Absolute worst pool service we have ever experienced. At first seemed reliable but not the case.Their so called expert is a joke. Every-time I go out of town get a bill for a repair that never occurred and filter cleanings never occurred. They sure like to charge for them though, Stay away!!

Triton Pool Service is great! Ive used them for years. They are reliable and anytime Ive called with a concern or notice something isnt working correctly, they have addressed it immediately. I wouldnt use anyone else.

If you value your pool please stay away from these guys, they send out a lower level guy who basically skims the pool and checks the chemicals and leaves in 15 mins. We had a huge black stain develop and they ignored our request for help, etc. Don’t trust your precious investment with these guys...In response to the owner, the stain is clearly created by water chemistry issues. I had another company replace Triton and can confirm this. Kirk can say what he wants and he has the right to defend his company, but they did a poor job maintaining our pool. Happy to share our experience with anyone considering Triton.

I live in the same neighborhood as the reviewer below and can echo the same sentiments. Marquise Pools built our pool as well and we stayed with Triton as they were referred by the builder. We had a build up of scale due to water chemistry issues that Triton did not address. We went with a different company and things are much better.The guy from Triton would stay 10-15 mins max and leave....was not a good experience.We have other friends with same pool builder in same situation.STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS

The only reason I called this place is because our last pool guy referred them. Worst decision ever from the very begining! We will never use this company again and I do not recommend them unless you dont mind paying for unauthorized repairs and their outrageous prices. Rated one star for poor communication, high prices, and horrible customer service. The repair man is a nice guy, pool cleaner did a good job but was rude along with the office manager who was also no help! If you go with this company it will cost you an arm, leg and anything else you can sell off!
