I spoke with a man he told me he’d call me back never did. About a week and a half later I called him to see what was going on and he’s like oh did I forget about you?? When he meet up with my husband the same day I called him the second time to ask what was going on he told my husband “he didn’t like dealing with me! “.If your calling and don’t know how to explain what you want and have questions I don’t recommend them. I called another company and that lady told me everything in one phone call. This company wanted me to call and find a engineer when the other company does it all for you. I DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!

My husband and I spoke with our parents about trying a new septic company as we have had many issues lately. My husband found 5 Star Septic Solutions and we read all the wonderful reviews. We had them come out to our 10 acres in Willis, TX yesterday. Upon inspection from John and he asked about additional tanks. We said we dont know of any other tanks, as we have three with risers. Sara grabbed a shovel and went to digging and found we had an additional tank that we didnt know existed, which by the way was full. Why this was never mentioned to us in over ten years of inspection and maintenance was mind blowing. This had been the issue wed been having with odor, broken aerators etc They were professional, kind, informational, and hard working. They pumped and cleaned all three tanks. Answered all our questions. Later that day, I went online looking for chlorine tablets and was trying to find an economical solution to tablets when I came across liquid chlorination. I read website after website and determined that installing a liquid bleach dispenser would save hundreds of dollars per year. This morning I called and Roger answered, I told him I had questions regarding a liquid bleach dispenser and he said they install them, but gladly answered all my questions regarding the ones I saw online. What a GREAT team they have. Honest, hardworking and kind people are who you want, installing, maintaining and coming onto your private property. We will not be using any other company going forward. Kudos, 5 Star Solutions!

So glad I found this company. They did a thorough job of pumping and cleaning my septic tank and providing me with good advice for maintence. Try them out!

Lead to believe by another company that we needed things done and got a sec opinion and was told by the owner of 5 star septic and he said nothing was wrong. I will be using this company for any repairs or replacements for my septic

You will not go wrong with this company. Honest, fare and knows about skeptics. I had 3 different Septic companies come out and could not figure out what was wrong. Five star came out and solved the problem which was minor yet not one company that came out before them could figure it out. I will always use 5 Star Septic they know what there doing.

I just had an aerobic system put in and I could not be more pleased with the install and service by John and Roger. Both were very professional and friendly. I had lots of questions and had some issues with my homes plumbing and they were patient and took care of everything. They even saved me money and time by getting someone to take care of the issue.
