Stop by 2 other Places within 200 miles..They Couldnt figure out why my tire was leaking. Well I go to Southern TM. 1st thing out of their Tire Guy. It u cant find Leak.. Crack Rim. Others didnt even look or knew to look.. Awesome Job STM. Thats Exactly what it was!! IM GLAD. IT COULD HAVE BEEN BAD! IF IT EXPLODED!

Came in after about 3 years of being out of town for some tires. I was looking for my go to guy Fabian, but was told he no longer works there. Was not happy with service. Guys at front counter have no idea what they are talking about. What a disappointment. Luckily I found out were Fabian is now working, so I will be heading his way to get my tires.

Great crew, definitely very conscious of customer service.I showed up 2-3 minutes after they were closed with a problem. Management and an employee opened back up and cheerfully helped me and took care of my problem. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

I cannot day enough about this place. Fabian and his team treated us like royalty. So much respect and kindness all while being incredibly informative and helpful. We needed 4 new trailer tires for our 16k lb 5th wheel trailer. I did some research online and ended up deciding to get the SAILUN S637 but it was not a brand Southern Tire Mart carried. I decided to order he tires online and have Southern Tire Mart do the install. Fabian told me no problem and to have the tires shipped there. I showed up Saturday morning to get the job done and the team was ready. Had us in and out in an hour. On top of all this the price for mounting and old tire disposal was SUPER cheap! Love these guys. Will definitely stop here when we pass though again

Terrible business! We spend thousands and thousands of dollars on tires every year at this place and every time I go to get a patch or a rotation I get the run around. Last time I took tires to get replaced they put my tires in someone else’s truck and still charged me the same price even though I had to sit there for a hour while they traced down my wheels and tires. If someone calls and asks if you can do a rotation and balance and they say come on in then 15 mins later I show up and there is now a 3 hour wait why not just say It’s first come first serve.

Great shop. Found extremely difficult to find tires quickly. Had them on the rims in like 2 hours & took extreme care in not messing up the newly painted rims.

By far the best experience Ive ever had buying tires Bob is the man I had an oddball tire I couldnt find anywhere I had been looking all day an had called everyone an at the end of the day An i mean the end of the day (455pm) I got the pleasure to talk to Bob he went out of his way and found the tires everyone told me I could not get and hand them basically the next day for me everyone at southern Auto Mart is the epitome a professional friendly and courteous Im 50 years old and have bought a butt load of tires and my experience was the best I have ever had by far they have a customer for life hands down the best tire store ever

I had a 19.5 inch RV tire belt separation that left us stranded near the Woodlands area. Called a couple places and was referred to Southern Tire. Hollie was my contact and she was beyond helpful. I have been dealing with issues with my car for about 2 weeks now since I’ve got it back from the dealers after a recall. I’ve gone to several different places and estimated prices and called around and I kept getting high prices, and different places trying to add on “problems” to my car. I spent one of my entire days off dealing with different places and them being rude and pricing me the highest they can by doing “kits” or “add on’s” and other things not necessary to fix my problem. On top of being charge just to take a look at it! I was priced at over $1,500 and had rude service before I came across Southern Tire here off 75!They got me in quick, took a look, estimated a price to exactly what was wrong with my car and didn’t try to upsell me or screw me. Didn’t charge a dime to look at it and tell me my struts were blown. For both front struts, labor and an alignment, I only spent $565! Ashley and Keith were absolutely amazing! Fantastic service and the most honest helpful place I’ve encountered. Best prices by far all around. I asked about prices for other things too by curiosity. I will definitely come back and recommend this location from here on out!

This place gets busy. Im sure its because of the great service that they provide. They are friendly and prompt. They make you feel comfortable. I went to get tires for my companys truck and dead so relaxed that I watched a movie on my laptop without disturbance. When they were done out was out as fast as I came in. Great place to go.

Keith helped me in advance on the phone by quoting the prices of the appropriate tires for my RV. Ashley was courteous and thorough and the mechanics had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. They did my state inspection also. Great place and close to my home away from home RV park.

This is a great tire shop! The people are great and the service is fast and great. I vowed a few years ago to never go back to discount tire after waiting at one for 3 hours with a small child. Now that I have found this place there is no where else I will go to get tires. I am always in and out in about 20 mins. They make me feel very comfortable and I know they appreciate my business.

Had to take a customers trailer there on short notice for a TX DOT inspection. Fabian the service manager got me scheduled and in the bay promptly, and the inspection was performed and done in less than an hour. Great service and nice facility. Corporate made a big mistake letting Fabian go!’ Very stupid decision letting the best guy they had! Shows how much corporate companies don’t care about their employees, their all just numbers to them. I thought this company would be different guess I was wrong! No Fabian no business from me!!!

Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful above they call of duty and very reasonable. Still only 7 bucks to get my trailer inspected.. and they did not charge for a failed inspection when I wanted to fix my own lights instead of letting them fix them. Also while I was there another customer was having the same issue.. they let him work on it right there.. I took mine home and came back. And they were giving and elderly couple a ride home so they did not have to hang out in the waiting area for the car to be fixed!Dam nice folks, I highly recommend them.

I agree with the other 2 reviews! This place is not the same without Fabian he was my go to guy! I went in last week to see if they could align my truck, and I was at the front counter well over 5 min with no one acnologing me whatsoever. The place was not even busy and they couldn’t take care of me so I took it somewhere else instead. This place doesn’t not know the first thing about customer service. Not the same anymore!!!! Not going back again!

I inquired if Strouhal Tire repacked wheel bearings on RVs and was informed YES, but I had to make an appointment! I made an appointment for Wednesday, July 22, 2015, to have the wheel bearings repacked on my RV. I arrived at Strouhal Tire at 0830 (I prefer to be early versus late). At approximately 0845 I was told to back my RV into Bay #3, which I did. At 0945, an HOUR later, my RV was STILL sitting unintended. NOTHING!!! Then someone took a tire off the right rear wheel, and departed.WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT when Strouhal Tire does NOT HONOR the appointment??? During the 90 minute wait, I witnessed no less than six (6) customers come and go (I was sitting next to the reception desk/area, and no one mentioned they had an appointment). Meanwhile, NOTHING WAS BEING ACCOMPLISHED ON MY RV!!! Basically, their personnel were jacking with me.I find this treatment to be RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DEMEANING!!! I departed without my wheel bearings repacked!!! They lost a customer for life!

Unorganized and rude.I set up an appointment for replacing a rack & pinion and an alignment with them and was told that it would be completed that day. When I went to drop it off they told me it wasnt going to be finished that day after all. They apparently did not schedule me in properly. I asked what was the estimated labor hours and the first guy walked away and never came back. When the second guy was free I told him our situation and then he went to speak to the mechanic about the estimated labor hours(said he would be quick). We waited 10-15 minutes and just left because we could see him through the window and nothing was being done.During our visit we noticed 2 customers walk in, wait to be attended to, and leave because they were taking too long.I had a decent experience at this location several years ago but things have definitely changed. Definitely disappointing.

I just called and found out that Fabian is no longer working there that place is no longer good without the backbone. He is the only reason I would go and get my tires and inspection. I don’t think they’re going to make it anymore. there goes my services I will find another place hopefully Fabian will stay local.I will spread the word.

Took truck into Strouhal to have brakes checked as I could hear grinding noise coming from my rear tire area. When I came back to pick up truck, was told brakes had 60% of brake shoes left but I had a leak in my trans cooler line. I paid what I thought was a responsible fee and left. The grinding noice returned and I have now taken my vehicle into another business to be handed grinded up brake parts from the rear brakes that are at least 2 months old. It is now going to cost me to have drum grinded and parts replaced after being told they were fine. Was told my brakes were good so either they just did not check them, did not put drum back on correctly, but something happened in two months time for the brakes to grind the whole time. You think about it!!!! Will not go back to this place.
