Had a 10am appointment today. Tech called at 915 saying he was in route. Tech called 1015 saying he needed street information again, that it wasn’t showing in his gps. I Called tech back at 1115 to ask where he was. He stated he was not far away and I let him know he has been on his way for 2 hours. His response was “yeah I know”. No apologies, no excuses just yeah I know. It’s now after 3pm and tech has not called nor showed up. I would highly recommend not using this company. They waste your time, horrible customer service, and don’t show up.
