.

I love how they do my nails but they are a little unprofessional. The shop NEVER opens on time. They are always 15min late or more.

The owner is lazy, they are not freindly. dont want to work. Acts like they doing you a favor to do your nails. Dont waste your time going there, no wonder the place is always empty.

Snow is the only reason I come but for a mani and pedi with gel is almost $60. I come, the establishment closes at 7 and when I step in at 6:20 and I wait 15 minutes Im told come back tomorrow because they are busy. The are lousy dont come they are not worth the headache or stress.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. My and my sisters came to this place multiple times trying to give them a fair chance. They were very rude! I noticed that they spoke to the sistas without men with them crazy, with no respect! Im going through some disability issues. They treated me like they didnt want to service me. They even turned me away one time before. Never again will I give these ppl my money! If your doing a service in the community. You have to be respectful and professional! Not arrogant and rude like ppl owe you their money! Ppl just making them rich while being treated like lower individuals! They need you get it together! And quickly!!!
