If I could give no stars I would. A year ago we had a guy come out pump our tanks and replace our pump, called yesterday to set up services.. the pump is out again they say at the earliest it would be 2 weeks... hello our pump is leaking contaminated liquid into the yard this is a bio hazard they say call someone else they can warranty the pump, they say they had an incident in the area and were shut down for 3 weeks. Called another company out... the pump they installed was one you can get from Home Depot and not a correct pump for our system, they didnt put a check valve letting all of the water that was being pumped out go right back into the pump... theres much much more, and now because of the shotty work its costing us double because the guys are having to correct the installation issues the guy with sewer services of texas caused. We will be taking legal actions, this all could have caused a back up and flooded our house.
