The other day I had a flat and rushed to their shop. They got me in quick and efficiently! Thomas was very nice and professional. He showed me the nail and the other that had come out. I was in and out quickly and really appreciated it. Thanks guys. I would recommended coming here for all your vehicle needs.

My oil change was quickly completed. Quote for blinker bulb change was way ovetpriced. According to 2 other places, my tires are not nearly as bad as I was told and I was able to get them rotated. Not sure if I will return.

They did an alignment on my tires on short notice at a fair price, then when they found a part that needed replacement offered free check after the repair was done. They honoured that offer 2 weeks later. I trust them and highly recommend them.

Came in an hour before closing. The guys were short handed and hustling, trying to wrap up for the evening. They took the time to diagnose a leak in my tire. Although it was punctured in an area they werent allowed to repair. Didnt have the inventory to replace. They still took the time and were very professional! Appreciate the effort guys! Next time..

Today was was very busy day for them. Store Manager Marcus was leading the charge for them. He was not sitting the the office pushing a pen. This to me is very important. While I waited I noticed the young man at the desk being very enthusiastic as he answered questions on the phone. He generally wants to help customers. This NTB is my only tire shop.Thanks guys

I am currently in the waiting room here while having my vehicles tires rotated and balanced and over heard Marcus the store manager handling a disgruntled customer over the phone. I do not know what the issue was or any details but I felt I needed to share that Marcus handled the situation extremely well. The way he approached the situation was better than any other manager I have ever witnessed or encountered trying to defuse a disgruntled customer situation. He continually informed the customer that he understood their point of view and made sure to make it clear that although they couldn’t get whatever they were requesting it did not mean they were wrong for feeling the way they were. He stayed calm and made everything clear and understandable and at the end he was laughing and having small talk with the customer. What made me want to share this is that when he hung up the phone his demeanor did not change as I overheard him explain to his team that the customer had a right to feel the way they did and that they needed to scream at someone so sometimes you have to let the customers do that and just let them vent. He said he has been in that position and felt that way before so he understood what the customer was feeling. In a world where customer service is no longer polite and helpful it was refreshing seeing a manager that puts the human side of things into situations and actually cares about how his customers feel and can relate to them without losing his responsibilities as a manager to take care of the store. I know this is an odd review but felt it needed to be shared that real customer service isn’t dead and people do care if you find the right places to go. As long as he’s the manager here I am officially going to bring my vehicles to be serviced only here at this location.

Customer service was great and they took car of my problem in a timely manner but I won’t be back. The a/c was out and the heat inside the store was unbearable and it was 105 outside. After talking to an employee the a/c has been out a week or so SHAME ON NTB for having their employees and customer suffer in the heat. Makes the experience not do delightful. They also did not have a working water fountain so customers were unable to get water to try to cool down.

Nathan, upfront was very gracious in helping me right before closing. The 0700 appointment and the morning team was fast and efficient so that I was back on the road to be able to see my Granddaughters Nationals Dance 🩰 Competition. I was very pleased with the service and the attitude of all I met in the NTB.

My boyfriend insisted I leave a review because of the excellent service I received from the guys at NTB. They were extremely helpful and made sure to get me out of there quickly. I will definitely be returning to this location. Marcus did an awesome job and was very accommodating. Also, shout out to the guys, Chayce and Chris, who worked on my car. Thank you so much!

I felt the need to leave the following review; over a month ago I took my car to Christian brother automotive for a clanking noise in my wheel rotation. I paid $198 for fancy service and “nothing wrong with my car”. A few days ago, I came to NTB and told them the same issue and the first thing Alex did was take my keys and test drive it; he then showed me the problem. I needed to get my suspension control arms replaced. My car feels amazing now and makes no noise. Bryan & Nathan called my warranty folks and I paid 1/3 of the cost. Definitely coming back for any car needs!

NTB exceeded my expectations. Prices were great, and the service was amazing. Nathan went above and beyond. Tires, sensors, and an inspection... I would recommend this place to anyone. I wont go anywhere else!

Deal with Brendon when you’re here. We followed him for the woodlands since it’s really hard to find an honest person that will work with you these days. One of the best we’ve ever dealt with and we keep coming because of him.

Had some tire work done at another location and I picked up a nail soon after. Tire went down and I was close to this store. Went in and was taken care of immediately. Got back on the road in no time at all. Staff was great.

Wont be back.. Went in for a oil change and Tire rotation. I watched them and marked 1 tire that tire was in the same spot when I left.Yet they was fast to tell me I needed new tie rod and ends and trying to sell me just a little over $327.00 worth of stuffAs they never even removed a tire i found this hard to believe so I took my car to a local mechanic and they said everything with my front suspension was 100% fine .Will never go back EVER!

The staff was SUPER friendly (and somewhat funny) at a time that was stressful. (I needed a $300 battery, but they broke THAT news gently.)The service was fast and thorough. The store manager was especially helpful. They tested my car to make sure I really needed a battery, and checked for other problems.The wait area is roomy, clean, and comfortable featuring a conference room plus the lobby with comfy seats. They offer free WIFI. Except...they were done so quickly, I didnt have time to get any work done.

Weve had a lot of work done on our vehicles at NTB Conroe. Everything from simple oil changes to replacing an alternator. The service at this location is outstanding each and every time! All the staff is kind, helpful and friendly and I always feel well informed with my vehicles diagnosis and solution to the repair or problem. The staff is sensitive to customers with minimal knowledge of vehicle repairs and always answer all my questions. ALL the STAFF deserves a shout out for their hard work and friendly customer service!! The manager, Marcus Fletcher, has done a wonderful job at the Conroe location and I will continue to bring my vehicles there with confidence.

Nathan and Tim we’re very helpful about letting me know what I needed and why I needed them, giving me the relief of knowing they were telling me the truth. You can tell Nathan is very adamant and attentive about his job and is always looking out for customers, he should be a MANAGER

Today I came in to get my oil changed and my wheels rotated. I came back to this location because last time I was here, I got great customer service. I was not disappointed, I still got the same great customer service that I expected! I love how there are car experts like Marcus and Katie in this location and how the mechanics are great at helping me with my vehicle maintenance! The price is right and the service is amazing! And with this pandemic, I’m so happy because I’m not worried when I step in this branch, they keep it clean, the mask signage is on and the 6 ft apart guidelines are also on the floors. I will be coming back and I will be referring my friends and family to go here!

Omg fixed my daughters car super quick and told me what else was wrong with the car but told me that could be done at a later date because it was not necessary for her to have it in drivable condition. Take your car here and get an honest shake.

Was quoted $89 for wheel alignment and when I arrived they raised the price to $129. Employee stated that because I didn’t have factory rims it would be more even though rim and tire sizes are exact match to factory specs. Will never come here again and would highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Be careful at this location and definitely shop around! Went in to get a patch for my tire which would be $30, and was told by the technician that it couldn’t be fixed and that I needed a new tire. Went down the street and got it fixed without a problem for $18.

I spent 1719.12 on my son in laws truck. Nit to mention they new he was terminally ill with cancer. They put new pads, rotors, and calipers. Still the brakes did not work. Than they said it had to be the master cylinder. Put a new one and it still did not work. 7.5 hours I set waiting. Than they said its an ABS control module. They said they could not get it anywhere. They said find the part and they would put it on. Finally I arrived with the part and they wanted another 322.00 more. I told the man that was to have been put on fir free. These people are trash and liars. I will not stop here.

Wonderful shop, my tire was flattened and When I arrived they patched it up as soon as possible in amazing time. Sense of urgency amongst the staff is amazing and Katie was very assuring and provided amazing customer service. Highly recommend

Every time I have been here there have been scheduling issues. I don’t understand the point of making an appointment and still waiting 2.5 hours before they even start the work. If you go here plan on spending the entire day waiting.

My experience was great! The employees are very polite and welcoming, my service was completed quickly and timely. They even let my dog wait inside with me while they had the truck.

Over 3 hours to change two tires on my company truck, just to find out that they changed the oil on it as well even though it wasnt due for another 2000 miles, without asking me, and even tried to do rear brakes on it, again, without asking me. I understand that it is a fleet vehicle, but I was on a schedule and ONLY stopped in for rear tires on the truck. When approached about the situation, they claimed the fleet management company required the oil change in order for them to do the tires. Funny, that has NEVER happened at ANY other place that has performed service on any of our fleet vehicles.

I am a handicap woman with a modified van and one of the technicians knew exactly how to drive my van because of all of the modification knew what kind of life to put my van on to do my oil change he was very fast and I was in and out of there in no time at all. And I appreciate the care and the knowledge he had and I will return for other services.

Had a blowout on the freeway and had to come in for a tire since I didn’t have a spare. The location was really convenient and they were all so helpful! Wait time was very short :)

Not impressed here. I prefer Discount but was sent here due to a wreck. They had an opportunity to steal me from them but failed. The first time they fixed my tire, while still under the care of the repair shop, they did not replace my tpms sensor. Went back up there myself the second time to get that fixed. Absolutely no sense of urgency. Saw guys just standing around talking, taking smoke breaks, just very slow. What should have been done in 30 minutes is now at the 1hr mark and counting. Now it seems they dont even have one in stock.... at a tire shop??? Wont be back here if I can avoid it.

Don’t go to this NTB. Good workers, Bad Management!My truck is damaged due to improper lift, truck slipped off the lift. Damage to driver’s side running board. Bracket and frame connection. Total of $758.00 to fix. Manager Marcus Fletcher refuses to do the right thing. I had a terrible experience at the NTB at 806 IH 45 N. Conroe. There is a reason why there’s no waiting and u need to take a number at Discount Tire. About a week ago I had new tires put on my mint condition Ram truck at this NTB . Apparently my truck was put on the compact car lift with a hydronic jack holding up the rear of the truck. The jack gave way and my truck slid off the lift almost hitting the ground. Today I was trying to show store manager Marcus Fletcher the damage caused to the running board brackets when he was abrupt and redely unprofessional. He told me he remembered the incident and would take NO responsibility. He jumped in my truck as I was trying to show him the damage he quickly drove my truck out of the bay and told me to get out. I was shocked. He told me to look online for NTB corporate and don’t come back. I would advice NOT to give your business to this NTB store your vehicle might not survive it.

They werent too busy at 11am, got new tires, alignment by 1245. Not bad, but they made a mistake on my reversible tire walls matching. Came back the next morning got it done in mins. Friendly, respected the covid guidelines and gave insight for maintenance. Ill come here again fir tires.

I had a nail in my tire and it was 1 hr to closing. Nathaniel worked me in and helped me even with closing time was passed. I used my road hazard and he even rotated my tire. The guys in the back that I spoke to were professional and knowledgeable. My lower rating comes from lack of communication among the staff. Front desk gal was rude when asked about charges. Could not produce a list of charges before payment. Made generic excuses for every question instead of finding answers or someone who had them. NTB advertises to give discounts to essential workers, reality is only for oil changes but that is never stated in the ad.

I went in to get tires and the employee noticed my break pads were low and unsafe and recommended I have them replaced so I did and. It was the best service in a tire shop I ever had

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a battery from another location, which was a Duralast, and the Conroe store wouldnt honor the battery replacement. Then they told me a bold-faced lie that NTB did not sell Duralast batteries. The girl got an education and found out that they do sell Duralast batteries but they still wouldnt honor it because they didnt have one there. So its my responsibility to go to a different store with could be completely out of the state or whatever, but its up to me to go get the battery replaced so there warranty is it worth the paper its written on all they got to do is change Brands and Bam youre screwed. Will never shop at NTB ever again!

I was here, years ago, and received horrible service. I decided to give them another chance, due to a deal they had. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service, I received, from Brandon. In and out quickly. Id definitely recommend.

This place is over rated

Dont change cabin/air filters here. Its a rip off!!!I went for a synthetic oil change and asked to change my cabin/ air filters also for my Toyota Camry. Price for oil change was reasonable.But when it came to changing cabin and air filters, they insisted they will change a filter bought from them only, so I bought their filters for ~$58.on top of that, they charged $31.99 labor just to change cabin filter and air filters. Other service centers usually change it for free if you bring the filters or buy it from them. So total ~$90 for changing cabin and air filters.That is a total rip off!

Went to get my tire replaced, everything was fine untill I went home and noticed my lug nut was stripped. I go back to the place the next day to tell them about this and they say they use the tool that fits and saying the lug nut is swollen. I am unable to take the lugnut off and I would have to pay out of pocket to get a new one after this company destroyed it. Its not stripped, its swollen - ntb manager. Ill have to pay to have the lugnut removed and replaced because I took my business to this company.

2018: this shop provides 5-star customer service now! Former staff who were not on that level have moved on. Now, you can expect that Abraham will greet you with respect. Chris will patiently and expertly show you the parts of your car that need repair. I dont know anything about cars, not even the vocabulary words to use to communicate the problem to the mechanic. Chris was kind and understanding as he showed me the problems he uncovered on my car, taught me the names of parts and how they work with each other to make the machine work. It was fascinating! I felt respected and like I was dealing with an expert. Then Marcus continued the theme of respectful customer service as he showed me the list of parts that needed repair. It was a longer list than I expected, but Marcus knew how to handle a customer who was shocked and frightened by the bill. He was calming, understanding, and comforting as he offered to separate the work into 3 separate projects, tackling only the most urgent one that day. This shop has my business for life!

Went in asking for help to find the issues with my Honda. The guys were helpful. I appreciate the fact they werent condescending as I have experienced at other mechanic shops. The mechanic actually took me out to the Bay and showed me first hand the issues so I didnt feel like he was just listing stuff for me to fix. There were observable issues. I was provided with a written estimate. No high pressure ( which I despise) sales. Honestly....I was a bit negative in my opinions of NTB....but I feel better after my visit. Just need to schedule my repairs

Let me start my saying that when they say theyll take care of you, they do. I ended up there after having an unpleasant experience somewhere else. Jen was very helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike other places, she took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I returned home pleased with their service. Thank you!

I picked up a bolt in the middle of the tread of my tire. NTB was my only option on a Sunday. They told me it was out of repair zone. Again...not even close to the side wall. I was stuck needing it for work on Monday, and they knew it...so I agreed to get a new tire...but I wanted my old one, because I knew it was fixable.The service manager wanted to make a big deal about removing the disposal fee of my old tire, even though they were NOT disposing of it. I got the tire. Started driving and it was pulling hard and grinding. Pull over to find they GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE TIRE.I ended up out for a tire, and when my boyfriend went to have that fixed while I went to work for the day, they gave him a hard time and said it was fine.It was not fine. You refused to fix a tire, then gave me the wrong one ontop of the bad service before.I absolutely will not reccomend them to anyone. Thankfully my regular mechanic got my tire patched like I asked.Lazy and incompetent people at NBT.

Terrible service every time i come. Ive had 2 flats in one week.The 1st time it took them an hour and a half to fix the flat. The 2nd time i took the wheel off for them and brought just the wheel and tire and they said i would have to drop it off and pick it up tomorrow.As a result i had to go to another tire shop and pay them to fix the flat when ntb should have done it for free.I will be bringing all my vehicles elsewhere.

Absolutely great management. Staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Received a new set of tires, oil change, and alignment. They were extremely affordable for top quality service and parts. Im very confident in their expertise to keep my family safe on the road. I highly recommend these guys and Ill definitely be returning for any future needs. Couldnt be happier with the service I received.

We bought a set of 4 tires less than 9 months ago with warranty and alignment service includedFrom the start the tire had a big bump on it and the employee said it’s normalIt’s not normal, it’s a defective tire and it definitely affects my drivingPoor customer service. 4 guys sitting by the desk and talking/laughing and openly chewing on their lunch . Don’t expect greeting they are too busy with their thing going onOverpriced compared to competitors

I bought 4 tires from this place. Usually this place has been helpful but since I had an issue with one of the tires. I felt like they didnt want to help fix it. Even tho I had a warranty on all of them.

Great staff! Abraham was wonderful, very honest about upfront pricing. They warned me of a potential leak in my vehicle and suggested I take it to the franchise dealership for the oil change. They added 2 quarts of oil for free they didnt charge me at all for even looking at my vehicle unlike other places Ive been to.

Horrible place!I will not be coming back to THIS NTB.They will not rotate my tires, even though I have lifetime with NTB.I did an oil change with them and now Iv had to return because I have a leak because they didnt tighting things back up when changed it.Not to mention, the staff IS NOT friendly at all..Thats what I get for letting Ho Dunk work on my car.NEVER AGAIN

Great customer service! Called this location and it was close to closing time. Explained that my daughter needed new tires and a battery badly and that we were about 5 miles away and if they could please help us out. They didnt hesitate to say yes.

This place is by far an awesome place. A former employee thats no longer with the company did the wrong repair s on my vehicle. Over charged me and didnt do anything to make it right, after he did the repairs. That was the worst! But the best part was today. My vehicle was finally repaired and things made right! The supervisor was very understanding. Saw the situation for what it was and knew all the proper steps. Made my day. My day started to be the worst at first when I had found that in the past the repair had never been fixed and what he said was fixed was the wrong thing. But charged me for the repair but didnt even fix it .further more when I went back previously the man that once worked their at that time tried arguing with me. I left that day. Today everything was fixed and made right. The right repairs done and all issues resolved. They made the decision to go above and beyond and make things right. When the former employee was dishonest and didnt do anything or want too. They did. They stand behind their products. And there name. Their honesty really wowed me. And they went above and beyond. And made the situation right. I recommend this place and gave them five stars. Honesty and making things right for someone doesnt happen very often, in the world we live in today. Thanks to you all at NTB for doing a job well done and being loyal to your customers. Job well done!!! Wow!!!!
