I took advantage of a special on a Swedish Massage yesterday. I have had many massages but never a Swedish so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My therapist, I cannot remember his name, took the time to listen to my concerns and problem areas. The technique was definitely different that my usual firm pressure massages. At no point did the massage hurt and to be honest I wasn’t sure I was going to see any improvement in my pain because I am used to having massages that tend to border on being uncomfortable. However, today my back and neck feel better and my headache is gone. I will definitely be back.

Ashley was extremely knowledgeable in curly hair cuts and color ideas. She was very personable and friendly. The salon was exceptionally clean and sanitized. Great experience.

John was amazing. He was incredible. There are not enough adjectives to describe how wonderful he was and what a phenomenal job he did on my hair. It was wrecked when I came in and he worked some kind of magic because it came out beautiful. His overall demeanor is just so pleasant I enjoyed every moment in his chair. I would recommend him, and this salon, to anyone!

I love this salon! It is quite obvious that these stylist know their stuff (I watch while my color is cooking). You can always tell when someone is happy with their hair, like me! Ashley does a great job with color and cutting! She is very attentive to my questions and always aims to please. This will be my salon home for quite some time I am sure. Love you Ash!

Had an amazing prenatal massage at Euphoria. Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming! Chad, the masseuse, was very professional. Cannot recommend enough!!

I havent been there in a while, but my experience there was really nice. I just went in to have my eyebrows cleaned up, it was a walk in visit and they got me in. The young man that did them done them well. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The wax lady is great. However I do wish they would come up with a better system with payment like other wax places have. I don’t think the price should remain the same when you are doing appts on time, or they should at least give a punch card where you could eventually get some type of discount. I don’t like the idea of paying full price when there’s not hardly anything there to wax away.

I recently got eye lash extensions that I paid $250.00 for. I did not get the lashes wet for 48 hours and then continued to wash my face after I got out of the shower to continue to keep them dry. 5 days later half of my lashes had fallen out of my right eye. I have worn lash extensions multiple times prior to this set and have never only had them fall out like this.Extremely disappointed and a waste of money!

I went for my first appointment today and had a great experience. Lexi was a wonderful listener and very focused. She helped my curl return like I wanted, and the cut is nice and even. I also enjoyed the treatment. My hair feels so soft! Thank you!

They always take great care of me and use high quality products. Ive been a regular client for about a year and a half and will be sad to find a new stylist after my move. Highly recommend!

I got my hair done here two days ago. I showed the stylist a picture of how I wanted my haircut which was mid length at the bottom of the shoulders. She cut my up to a little below my ears and now my hair is ruined for my graduation and maternity pictures. It’s a shame because I’ve been coming here for years and now I will never be back. Oh, and don’t use/purchase a gift card from here. You will not get your money back. Wasted 180$ for an awful haircut and mediocre mani/pedi. She literally cut the skin around my toe and made me bleed.

It was my first visit today. Super clean super friendly! Its hard to find someone to do good on my hair..John did a great job! Ask for John if you want a great hair cut!!!!

Stood outside the front door of the salon and called twice because they have a sign on the door stating you have to call before you can come in. All I needed was to purchase an aveda product (THEY ARE THE ONLY SALON IN TOWN THAT SELLS IT) but couldn’t because nobody would answer the phone or come to the door. Parking lot full of cars. First and last time coming here smh.

I was given a gift card to Euphoria Day Spa and salonand it was a first time experience for me. I had a haircut and color as well as a manicure and the stylist Lexi did an unbelievable job! I’ve already scheduled my next appointment. It’s a great atmosphere with top notch personnel! 5 stars!!!

My favorite hair artist is Alicia! She is amazing! Love this place and all it’s smiling faces, pampering focus, and hip atmosphere.

I got my eyebrows waxed today and I have never been happier. The salon is so nice and Sydney was super friendly when I walked in the door. I was super nervous about getting them done because I haven’t had a great past experiences but Tori did a great job! She made me feel better and asked me so many questions about how I wanted them done. She did one and made sure I liked it before doing the other. I loved my experience!

I love coming to see Lindsey at Euphoria. My favorite part is getting the forehead massage during my wash - such a great value added service! Great atmosphere and smells amazing when you walk in the door!To top it off - Lindsey is the greatest!

If you haven’t had a massage by Chad then you are definitely missing out! He takes the time to discuss what exactly it is you are wanting out of the massage and you never leave disappointed!! I’ve gotten my hair cut here before (perfection), and just yesterday experienced my first ever massage! I highly recommend! The environment was calming, the massage itself was relaxing and comfortable.

Katie is a miracle worker. She saved me from a butchered hair cut without sacrificing length, which was my main concern. She is always so nice. She is great not only at cutting, but she knows hair well too. The products and tips she gives based on my hair texture are great. Ive been to places where they leave your hair feeling kind of stiff or greasy but my hair always feels incredible after visiting Euphoria.

Went in for a haircut. Whitley did a great job and made sure the cut was exactly what I wanted. Very comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and reasonable prices. Definitely plan to go back! Please note - while they do accept credit card payment, you cannot tip on your credit card, so make sure to bring some cash if you want to tip your stylist.

My fiance and I got a Fire Pedicure and it was amazing!! 😍😍 The pedicure setup is beautiful too! Its unlike any pedicure I have ever had! They had comfy pillows for you to rest against and relaxing music playing!

Euphoria is my favorite place to get my hair cut. Ive been going since my freshman year of college, and each dresser I have worked with has been fantastic. John is my current barber, and he rules. You wont be disappointed, and they work at a reasonable price.

Came out of the salon with 4 different colors in my hair nothing even close to what I asked for . Won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend

What a wonderful experience! They have a nice relaxing atmosphere there. Ive had massages, facials, and pedicures and always had great service: everything from scheduling, checking in, the actual service, and checking out! I highly recommend!

After several hours of getting my hair done, it looked literally the exact same as when I came in just partially fried, and I had purple stains on my nice tank top. The person who did my hair didnt seem to know what she was doing at all, but I wont slander the whole business- the rest of the employees seemed to be making their customers very happy and my boyfriend got a great haircut from a wonderful man. Managers and such contacted me and I received a full refund. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link but I appreciate all this business did to console me.

Scheduled pedi over the phone, she gave me the options but did not tell me that removing the calluses with extra. So I paid $45 to get my toes painted and lotion and warm towels put on my legs.The girl that did the pedicure was very nice did a good job.

Been there multiple times, the care is always pretty consistent. I wont say its the best place I have ever gone, but I have never had a bad experience.

Received a massage certificate for Christmas. Enjoyed every second of the 60 minutes. However, during the session I could hear someone talking on the phone, which clearly states on the doors is NOT allowed. Also, when I walked out of the room everyone was standing their chit chatting as I tried to give the lady a tip. It felt very awkward then was asked about scheduling another appointment. Which I felt was very unprofessional. I didnt schedule this one in the first place, it was a gift. The lady doing my message was very pleasant and more than professional. If your asked I would definitely choose her! Nothing against her only the office staff.

I have been going to Euphoria for 10 years now and everyone that I have gone to there has been amazing. The spray tans are great and so are the hair stylists. John does great with my highlights and cuts.

Alicia does a great job on my hair! Love her! She spends the Time really figuring out what I want!Maia does amazing massages! It is hard to find someone that really gets in there and does great on the tissue, And she does just that!

Would absolutely recommend!! I came to Alicia for a cut and color correction after getting the WORST hack job at a different salon. And first i want to say she is so kindhearted and empathetic she gave me a hug for the nightmare whack job ive been through and then she actually LISTENED to me and what I was looking for, took the time with me to go over all my options, and just made me feel like what i want DOES actually matter. She is just so incredible at what she does!!! And takes pride in her work. She fixed the horrble helmet head cut I was given and made it look like what I was acutally going for in the first place and the color is just absolutely superb!!! Everytime i look in the mirror i just get giddy at the beauty of the color it is 😍😍 it is exactly what i was looking for but better!!! I would rank this salon 100 stars if I could because of her. YALL I GOT COMPLEMENTS FROM STRANGERS ON MY HAIR NOT EVEN ONE HOUR AFTER I LEFT!!! That says everything. Also my mom who came with me for support to this appt was so impressed she made an appt with her before we left! This is a woman who gave up on salons years ago because of how many times she got burned by bad hairjobs. We are so excited for hers we know its going to be amazing. I now ONLY want Alicia for my hair! 💕😊 very very satisfied and happy customer.

I went here today for my first waxing. My experience was AMAZING!! The vibe as you walk in the door is friendly and inviting. Everyone was super friendly. They gave me a tour of the facility since it was my first time there. Chrissy was my waxer. She was super duper great! She was friendly, informative, and made me feel absolutely comfortable. I will definitely be back because of her, and I will recommend the salon/day spa to anyone.

Went today to get a haircut and won’t be returning. I have been coming to this salon for the last four years since moving to this area. I have gotten my haircut by Katie multiple times and have never had an issue except for today. I felt she was rude and not personable... she didn’t talk to me during the haircut and I felt she rushed through the haircut and didn’t take her time. I felt she acted annoyed that she had to be doing her job... I was not happy with the treatment I received or the haircut.. it looked nothing like what I had asked for. I asked for it to be all one length with layers but now have a bob. I am very disappointed with what happened today. I moved to Little Rock and drove to Conway for this haircut... I will be finding a new salon in Little Rock.

Every massage Ive had from Chad has been so relaxing. He always asks what areas he needs to focus on and he does a phenomenal job. I booked a massage for my daughter when she was in town with Chad and she said it was the best one she had ever received.

Courtney, Chrissy, and Summer have all cut my hair and checked along the way if it was the way I wanted it and did a wonderful job! This place is really great! amanda is the only person I will let come near me with hot wax... haha :) the staff at the front desk is always friendly too. im giving this place 4 stars only because they dont offer a tip line on card transactions at checkout. I dont usually carry cash and in most cases, its inconvenient to leave to go to the atm and come back to the salon. as far as actual services though, I highly recommend!

Im editing this post, but leaving the original post down below for reference!I went in this morning to get a haircut and had a MUCH better experience. I was seen almost immediately and offered a nice drink. John, who was the man that took care of me today was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job on my hair. It took a while for me to try this place again, but I am glad I did. I will definitely be going back to see John!I was really disappointed. As a working mom, I dont get a lot of free time. I decided to treat myself to a haircut. Just enjoy an hour out for myself. It was anything but that. My appointment was for 2:30pm and at 3:30pm the stylist was STILL on their previous client. Who did not seem all too happy. The stylist seemed to be struggling with what they were doing and kept having to get help from the other stylists which made me quite nervous. If youre anything like me you want to feel like your stylist is confident and knows what they are doing. This was not the case. The girl up front seemed really apologetic but still there was nothing to right the situation. Even if I had rescheduled it was never at a time I was available. Wasted a couple of my precious free hours for nothing. At least they were polite, but it was a total disappointment.

I generally dont write reviews but I have no choice... Worst Experience Ever! When you go in to a salon you expect a stylist to listen to what you want. Christine or Christie is the stylist who ruined my hair. My hair is 5 to 6 inches shorter then the 5 pictures I showed her that I wanted. When it was suppose to be a jaw length cut.... 5 to 6 inches is a HUGE difference! I dont even recognize my reflection in the mirror anymore. I literally look like I just walked off the set of an 80s movie playing a 40 y/o Mom! Nothing can make this better... I may try extensions but definitely not from this salon!

Really disappointed!I feel ripped off-I went in for a cut and color.I got highlights and you can barely tell theres a difference. Its not that its too subtle, its that nothing was really done.As for the cut, I told her I wanted layers, some shape, and an effortless style that added texture.She simply trimmed off the dead ends. My hair looks EXACTLY the same as when I came in, honestly.I feel so ripped off-$150 for a TRIM and some highlights!Not happy :(

Excellent! They saved me from a poorly applied set of lashes from a previous eyelash provider! Do your research, ladies. Paying a little more for lashes that are well applied by an experienced provider is a worthwhile investment.

I have been going to Euphoria for 6 months and got my last haircut today. I did a Tuesday discount (10 bucks) by a middle aged woman named Katie like always. I thought she has been pretty rude when it comes to the way she talks to me and the attitude doing her job. I particularly felt that more today. She always seems annoyed and frustrated. You can tell it from her behavior. I dont know about other barbers, but I wouldnt recommend her.

Euphoria is so easy to work with. when you set an appointment with them they call you a few days ahead and text you a reminder which is great for me. The staff are super friendly too!

OMG...Alicia is a true professional in her field! Her passion shows in her work...my haircut cut and my hair color is perfect. I walked out of the salon looking trendy and feeling beautiful. I cant say enough about her work! I did book a standing monthly appointment with her for the next six months...that tells you how good she is!

Jordan is an excellent massage therapist. She is concerned about the atmosphere, comfort, and your individual needs from beginning to end. She is a great option for sweedish or deep tissue. 90 minutes is the best!

I honestly did not have a very good experience with my most recent massage here. I waited thirty minutes past my appointment for my prenatal massage and was about to walk out when I got called back. I arrived ten minutes early to my appointment and was told to wait 8 more minutes for my appointment which turned into half an hour. I didn’t get the impression that the massage therapist was told that I was even there until the front girls finally realized I was still waiting. I was really looking forward to the massage because I am 39 weeks pregnant but the lack of communication between the staff and myself soured my experience. I was irritable going into the massage because I didn’t know how thirty minutes of my session being gone would effect the hour massage I wanted. I ended up getting pretty close to an hour in the end, but no one made an effort to tell me this going in. Furthermore, the last 20 minutes of my massage were interrupted by staff or clients talking loudly in the next room over from us- which is clearly marked on all of the doors to try to stay quiet for guests. I usually really enjoy my massages here, but it will be a while before I pay $70 for another one after this negative experience.

Ive been going to Euphoria for years now with no issues, but after my visit today, I wont be returning. I visited with a new (to me) stylist and told her upfront that I just wanted a drycut. She then pointed out that I have layers and asked if I wanted them trimmed, too. I said, Sure. She never mentioned that that would then make my haircut count as a full haircut instead of a drycut, increasing the price. I paid $50 to have an inch trimmed off my hair.Save your money and go elsewhere.

They treat me like family, that they like!🤗. Excellent service from all staff! Frequently cleaning and following the requirements for COVID-19. So very happy Lochelle has my hair back on track!!

I hope Euphoria is able to support at least some of their staff in pursuing specialty training with curly hair now that Mandy is gone! I asked the front desk person for her recommendation on the best stylist for curly hair when booking my appointment but was disappointed in what I got. While my actual haircut itself seems fine so far, the relatively aggressive styling left me looking extremely frizzy and messy. Obviously that’s not permanent, but I do expect someone who works in hair to be able to leave me looking better than what I can do myself, not worse. A head of messy frizz also makes it harder to tell if the cut actually turned out the way you want! A final note—while doing a double shampoo for the sake of extra relaxation time is a nice thought, I can’t imagine that’s what’s healthiest for anyone, and especially curly hair that’s more prone to dryness. The second wash had me feeling literally “squeaky clean”, and not in a good way!

I love Euphoria Salon & Day Spa. Its my time to get some love and TLC and Alicia Mauldin is the sweetest stylist and friend. She transformed my little girl look into one of beautiful color and sophistication. What a great place to have fun, relax and enjoy time away with really great smelling products. Unprecedented and truly fabulous service! I have been a customer of Aveda salons for 30 years and have never been dissatisfied with any of their services. Ive been to Euphoria Salon twice now and will never go anywhere else for hair care. I have been getting blonde foil highlights since in my twenties (now 54). My stylist, Katie Currie, foiled my greying dark blonde hair and produced my hair color from my youth! I couldnt be more pleased. She truly performed a miracle.Ive deviated from Aveda a few times for convenience and have always been severely disappointed.
