These ladies are wonderful. They have always been a pleasure to deal with and the rates are extremely competitive. I had a wave of personal issues and they worked so hard to ensure I was able to continue my coverage while finding the most cost effective route. They always know exactly who I am when I call, which speaks volumes to their level of customer service.

The agency itself is very helpful and efficient. State Farm in my opinion has some of the best rates out there (if you record and credit is good). However I still think insurance is one of the most outrageous legal robbery on earth. Especially in a state were its required by law!

I recently called looking for a better insurance quote. I have been with progressive for years and was referred to Crystal Clark by some coworkers when my policy kept increasing. I figured it couldnt hurt to see what else was out there and available for a better price. I am more than pleased with how quickly she was able to get me a quote and get me switched over to state farm. She let me know about bundling so now I have auto and home all on one place. She saved me half of what I was paying! Crystal was very helpful in explaining the coverages and options. I honestly have never had a conversation with my previous agent so this helped me better understand what I had and what I was switching to. If I could give her a 10 star rating I would. Had a freak accident with a wild turkey. Lol. My dad called and I am sorry but I can remember the ladies name (I was so shaken up), she came and picked up me and my husband to take us the place that is going to fix our suv. I really am so grateful for her and statefarm insurance. This experience was crazy but they have made it very easy to get everything taking care of. Thank you.

After being a long time customer of State Farm I am extremely disappointed with Jackie Stokes and the staff at this office. After a change in my insurance policy and a mistake that they admittedly made on their part they have outright refused to refund money I paid on a vehicle that I was unknowingly driving around with no coverage. The best anyone could tell me was that if I were in an accident they give me their word that they would have covered it. That’s easy to say in hindsight when you already know there was no accidents. After weeks of back and forth and not hearing back for long periods if at all they ultimately just found a way to still charge me extra money for the car that wasn’t even covered at the time by splitting the extra expenses into my next 3 bills. So basically I ended up paying full coverage for two months on the car that wasn’t actually covered plus they raised the price that I had paid after I reported this issue and split the extra expenses into future bills. They could have simply refunded my two months worth of payments and it wouldn’t have hurt their pockets one bit but it makes a difference to the lives of us who the insurance companies like to screw over.

I love the wonderful help Jackie has in his office. All of his employees are so helpful. I have had State Farm for 35 years. And his office has the best help. I have been paying WAY too much for car insurance for way too long and finally decided to switch companies and work with a local agent. I went through the online quote process - very fast and easy - and received a follow up email with the information I needed to move forward. My new rate is almost $50 / month lower than what I was paying before. Even if you dont go with State Farm, I highly recommend at least checking to see if your rate will be lower. The staff has been very professional and helpful throughout the entire experience.

She always does her best to get me the best rates possible and to answer any questions that I might have, even if its after hours! Called them the day of my accident to file a claim. They never answered the phone. When I left a message, they never called me back.When I did (eventually) get my claim filed, they told me they dont care about a Police Officers Report to determine liability. Had to ask myself: Whats the point of calling the police when youre in an accident then?State Farm has zero common sense apparently. Direct opposite from their marketing efforts. You CANT rely on a State Farm Agent.

I got in a wreck and had to give a claim 3 times because they didnt have my claim on file nor my accident report which was emailed to them twice. Obviously the people in this office dont communicate very well or dont know how to properly take care of their customers

I moved here from Athens, Ga. 2 mo.s ago & my agent of 31 yrs. here in Ga. (Cindy Phillips, FABULOUS AGENT) called this agency & told them to contact me for 2 auto policies.I called them NUMEROUS TIMES & ALWAYS got a RECORDING!!! HOWEVER, I DID LEAVE MY phone # & I DO have a NEW answering machine ATTACHED to my HOME PHONE & IT WORKS. They told Cindy they HAD tried to contact me. I NEVER heard from them. SOO, I called Cindy & she called them & I FINALLY got a call from them. I was SSSOOOO frustrated in MY trying to reach them myself that I decided to go with another agency. GOD for bid I needed them for a claim!!!I DO NOT recommend this agency as they are VERY HARD to CONTACT FOR ANYTHNG!!!
