I absolutely loooove my agent Brittany. She’s amazing! Seriously, she explains everything in my policy to me in a way that helps me understand everything I’m signing up for. They are dedicated to finding the best deal for you and your family. They handle the messiness that can be insurance and I just really like that. Even when I was car shopping I would send Brittany a vin # and she would get back to me within MINUTES to let me know an estimate AND she was on vacation at the time. These are good people and I literally recommend them to any and everyone I know!Update: So, I got door dinged and I had no idea what to do. SO, I called Brittany my agent and she was so helpful. If I just had insurance where I handled everything I bet it wouldve taken a hot minute to go from talking to a robot to talking with a person. Going through their agency is SO worth it!

The most excellent of customer service! Steve went above and beyond helping me resolve a recent home insurance issue. He has explained any and every question I have brought to him (cars and home insurance) and even explained it a little easier when I didnt fully understand!
