I have a monthly membership to this car wash. Just the basic exterior membership. My car is newer. I bought it brand new in April. I bring it to the car wash at least once a week. Sometimes twice if the bugs are bad or we go on a longer trip. I am pretty disappointed in my experiences. I have brought this up to the people who work there several times now. Every time I bring my car in and get it washed, my car is still dirty when it comes out. Now, I know its best to have the car waxed to help with keeping it clean, so I paid the $50+ to have my car waxed at the and even then, when they called me to get my car, it was still dirty even after having it waxed. I pointed out several places all over the car that still had dirt or bugs or marks. I live less than 1 mile from this store and I have used this car wash since long before it was a Sparkling Image car wash. I am just not understanding why my car is not getting clean? Why am I paying a monthly fee and bringing my car so often to a place that is not getting it clean? I have asked the check in workers to use the brush on the front to help with bugs and everyone except for one person has refused. The one person even told me that all I had to do was ask and they would be glad to run the brush over the front to help with the bugs before I ran my car through the wash. So far, when I have asked since them, I have been refused that service. It isnt fair for me to continue to pay for a service from your company that I am actually not receiving. I am not paying for a fun ride through a car wash, I am paying for my car to be cleaned. It is not being cleaned. I run my car through the car wash and then end up going home to clean it myself because the car wash didnt get my car cleaned.Is there a reason that so many people are refusing a service that has already been offered to me? And is there a reason that my car is not being cleaned in the car wash? Would you continue to pay a company for a service that you are not receiving?These pictures were taken 2 actual minutes after taking my car to the car wash. I pulled out of the wash and into the parking lot next door. This is the results I am paying a monthly membership fee for.

Took my car here for the very first time. I was going to sign up for an unlimited plan. Thank goodness I didnt. My car was on the line when a hydraulic hose broke. The car sat there for no less than 10 minutes with the brushes spinning on the car. Lots of people in red and yellow polo shirts walking through, not a one seemed to know how to operate the line.Finally, the man who greeted me came back in to say the line is down and theyd be washing my car by hand. I proceeded to watch them back the car out of the line, all the while it was bouncing over the rollers which push it along while it is in neutral. 15 minutes later, the car comes around to be dried and interior detailed. The car was still very dirty, rims were not cleaned even though I paid for tire and rim treatment. All of this I could have lived with. What I am very frustrated about is a plastic piece on the back bumper was hanging loose and nobody seemed to care. Whats more, theres a scratch on the back bumper which was not there prior.I paid $ 22.95 plus a $5 tip only to have my car damaged and the car needed to be re washed by me later. I will never go back there again.

I had my car detailed and it look like new. The only problem I had was I had to ask them to re-clean around the doors and the hatchback. They left dirt in those places.

Went for the $7.00 exterior only which is a good value. The other exterior washes are more but you pay for services that will leave you disappointed. The more costly exterior wash claims to clean your wheels and it just doesnt happen.

By far the best car wash around, lots of options. Friendly staff far pricing. Im a very happy customer every visit, good work guys!!

Waited over an hour for phone call to tell me my car was ready. Never got phone call. Went to pick up car after an hour and car has spots everywhere, new scratches on rearview mirror. And customer druling standing next to my car like he works there.Will definitely go somewhere else next time.

Great place to have your car washed, and trust worthy for oil changes and inspections. Im a regular there.

Place sucksi went it today for a car wash and looks almost the same as I brought it in.... added $10 extra for armoral and didnt apply it.

My husband and I have the subscription that allows us to run thru as many times as we want but you have to go when their open. Good deal if you need a clean car

I have been searching for a decent car wash for a while. I have tried multiple different car washes around Conroe, this was the only one that worked for me.Due to add-ons on my truck, most car washes don’t clean it correctly or they want crazy amount to hand wash. Bryan helped me find a “package” that worked for me to get my desired results.It worked. It’s great. I have been coming in religiously every week now since he helped me.I get the cleanliness I want, for a very reasonable price. If you ever have a problem, he is the guy to find. He will get it all straightened out and make sure you leave happy.Amazing staff, prices, and results. Highly recommend.

I get a great wash there.Might have to wait their always busy.But the wait is worth it.

In the beginning I had a really bad experienced, my truck was not properly vacuumed and detail. When I pointed out a few spots that needed to be addressed the worker became really rude about it and left it unattended. After speaking to the manager in charged that day Mr. Unique, he immediately handled the situation very professional and addressed our problems with care and got the truck vacuumed and detailed once again and addressed the scratches on the truck. It all depends on people like him that determines weather we continue with their services. Thank u Mr. Unique for all your help.

Dont take your pickup truck. Got the $18 exterior wash. First, they only hand dry the areas they can reach. Didnt use a step stool to extend their reach. Since my truck is fairly tall, all they hand dried were the sides. Bigger problem is after getting home I found there was still mud caked all over the running boards and lower part of the doors. They made no attempt to clean those areas. I was very disappointed.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They stole my knife out of my truck as well as all the quarters in my console. Told the manager and he just blew me off. These people are crooks. They dont even deserve one star..

Dont go there it is Not a Godly place. I was a former employee at the Mobil 1 Express and was blackballed for being a Christian. I am a hard worker with a thing called integrity. The guys that work on the Mobil 1 side will screw your car off and then sit out back smoking drugs and laugh about it. And then on top of that do a fake inventory to pass off all the stuff they are stealing out of the shop.If you have any future problems with your car..and have been there you know where to go back too. I am about to post pics of theft buy employees. I had a cam built into my hat. Let you know I use to work for the Montgomery Sheriff s Office. I will be releasing future video of this all. Very efficient car wash with great hours and location. If it rains the next day, take your car back for a free second wash. We were in and out quickly and the detail work was excellent. Never an issue here.Free car wish with an inspection as well.

It was a nice place. My only complaints were that its not a hand wash. Your car goes thru the drive thru machines, I dont like them they break parts on cars and put dents in cars. Then they are a bit pricey but I need my car inside detailed. And they wanted 6 hrs😶 to do this. Ill use them till I find a place I like better. It was good and my car looks good. Just a bit pricey

Excellent service and great oil change services.

The wait was over an hour and a half. The car was not vacuumed out properly or cleaned. The interior and exterior was still dirty after an hour and a half wait. Brian the manager on duty has horrible management skills and lacks customer service. When confronted that our car had been out of the wash first one in line and hadnt been touched for he lashed out in frustration and did not even try to attempt to fix the issue which had to be done by the customer by asking one of the multiple employees to do it since he lacks any kind of management skills. Will never go back.

Great clean place for a fast oil change with a free wash and interior clean-up included. Friendly and thoughtful people that go out of their way to earn your business. My go-to place for detailing, inspections, oil changes, and quick washes.

They do a great job cleaning vehicles but when you pay for extra stuff is where they lack in quality...I payed $140 for buff job to remove swirls and some paint mist on one side of my car and they failed.... Id like a redo.

I have used to place several times in the past before it was Sparkling. I went there today and was told that I needed to drop my car off or else I couldnt get the detail cleaning I wanted. I have never had that issue before and I have always got a good cleaning. I just went down the street to Suds and got the same thing done, cheaper, and in about an hour and a half. Didnt need to drop off my car.

Normally wash is fairly quick, however Im told a new system is in place and after waiting 30min and my vehicle had not moved, I had no option but to take my business elsewhere.

They did a really good job with my car. Got an oil change and free wash (which i upgraded to a better wash for $14). It was pretty quick and was all well done

If they damage your vehicle, they will not do anything about it. 2hrs for an oil change and car wash, wipe down left dirt and streaks everywhere. Not worth the time or money. Take you vehicle there at your own risk.

Paid $$$ for interior detailing package that including carpet/seat cleaning, dash, crevices etc. Poor quality of work completion, especially for the amount spent. Im sorry to say this was my first visit here, and it did not leave a good first impression.

This is the last time I ever spend money here.....absolutely terrible quality and service...spent a $150 on the bumper to bumper service and it was God awful

They always do an outstanding job. Ive NEVER had to complain about any aspect of the services rendered. Not once. They perform a thorough, complete, and error-free wash, whether it is a complete spa day for your vehicle or just quick run-through for an exterior wash. And the quality is CONSISTENT. Its difficult to find businesses that rate that word, but Sparkling Image Car Wash does rate it.

Very friendly. Mike the service writer is great. Although the finally detailing people have a lot of room for improvement. Not very consistent. I get my truck wash at least once a week sometimes a couple time a week and each time theres something different that they missed. I dont pay for a monthly membership not to have the job done right each time.

Cant beat the prices wash, wax, detail inside and out, they do an awesome job, even when its busy they dont take long and treat me like Im the most important, great customer service as well, highly recommend if youre a busy person but gotta keep your ride looking its best

This place is great for the unlimited car washes and I go once a week. They dont do full detail unless you pay for it, so dont expect a detailed fine toothed deep clean from a basic package. Nice and friendly people that work fast!

I paid for a vacuum and wash and asked one of the workers if she could put fragrance in the car and told me it didn’t come with my package. I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had an issue till now.

This is the third time we have taken our vehicle there for a wash/vacuum. This is also the last time.....While they did a thorough job at first they have gotten worse over the years we have used their service. Our vehicle was not vacuumed good and the interior and outside were left dirty. If I am paying you for a service then provide that service, professionally, to my satisfaction. You have not and we will not be returning... Also, sparkling image does not really deserve 1 star but 0 (no stars) is not an option.

Im a fan! I got my oil changed and my car washed inside and out for $75. The staff was very nice, and I was in and out in under an hour, and it was pretty busy. Will be back!

I have never had such a great car wash. I paid for the interior polish and the car the wash was $55;however, I had not washed it in several months so it needed a good bath. Attention to detail was excellent. People please tip these hard workers!

Exterior and interior wash are decent for price of on monthly plan.However, I purchased a detail or some kind of super wash thing which was $40 on top of the $40 I already pay per month.It was not worth the price . They use some oily substance on the interior that actually looks good and lasts. However, they do not apply it consistently to the interior leaving large areas where you can tell it wasnt used.If you stick with the $40 wash subscription, and use it at least weekly, this place is a good value?

First time here...and was in and out fast with great service at an affordable price.

I used this car wash because is close to the school, but the people who vaccum my car dont have any care about the mats, they lost one and I have to deal with the manager, I have to prove that I wasnt lying....last week I was there again and they lost another mat. That was the last time that Clean my car there.

Came in on a busy Sunday for the Ultimate Interior Package. There were a few spots that my husband & I weren’t satisfied with. We called and spoke with the manager who was very understanding. They were able to provide a satisfactory solution by redoing the service. They turned our issue around and made it right! Definitely recommend them!

Terrible car wash! I came in around 5:30 so I guess they were in a hurry. But that doesnt excuse them knicking my brand new truck on the back door! They didnt vacuum the floors very well. There was still very visible dirt throughout the truck. They didnt vacuum the seats AT ALL. There are multiple locations on the outside they didnt even bother to wipe down. Still dirt all over. If the kids they have running the place as managers Johnathan cant even do a good job, then Im sure the employees wont either.

Payed for the ultimate wash. When the guys said it was ready. I noticed no wax polished rims or super shiny detailed. I asked the worker about it he said only bumper to bumper I said no ultimate show him my papers. He said oh ok only 30min more they only waxed it got nothing else. They didnt remove all the wax. If I spend that kinda money I want professional done what a joke

Sparkling Image, they always are very thorough and detailed while cleaning our vehicles. We use our mini van for work and take it for daily washes and couldn’t be happier with the quality. Their work is always top Notch! We even got our mustang exterior detailed and they got all the surface scratches and swirls out of the paint to make it look amazing. Cindy is always a smiling face that we I enjoy seeing! Thank you for consistency.

I went there Wednesday the 6th of may. Ticket number 254. Spent 34.99 on my car wash. They did a horrible job on the inside there are still things that have been there for 2 months. I am very unhappy with this company. I will not use them ever again. I would have probably had the same job and paid 14.99. I got totally reamed on this one. Never again.

First time using them and I was thoroughly impressed.

Paid $17 for a car wash, wash did well but I got a 1 min by hand wipe down after and they didnt reach the middle of the hood and windshield. Just too espensive if that is what it is. I can get the same thing from a $8 gas station car wash with electric blowers.

If I could give zero I would. Asked for the Exterior package and told not one but two employees to look at the goo or junk on the drivers side. Both shook their heads in acknowledgement. Well I have spent the last 45 minutes washing and cleaning my car. Not only was the stuff still on my car but i had to clean water spots and clean my windows. Use the local gas station at least you know what you are getting and can wash your car three time for what I paid for this horrible car was.

We have been customers of this business for a few years & have always been pleased with the service we have received. I recently had the Diamond Plate Ceramic Coating applied to my car, which I highly recommend, however, I realized a bit after picking it up, that there were a couple of places on the hood that had been missed (ever waxed a car? Easy to do!) I called & spoke to the manager, Cindy, & explained the situation. She asked me to bring my car back & it would be corrected. I returned my car for what I thought to be a touch up yet came to pick it up only to find that the entire hood had been redone & it was perfect! Not only that, they had re-detailed the car. Cindy personally went over the entire car with me to see if there were any other areas missed & assured me that if I found anything, it would be corrected. Awesome service & one amazing manger! Oh, just FYI, I got bids for the same treatment from other detail companies & they were about $1k higher!

They do a good job. It’s a great place to come and just run your truck through really fast it costs the same as the gas station car was and they hand dry it and make sure that they scrub the whole back before you enter so you don’t get those ugly dirt streaks in the back like the normal washes. Only reason I have 4 stars is because probably 10% of the time it’s not 100% cleaned on the inside.

Shout out to the oil service department! Ted was extremely kind, prompt, and helpful. I dont know the names of the other team members but their customer service was phenomenal. Im not a regular at this location because the location isnt convenient, but I just wanted to say kudos to these guys for doing a great job! I left with only what I asked for, not pressured into air filters or anything else, and a smile from total appreciation...

I got the full service, and when I received my truck there were spots on the exterior where it was dirty my dash had a whole bunch of spots also from whatever chemical they used to wipe down my interior and it looks nasty when I told the girl that gave me my car she just left

NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! I got my oil changed and car washed and left with a shiny CRACK in my windshield. The manager, Cindy said she wouldnt do anything about it and it was pointless to write in a report because she would just deny it anyway. I told her I would speak with the oil tech who could claim that the crack wasnt there she said she was his manager too and would make sure he said the right thing. Then to top it off when I asked to look at cameras she said you cant see that in them and told me to leave. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
