Lived here 27 years ago with my deceased husband. Came by here to look at our first apartment where we fell in love. Place looks exactly the same. Trash behind the building in the woods where homeless people or maybe teenagers party. There was a trail to a creek my hubby and i would walk through. I was afraid to go back there though because its obvious lots of people hang out in the woods behind building #7. I was taking pictures of the apartment from the outside And The property managers drive up and questioned me so the security must be good as far as strangers just hanging around. Good for them!

Awful Awful Awful I have been living here and my air conditioner has been out for 2 + months now. The maintance of this place is very poor. I jus try fixing what I can until its time for me to go.. Molds are all over the vents. Heater dont work.

2 years my rent on time!! In June 2020 New Management just awful!! Trash out of control!!! It takes 6 months to repair any issues! It is never fixed right!! Heating, Air, dishwashers, Mold, Toilets & still waiting.they will not repair! I had to get Code Enforcement involved! They will use any excuse to not repair. Do not move here if you care about where you live! I am still waiting & should have the right to have heat, air (took 6 months to repair) mold is at 99% (specialist came out in January) toilet & flooded dishwasher for over 4 MONTHS!! No excuse to treat tenants this way too many qualified people are looking for work during this pandemic!! I keep a clean home. I’m sure I will need to take this to the next level

The apartments looked really funny, and seems dangerous to live there.

Price ism too high for these apartment homes. Unprofessional staff, trash is not controlled, non responsive to maintenance issues.

I have 4 kids and really like it here. This place is clean and quiet all the time. The schools are pretty good. The office staff is very professional. The maintenance man is quick and this things done..specially in the cold and summer times. I would recommend this place.

Maintenance man is a very respectful and efficient guy. The property is a nice apartments. They respond quickly to your needs in a timely. The new manager is bubbly and full of energy. Seem very nice. The leasing girl is great, pleasant and professional and responds quickly to my complaints

The new manager Mrs. Belinda is so awesome she help doing crisis with a big brown snake in the parking lot scaring it away from me and my son. She help the safety of other kids by moving the snake from the parking area. She respond really quickly with my work order, It took the manager before a while and was mean with getting any things in my apartment fix, The leasing is kind she listen and very understanding, The maintenance guy Nathan always on time and get stuff fix and he gives good advise to avoid more issue, I hope this staff is a keeper.

Maintenance Man Nathan is the best there is, He get everything fix fast and quick. I love the experience at Ashford Brooks. Always clean and quiet over here. Office staff there is great! I would defiantly recommend this apartments.

Its an alright appartment complex but to expensive to not have the pool or laundry room working and open

DISAPPOINTING - PLEASE READ all the reviews below with 2 stars or less and you will see why I regret moving here. Those residents are telling the truth about this place. IT IS A DUMP. The Mgmt team is very unprofessional - they do not care about you, just your money .They do a good job of making everything look decent when showing the apartments but as soon as you move in, EVERY THING FALLS APART AND THEY Never fix anything! They close the work orders without actually fixing the problem

Been here two yrs... Management constantly changes.. Does not fill maintenance orders.. In fact they cant keep a steady maintenance nor staff.. Would not recommend this property to anyone.. I would say run the other way.

I moved here in March 2018 first off we lost money on moving truck twice. Because they said my apartment will be ready and it was not . Things In apartment still not fixed everything rigged up sink stopped up my toilet inside of it have a rubber band holding handle together paint have spots in it all over tub was painted so every time we shower or take a bath paint peelings in water all closet doors are off ! Kitchen light been out since we moved in . Can’t never get anyone to answer phone but somehow they call you when time to pay rent . Screen in patio busted out . Half of my sockets do not work. And we have light switch but no lights I bought 40 dollar worth of lamps ! Charging 995 for rent talking about renovated nothing new but carpet and flooring. I haven’t seen matience man since we first move in then water was off two days had to pay for hotel for two days . I’m looking for another spot now I can’t do it no longer! Only reason I have two stars instead of one because Keisha was nice and tried to work everything out for me but I think she no longer with them.

I’m going to start off by saying this is the absolute worst place to live!!!!! The management is terrible and ridiculous. We have been asking for things to be fixed since October and nothing has been fixed NOTHING. Our tub is pealing, whenever you take a shower the paint just peal right off and go into the drain and then the drain ends up getting stopped up, also the bathroom do not have any towel racks but you can clearly see that they are suppose to be there, and our dish washer do not work, and vents throughout the apartment do not have covers it’s just big squares in the walls. When we asked to have these things fixed yet again after we had gotten tired of asking and send requests online we waited a few months then we ask YET AGAIN and the manager tells us that they aren’t able to fix anything now basically until we re sign the lease!!!!! This is crazy these ppl have gone up on the rent which is fine but to not have your home fixed up the way it was shown to you prior to moving in is upsetting and ridiculous you pay all this money a month just to hear “oh we’re going to get someone to take a look or fix it” and never do. The manager attitude is terrible. She’s unprofessional and rude. Not to mention that right now our AC isn’t working and we have been calling and going up to the office, the door always say that they are out or if you call you don’t get a answer which is frustrating in 93 degree weather. We finally spoke to the manager she said someone will be at our apartment on 5/10 to fix the ac, no one ever showed up so we call back up there and ask when is someone coming she said the maintenance man is waiting on a part & that it should be here by 5/11. To this day we still haven’t seen anyone or heard anything about our AC. Do not waste your money living in this complex

I moved in March 2017. My lease will be up in less than 2 weeks. This was my first apartment experience, and it was the absolute worst. I pay $875 for some 40 years old apartment with these enormous bugs in the spring and summer time. People from every where dumps their trash in the dumpsters, blocking it to the point the garbage pick up trucks cannot get to the dumpsters. The management has changed 3 times in a 12 month period. Ive had a enormous hole in my bathtub for 9 out of the 12 months of being there (Complained about it a lot), and no one has come to fix it at all. Holes in my window screen allowing huge bugs to fly in it. I cant even open my windows. I begged for a weather strip for my front and new door frame because the frame has dry-rot over the years of it being there; so imagine what winter was like this year in my apartment. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The rent should be $50 because that is all they are worth. As a matter of fact, these apartments need to be torn down. The pavement has deep pot holes. Someones car can get severely damaged. My car was ransacked as well. So now, Rockdale County Sheriff Department comes by like clock work because of the many reports this complex has had. They will tell you that they laid $2000 worth of flooring. FYI: the flooring comes on a roll, and the apartments arent that big for $2000 of flooring. More like $500 per apartment. Ashford Brook should be ashamed of themselves. You have made my first apartment experience the absolute worst experience of my life. I feel like I have been ripped off completely. DONT MOVE THERE PEOPLE!!!!

I moved in here April 2018, my first time experience.......so I was super hyped about getting my first place.. when I got my tour everything looked nice new carpet the maintenance man was in the apartment working on the water heater......... then when I moved in here the script flipped very quick I seen 3 different maintenance men since I been here and nothing but my kitchen sink got fixed. The beginning of April was cold this year and we started off with no heat I have 2 kids so in order to keep the apartment warm I had to leave the oven on all night.....which for the fact that I have a 3 year old that wakes up before everyone else thats dangerous I got told on April 12th that it would be fixed here it is September 2018 and winter is right around the corner and still dont have any heat..... when I moved in April 1st the maintenance man told me he would be back to fix the leaking water in the shower and still till this day its still leaking which creates a mold problem on top of I have leaks under my bathroom sink and every time I walk in my kitchen it sounds like the persons above me water is running down the inside of the wall.....which also creates mold and my daughter has bronchitis really bad and has year around allergies and my poor baby cant even breathe here. So most of the time she is at her grandmothers house. My bed room door then came off the hinges and dont even fit the door frame the pool stay nasty and been closed most the summer cause its always green and there are no washer dryer units in the apartment so the have a laundry room and the machines take your money and the dryers dont dry.......I could of just stayed at home with my parents for this

Apartment are pretty comfortable and the new manager is very understanding Ive been here almost a year and havent had any issues

I made a complaint about my toilet being broken and got banned from the office for asking when they were going to fix it because i only have 1 bathroom and 3 children. The staff are very unprofessional. All they want is 💰

Poor management!!! Sorry owner!! Slum lord!!! Not responsive. Very rude when they do respond. The gay guy went so far as to limit my questions. I think hes unaware that is his job... Bothered when asked to exterminate due to mice. The positive comments got me in this rat trap!!🐀 Dont believe the hype!! I cant wait until my lease is expired!!! Repairs are handled when they feel like doing them and then they do a poor job!! So sorry I signed a lease for this spot!! I feel if I pay rent on time, you should provide services on time. Dont do move here!!!
