I called at 9am and he was at my house by 4pm and took care of my septic tanks! Honest guy and straight forward! I’ve used them the last time and they are a amazing company! Highly recommended them!

I just had my three septic tanks cleaned by “Jones Septic”. Their quality of service was above and beyond what they had to do! Some companies will pump the tanks and leave.They didn’t just pump my tanks, they cleaned them by back flushing them and spraying them with water several times until my tanks were cleaned. I was out there with them and saw first hand their work ethic. My system was long overdue and I’m convinced they saved me from having to replace my septic system, which would have cost me thousands of dollars. Jones’s Septic Service does outstanding work!

Very friendly, arrived promptly and took care of emptying all three septic tanks. Provided advice on how to deal with roots incursion into the tank. I did, however, have to locate and dig out the tank access for one of the tanks ahead of time. Scheduling was “same day or next day” - very responsive. All in all, an excellent experience.

Jones has been servicing my septic for years at both my home and rentals. Very dependable and they do a great job!

Not happy with this company, I was told they also did service repair and they don’t. They quoted me a price of $475 for 1500 gallons anything over is by the gallon I was told when driver arrived. There was still a lot of water in two tanks water in bottom and third tank was not hardly touched and I can’t help but believe since I’m serviced at the end of the day my stop was to top truck off. No receipt or anything. Wilkinson did same job last year same tanks full to top all emptied completely for $450.

Only company for us. They go above and beyond. Very friendly and competitive price. Just as nice as they were the last time they came. They cleaned both tanks down to the bottom and even rinsed the tanks! They showed us inside the tank to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

5*PLUS. I called my usual (former) septic company to have my aerobic tanks pumped and they told me it would be a minimum of 8 days!! Then I called Jones and ask the same question and was told no problem we can be there this evening. The gentleman driving the pumper had to go around a downed power pole to get to my house. I know what the (former) company would have said. He then pumped and cleaned my tanks then replace the lid screws. Also, he was a wealth of knowledge for future reference on pumping. He was a true professional! This gentleman had been on a route that day that took him all the way to Richmond Tx. Im 70 mile the other direction. When my contract is up with my (former) septic service. Jones has all my business and my families on our property also. CANT SAY ENOUGH GOOD. TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST !!!!

The guys are very nice in person and over the phone. They did excellent work and showed up on time. I will definitely use them again when needed.price was very affordable especially in an emergency.

Jones septic was the only company on a Sunday that would come out to our house for emergency service. They arrived quickly and cleaned out our septic tank completely. They were professional and courteous in explaining everything they were doing and everything we’d need to do in the future to prevent the problem from reoccurring. I will call jones first if we ever have septic system issues in the future!

It is Saturday 4 of July weekend. When I woke up in the morning I was surprised with the septic tank full. I made some other calls and everyone denied me service until Tuesday. Very rude older gentleman answering the phone. Told me I wouldnt find anyone under $200 to clean my tank and I have to find the kind uncover it. Wth your $25-$50 higher then others and I have to do the work for you ? When questioned about the price cause as a single parent single income $200 laying around I dont have. He has to dump in Waller, not my problem you dont have some where closer.
