Bought a new house that has a huge above ground pool and I am not familiar with how to care for it. Went in and talked to Paul, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He gave me a sample bottle to bring him a water sample, which I brought back to him and he tested it for free and gave us specific instructions on how to clear up the current water. Such a relief, and it is working. The pool is ready to be swam in. Thank you Paul.. I highly recommend this place, for all pool issues and supplies.

Do not recommend this company at all. Technicians are not well trained, customer service is awful and management is completely useless. They charge a weekly service fee, plus chemicals which honestly i am sure they dont put half the chemicals they charge you, or my pool would not be green. After multiple complains and finally my pool turning completely green with algae, they kept blaming my equipment saying first my filter was to small, then my chlorinator had an issue. Their own technician told me later chlorinator was fine had just been accidentally, set on low!! Had my whole equipment professionally checked, my equipment was perfectly fine. Went to the store personally to speak with the owner, that was useless as AGAIN he made it clear as to how i had no knowledge on what pool service was and my pool was green because of me and my equipment, not the bad service and lack of chemicals. Sadly as i was waiting to speak to him, there was another angry customer on the phone complaining about service. Needless to say, i wasted my money and time and now have to pay someone else to come clean my green pool. If only i had read all the bad reviews probably would of never used them, now i know why.

BEWARE!!!!! Horrible company!!! An employee of Eden Pools recommended acid wash to remove the stains on our pool. We asked how the wash would effect our plaster. He gave poured acid in our spa to show us how it worked. It looked great so we decided to do the whole pool. BIG MISTAKE!!!! The process was done incorrectly and ate away the plaster. We had other companies come out and they all said the ONLY remedy was to replaster! Eden Pools would not take any responsibility for what they had done. We had already paid a deposit which was NEVER refunded and they sent us a bill for the remainder plus weekly service and filter cleans for the plaster getting stuck in the filter. The staff has NO IDEA how to talk to customers, much less what customer service is.

Worst customer service and poor management. After repeated complaints and photos showing work that we paid in advance for was not being done, management was rude and really didn’t care. We had just renovated the entire pool and purchased all new equipment. Within a month of hiring Eden Pools for monthly maintenance, they were replacing “broken” items on our brand new equipment without our consent when our contract clearly stated not to fix or replace anything without our permission first.Also took advantage of the recent Texas Freeze by charging us for a visit when our pool was frozen over and no work was performed. I failed to read all the bad reviews prior to hiring them, please don’t make my mistake!

[Technician, Timeliness, Service] The are competent, easy to deal with, communicative, service oriented, responsive, and do excellent work. There was a lot more to do than I had thought so it cost several hundred dollars more than I expected, but their pricing is fair and I am more than pleased with the result. Without question, among the best pool professionals I have dealt with in decades of pool ownership.

I initially came to Eden Pool Service & Supply in search for an Intex A/C filter. I had not been able to find them anywhere and much to my surprise they had them. They were a reasonable price of $7.99 each! I thought I had found my go to place for all my future filter needs. However, yesterday I went to purchase more filters and they did not have the intex brand that I wanted. I figured thats fine if I buy an off brand just as long as it does the job. Unfortunately, this filter was more expensive ($9.99) and after one day of use the plastic piece at the top and bottom of the filter fell apart. I am disappointed. I really thought I found my go to for pool supplies only to realize I will need to use Amazon or Ebay for my future purchases. What a disappointment!

First year with me maintaining my above ground pool. I take my water in every week to get it tested. The staff is nice and very knowledgeable. Maintaining an above ground pool can be pretty expensive. But the pool chemicals run about the same price as other local stores (from time to time they do run specials on certain chemicals). After they test your water they do make notes on the print out just in case you forget. I recommend them.

I want to give 5 stars to the pool TechnicianColby who came to my house and helped me turn on the pool heater, I adjusted the gas regulator and immediately found the problem that there was causing the heater not to stay on. He fixed the issue and answered all 100 questions I had. He thought me how to use the heater and the control panel, how to set up and all. I offer plumbing services to the public and I always thought that I spoke well to people but today I learned how to talk to customers thanks to Colby, for all your pool needs callEden.

Placed order Tuesday for Wednesday install of new pool motor. Once Joe T technician arrived discovered we needed a GFI breaker for the circuit. Rescheduled for Friday. Joe arrived promptly for the 8am appointment, installed the new breaker, removed the old motor, installed the new motor, and the waterfall is working. Mentioned the new motor is taller than the other one so please check for leakage later.Great service! Great dispatch app to check location and gain feedback.I would recommend Eden Pool to anyone I know!

Eden Pools came out to inspect our heater to the pool which was very old. They were professional and even got us our heater in just a few short days! They squeezed us in for the install. They were prompt, fast and we are already enjoying it this evening. We have never had a bad experience and would definitely recommend to anyone needing pool service. We shopped around for prices and they were fair and competitive!

Eden understands the true meaning of customer service. They are very prompt with their appointments and you can expect them to communicate with you from the first time you call until the job is complete. One of the best pool service companies I have ever dealt with.

The technician was very kind, and the company is very honest.I never got a sales pitch or anything trying to take advantage of my old mind. He seemed to really care and took the time explaining everything and gave me recommendations only for some needed repairs.One thing I found really neat, and this just may be because Im a little behind time on technology, but they sent me a text letting me know when they would be out, and another when he was on his way and I was even able to see the technicians location as he was on his way. But that may be a normal thing nowadays....There is no doubt that we will be using Eden from now on. And we look forward to having you out again. Eden came out for a warranty call via my AHS policy, and offered perhaps the best pool service repairs and suggestions I have ever received - in clear terms I could understand. Colby was polite and knowledgeable, told me clearly what was covered and what was not. Came thru 110%. On the spot I hired him to do a couple more non-warranty-covered fixes after he confirmed with his office a very reasonable price. Best warranty sub ever sent. Tops when it comes to pool companies. Will seek them out again.

Moved to Spring about a year ago and have attempted to maintain my pool without having to hire a pool service. After finally giving up. I inquired with several companies and ended up choosing Eden. My wife made fun of me because she said she hasnt seen the pull this clean since we moved here. Long story short Im happy we ended up with Eden pools. Theyre always on time for service and the pool guy is awesome. Not to mention its cheaper than doing it myself and less headache.

Had them come out to check some stuff on our pool a while back. The tech was SUPER efficient and answered all questions.. he was also easy to talk with and didn’t give that “creepy” vibe that I’ve received from strangers offering services at our home. He was very kind. And he loved the new puppies we had. I don’t remember his name but he had a great beard and blue eyes.. maybe that can narrow it down! Ha

The service men that have been to my house (3 or 4 now) have always seemed to go above and beyond to help with our problem, answer questions, not rush through. Very, very pleased with the quality of service received!

I Would give them 10 stars if I could! Worked through insurance and right away once they were assigned to our case, they called immediately asking questions about our situation and fitting us right into their schedule. Their tech Kenny came out and was very polite and extremely efficient! He answered all my questions plus more! This company is so awesome!!! Best pool company yet! Highly recommended!

Repairman connected a fuse and swimming pool heater fired up. However, the next day it wouldnt. When I called the person who took call said she needed to pull ticket and call me back and never did. Repairman told warranty company why wasnt working but didnt say a word to me standing right there looking at him.

Let me start by saying my girlfriend is extremely picky when it comes to her pool because she cleans it herself.She was very impressed with the service provided by Eden Pool Service, and we will definitely be using them from now on.So many companies out there do not know what they are doing, or they charge an arm and a leg.Eden proved to be very knowledgeable or had quick access to the information they needed, as well as very fair priced. Fantastic staff. This is what sets them above the competition. Other than that, expect a normal pool supply store. Friendly staff makes my visit enjoyable, and is what makes me return to them for my pool needs. Give them a visit. You wont regret it.

Called them to clean my moms pool and was excited cause not many people do above ground pools. BIG MISTAKE. $500 down the drain. They came brought the pump to drain it and then when they came to clean the next day they used our broom to clean the algae. Said it would be 3 hours of work. The two guys were here for about an hour and didnt even say they were leaving. Never told us we needed to turn the pump on when the pool was full. Nothing. A friend had to tell us to turn the pump on and how. We had to call to get them back out to ask why the pool didnt look clean and they just said we had to turn the pump and leave it on. He was here for like less than ten minutes. Barely explained how to backwash it. And didnt say when to. About a week later the pool isnt getting better and we have learned more from a friend then the people we paid. So my mom had to go up there and after calling a few days earlier to get the manager. Paul is who she finally talked to after only getting to talk to the rude lady in the front desk. Who clearly knows nothing about customer service or much at all. I digress. Paul wasnt very helpful either. They both were telling my mom to do matience herself. If we are suppose to do our own matience then why did we pay you to do it. Makes 0 sense. Not worth your money. Find someone else who will actually take care of your pool and check the system and talk to you like a decent human.

UPDATE - Eden reached out to me and corrected the issue. I really appreciate the time they took to followup, look into the issue, and correct it. I will be doing business with them in the future. I am not changing my review from 4 to 5 stars.Great work and service. My only complaint is that I spent $1k getting my spa fixed properly. When I turned it on it said I needed to contact a technician. So they wanted $85 to come back and look at it, which I denied because I had paid $1k to get it fixed. Turns out they came out and restarted the sensor and it was working great. HOWEVER, I looked at my card and they had charged it without my permission. They used my payment information on file to charge it without my permission. When I contacted them the front office guy literally said “well you gave us your payment information, so..”In other words - great service, I just can’t trust them again until they reach out and address this major trust issue. I hate to write this but I feel the need to let people know. I hope they read this and they contact me soon to address this issue.

Eden pools was sent by our warranty company. I actually wanted the last company we had, but I am glad they came out instead because I now have a new favorite. Ill definitely be using them for anything and will be asking for them from now on.

I liked the way the schedule alerted me to his eta, and when he arrived he introduced himself and got to work- when he was done he fully explained everything; over all I was happy with my service.

GREAT COMPANY!!I have had many different pool companies clean my pool that Ive had for 10 years (pool is over 20 years old). I always thought I was getting good quality service at a good price so never thought anything of it, until the most recent company went out of business and I switched to EDEN POOL SERVICE after they did a repair for me!!They are very thorough and spend the time needed on the pool. The past companies would leave to pool looking ok, but were only here for 15-20 minutes tops. Eden has been here each week for closer to 45 minutes, and now my pool has more of a sparkle to it than ever before.I did have to have a lot of repairs in the 1st month that I called them out for, but that would be expected on a pool as old as mine is. And even then, I know how much repairs cost after having this pool for so long, and Eden is way cheaper, which is why I called them after they were referred by a friend at church.Ive already had the privilege of meeting 2 repair guys and 2 cleaners over the past 2 months, and each one of them are courteous and a delight.I felt inspired to review upon seeing recent negative reviews, but Im telling you, they must be fakes, flukes, or something else is going on, because I have personally never had any issues whatsoever.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EDEN!

They were very up front and honest from the beginning... even above and beyond as I am learning the ins and outs of my equipment!! Ive had three different service techs come out on different occasions and they have all been on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable about issues concerning my pool and what we needed to do to fix the issues and keep them from happening again. I definitely recommend these folks.

Eden Pool Service was our contractor assigned by a home warranty company to take care of a shot pool motor. Got all the requisite notifications. I called them (Tom answered) to give them some additional details, and asked if they could work me in same day (a Friday). Tom very politely indicated he was fully booked, but gave me the run of communication to expect on the scheduled date (Monday). A couple of hours later, Tom called me back and said they had a cancellation and could get me in, and that he had already sent the tech my way. I met the tech (Brian, who was also very friendly and professional) at our place, and he had already diagnosed the issue (pump motor was shot, as expected). He had all the parts on the truck, so he called in to get the job approved, and then got to work. I had to leave again, so we settled up and he finished the job. By the time I got back home, the pump was up and running. Overall, very pleased with our experience with Eden Pool Service, particularly for working through a home warranty company.

Great pool supply store with an awesome selection!Way WAY cheaper than Leslies..Ive been impressed so far with the quality of pool chemicals, especially the silk blue algae crystal chlorine pucks, and will be back for floats and toys once I can get into my pool. Too cold right now..A few days ago, I had tested my water at Leslies and on my way home saw the LED sign ad at the Outlets Mall, so went back out and tested it at Eden, and the results were a lot more accurate. They used a computer device that spun a disk with my water in it instead of the whole droplet system that Leslies uses.Needless to say, they now have a customer for life!! Im SOLD!

I was referred to this company, through my home warranty, to troubleshoot & correct an issue with my pool pump that was starting & stopping randomly. Before even looking in the control panel, the first tech that came said he saw a lizard running down the brick wall behind the panel. He said that was, very likely, the problem. Needless to say it wasnt. He then said I need a new control panel (the current one is 4 years old & spotless) for about $700 - $800. I refused. A few days later they sent a different tech & he said the SAME thing...he saw a lizard running down the wall and I need a new control panel. I could not believe that each tech repeated the EXACT thing....they both even took pictures of the lizard...LOL! I then found a pool electrician that came over & moved 1 wire. He said that any competent pool repair man would have noticed the wiring & should have done that same thing immediately. The result now is that I have a pool that runs like clockwork. Eden is a dishonest and/or incompetent company, in my opinion, and I would never refer them to anyone.

After spending thousands of dollars to fix my pool, the staff remains very rude and uncooperative. Not to mention after more than 10 visits they cant seem to fix the pool. Would not recommend, you should go with any other pool company in your area.

After a bad experience with another company, I called Eden. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Luis and Colby spent an hourHere, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They also reccommended some supplies I could use. I highly recommend them .

One star is too good for this company it should be negative. They took over 11 days to install a 15 x 26 above ground pool before I cancelled the job that isnt 1/2 finished. They sent 2 guys out maybe twice a week and told their supervisor that more people would be needed to get done. Very poor communication with the customer and charged my credit card without approval . They only charged a portion when I found the charge. They will not be getting any more from me. Good luck if you decide to use this company .I have pictures of the progressing non pool install.

Good pool supplies had what we needed and friendly staff.

I used this company for several years and was happy up until the last year or so. I started noticing the constant turnover with weekly service guys and the quality of service declined. My pool problems were happening rapidly seems like.also Eden Pool will nickel and dime you for everything. They even charge/invoice for supplies that should be included in your weekly cleaning. I STRONGLY recommend if you call them for a repair, be sure to be there to watch. I was suspicious of being billed for work/supplies not completed and I was correct. So be watchful of them.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. Either they are scam artists or their technicians are just ignorant. They came to my house and made a totally stupid diagnosis. They Actually said my gas meter was too small for my heater. My heater has been working for 4 years. I called the gas company to change the meter. They said the meter was the proper one. I called another Reputable pool company out and they repaired my heater in 20 minutes. They laughed when they found out it was EDEN that had cheated me. They said Eden is notorious for cheating customers. I would NEVER use them again and I will tell everyone on Lake Conroe what a terrible company Eden is.

This company has top notch service. Techs are extremely knowledgeable and do great work. Josh has been beyond helpful with all of my pools. They’re honest and extremely reasonable.

Everyone is amazing. The customer service is like none I have dealt with. They are pleasant, helpful and punctual. I spoke with 2 gentleman at the office and the tech that came to the house. All 3 were more than helpful!

This was the fourth pool company we delt with trying to fix the same issue. I can not express how pleased I have been with everyone they sent out and their customer service. Very kind and honest people. It took several trips but they didn’t give up and I truly appreciate it. We finally have our heater working!

Terrible! Dishonest! No shows and Defensive! Charge ahead then say they made a repair. Had another company come out to assess and found they completely lied about replacing the part that supposedly fixed the problem. Over charge for chemical balances. Don’t go to Eden!!!!

The scheduling for service was awesome; however, I took off so I could be home to show the service tech what I was experiencing with my Pentair Matertemp 400. Chad arrived this morning and I let him in via the side gate. I asked if he needed me to show him the issue and he said he had detail notes. I advised i had a conference call but if he needed me I would be inside. He never rung the doorbell.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!! They are absolutely horrible. They did not do the job I paid them to do and they BROKE MY EQUIPMENT!!!I had them out to check on my pool equipment and do a deep clean.The first guy came out everything went well, he put chemicals in the pool, changed a gasket on the equipment and recommended we clean the filter. He said they would send someone out the next day.When my husband got home we Hussled to clean the filter bc we were told they would be out the next day. No one came the next day.After we cleaned out the filter everything was working well, and we ran our pump, our pool was looking better. TWO days later someone else comes out to “finish the cleaning”. He gets here and all he does is skim the pool, nothing else. He tells me that my pump is not working, which I know for a fact it was working less than an hour before he arrived, and no I do not think it is a coincidence (like the dispatcher implied). That tech told me he couldn’t vacuum out the pool, but that his manager was going to come the next day to look at the pump and vacuum. No one came the next day.I had to call 3 separate times to get Eden to call me back. When they finally called me back the lady was really snippy and said that the tech didn’t have the right to tell me his manager would be out because she controls the schedule not them. So FOUR days later they agreed to come out, I got a text saying they would arrive between 2-5. After 5 I call because surprise surprise no one showed up. The lady told me they were still going to come out, but that I needed to be home because they needed to collect another $85. I will admit at this point I was not nice because, are you kidding me? You break my equipment, don’t show up or respond for DAYS and a week later my pool is still not clean.So ultimately I paid $106 for them to break my pump and for an incomplete pool cleaning.Horrible, just horrible, they have no respect or appreciation for their customers and clearly have no idea what customer service is.

We used this service for a few years. Unfortunately their quality of service has declined dramatically over the last year. When I contacted the owner because my pool is green over and over. Im told by the owner that he is tired of my griping. I just want a pool service who does their job keeps my pool clear and troubleshoots problems and is proactive. He likes to blame the tree around the pool. The trees have always been there. In fact, we are down one tree that recently died. I used to recommend this pool service to others, but no longer can and no longer use the service. I wish I could post pictures.

They turned the pool into a nightmare. I had a skimmer basket 1/2 full of DE a chemical that clogged up the entire system causing pumps to run dry and cost me thousands of dollars. The general manager was the one who did what he called 1 2 HIT IT. Ya he hit it all right. This is a vacation rental so I was having vacation guest that couldnt swim and requested their back because the reason they booked with me was because of the pool. BAD COMPANY didnt like my asking managers last name nor for a history of services done. BAD SIGN.

Read their responses to poor reviews so you understand the attitude and lack of accountability for all of their mistakes. They have an excuse for anything and everything. And when those run out, they will make up a hypothetical scenario as to why it’s not their fault they cannot follow through. Their website has 699 reviews with the same handful of people repeating over and over again while google has 65 and the negative reviews show their true colors. We have photos, video and detailed records of their lack of service and damage to pool equipment and will be doing everything in our power to make sure all future potential customers are aware of their shoddy practices. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for all of your pool cleaning and service needs.

Not good customer service. Paul the customer service manager is arrogant and talks to you on a condescending way. Always bring the wrong part and reschedule you in the middle of the appointment time. I will give them 0 stars if I could.

Set up service based on website and overall reviews. Chemicals were supposed to be included, but I was charged for extra chemicals needed on most visits. Website boasted free filter service on 1st visit. Obviously that never happened or I would have been notified of issues with my filter system . Never received a door tag notifying me that a service was done. Had a pump seal leak that I had to ask for a quote and repair because I wasnt notified by the person servicing me. Received 1 notification on my door via a scratch piece of paper that my pool needed water added. I have nothing but problems with my pump and system since hiring this company. When I contacted them, all they were concerned about was me paying the current bill. They were supposed to have someone come look at my system, a guy showed up, spent less than 10 minutes sweeping pool and then left without even looking at my system. I Cancelled and switched companies and I am now satisfied with my pool company.

I have to say that there must have been confusion and a wrong claim because they have made everything right so far. Their techs know what they are doing and Im sorry I gave them such a low rating to begin with.I cant say this any more emphatically but STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. This is the worst company. I had to use them because the warranty company made the decision. My pool is in a worse condition than it was before they came out. They tried to fix the salt cell and after failing, they made up some part failing that the warranty company had never heard of or anyone else. Because the warranty company had never heard of it, they decided not to cover it. Also, they broke the belly band on the filter when they tried to figure out what was wrong with the filter. They chose not to come out and fix the filter once they realized they couldnt fix the salt cell. By the way, it took 3 days on hold before they told the warranty company they could not fix the salt cell. In these 3 days, they didnt offer a quote to fix the part or anything. All 3 days they said they were submitting a report but never did. In the end, I dont have a salt cell that works and I cant run my filter pump because they broke the filter.

We called them because a breaker in our pool box needed to be fixed. We also wanted a WiFi booster installed. After the initial visit they told us they would’ve back because they didn’t have the switch on their truck. The 2nd guy came out looked at the box and again said didn’t have that switch on his truck and he would be back. No Show! After calling several times the 3rd guy came out and changed the switch. He left without installing the WiFi booster and did not leave a bill. He just got in his truck and left! We called the office and told them the guy left without installing the booster and didn’t leave a bill. They said sorry we can send someone out. We told them not to bother. Please send a bill. Finally we got an email for the bill telling us it was past due!Will never call them again. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATORS !!!!

My home warranty company called Eden Pools out to repair our pool. After 20 days of waiting, they coated the equipment with a silicone and left it apart. The inside grids were missing and they claim they did not take them, but they still put the equipment back together with pieces missing! Who does that!?

Ive never done business with this company.

Came out as promised. After two follow-up calls they still have not filed their inspection report with the home warranty company (but they did cash $125 check). Forced to call home warranty company myself. They continue to fail to file the report with the home warranty company. Extremely disappointed.

Very unreliable. I tried to schedule an appointment for spa repair. I called on a Wed. I was told I could probably be on the schedule Thur or Fri. Then I ended up on the schedule for the following Tues. When I called to ask what happened to Thur or Fri I was told that it was supposed to rain; if it didnt rain, then Id probably be on the schedule on Mon.On Mon I was told that I was second on the list for Tue and that it would be late morning with about a 30 minute warning via text msg. On Tues morning I called the office at 11:15 when I hadnt heard anything from anyone. No one answered, I got vmail. I called again at 11:45. Again, only vmail. Finally I called again at about 12: 30 (again vmail) and canceled the appointment.In my experience, this company is very poor at scheduling and very unreliable. I would never do business with them.

I signed a contact that said everything was included cleaning floor, skim baskets, vacuum, water line brushed, handrails, surface netted, fill chlorinator, and service all equipment and all chemicals chlorine, muratic, sodium bicarbonate, Soda Ash ALL INCLUDED for $40.00 a week and they come once a week. The first time they came was great tech was great! The next two visit I got billed for no one came out so I called and they sent tech back and he cleaned the pool. Then I got a call from the company and I was told my skimmer basket was to small to hold the 3 or 4 chlorine tabs they need to put in it. then I was ask if I didnt mine if they left me a tub of chlorine tabs would I mind putting in one every two or 3 days I told them that would be fine. and then I got my bill and they charged me $84.75 for the tub of chlorine. So I called think a mistake was made because again I signed paperwork saying everything was included but I was told no mistake that was my tub and I had to pay for it and they just said to bad that is it so I told them to cancel the services and the lady said ok done. So they gave up $$160 a month for a tub of chlorine that I was told from the start all chemical are included. and I didnt even want to give one start but if you dont you cant post it.

Please save your money & call someone else. This is the worst company I have ever delt with. After 5 visits they Mis-diagnosed my problem & cost me so much more money. (Said I had busted lines when really all I had was a leaking valve) they sent probably 8 employees all together & none of them was over 25. They had no experience what so ever. You will regret calling these people.
