Couldn’t use my commercial account at this location. Don’t have anything you need either worst lesleys I’ve ever been to. Do not recommend. All the other stores have what I need so sounds like the manager can’t do his job

Leslies Pool Supplies is always a pleasure to visit, they will test my water and explain it to me in a way that I can understand, what I need to do to make my pool clean and pretty again. Their pool accessories are very high priced, but there chemicals are affordable especially when you get them on sale or with a coupon. Their staff is always friendly and ready to help and very informative, my only complaint, which I cannot knock them a star for, is the overwhelming smell of chlorine and chemicals when you walk into the store. I wish they had better ventilation and I feel like their employees would agree with me. Regardless this is my go-to store and I am very satisfied, and that is why I highly recommend this for your pool needs

Went to the counter to purchase about $400 worth of merchandise. The man behind the counter at the register literally told me he didn’t have time to check me out. I’m a new reward member and new pool owner. Oh well... Amazon took my order right away! Now I know where to purchase pool supplies.

Its hard to describe perfect customer service at least until today when I went to Leslies pool store at 1302 West Davis Street and i met a very nice employee named Kathleen, she was very helpful and extremely respectful I will be going back for sure even

They held a booster pump for me as it was the last one on the shelf. I needed it per the rupture from the Houston freeze. They went the extra mile for me and I will be back.

Good service

Very good service. The guys working are very respectful and are willing to go over and beyond to help in anyway they can. Greeted as I entered very welcoming and as they were trying to help me with my problem they talked me through what they were doing. When they realized that they couldnt help fix it due to them not carrying the type of pump they were honest and told me that they didnt know what was wrong or how to fix it they went on to explain who I should call, ask for and look for. Repeatedly apologized for not being able to help and as I was leaving they both wished me good luck and that it works out and to have a great day. Overall im not a pool person or someone who puts things together very well and they made me feel welcomed involved and comfortable.

Always helpful every time weve been in whether for supplies or advice/water testing. We actually go past a Leslies thats closer as this staff is much friendlier and knowledgeable. They always offer to help with larger items out the door.

Just moved to the area and took the water sample to this specific Leslies. My CSR was too tired to look up from the computer and make eye contact with me. Maybe he needed a vitamin, or an EGGO Waffle to get some pep in his step but I felt like I was talking to a teenager who was ordered by Dad to go get a job and he really, really would rather be somewhere else except talking to me.So...next water sample time I went to a local outfit with the Leslie water bottle and they won me over in about two to three minutes. Family business....they eat breathe and sleep this stuff and it shows. Great advice....and prices. But then again.....I never really worried about the costs. Changing 20K gallons of water costs a lot more. Just this store.....Im sure other Leslies are run well.......and maybe this one too the other six days of the week but I dont owe them a second chance. Few in business get them anyway.

Cathlene is great. She seems very knowledgable and friendly. I would hire her to do almost anything.

Staff in conroe know pools. Much better than woodlands location. Had a little brown algae that i thought was dirt. Woodlands said i needed to drain the pool, conroe gave me a small jug of algaecide and instructions, 3 days later brown algae was go e.

Not having supplies they said they had.

I felt like the nice people here were a bit lacking in professional knowledge about my pool, tried what they told me after testing my pool water but did not solve the problem so it feels like I wasted money. Save yourself some time and call Your Pool Service Conroe instead.

Very Knowledgeable staff, but mother of God thier prices are literally INSANE, the little scrubbers that nothing more that porous foam in a 3 pack at (no BS HERE) $18.39 for a 3pack, the same ones you can get on amazon delivered to your door in a 10-12 pack for 8 bucks, I have literally no idea how they stay in business with these prices.
