After 3 visits still havent fixed my car problem. Very inconvenient and disappointed !
I scheduled an appointment that THEY allotted a time slot for on a simple oil change. I get there about 10 min early and they tell me it will be a 2 hour wait. I ask them, even with an appointment? They give the excuse of it being Easter weekend *Friday*. They didnt know it was going to be Easter weekend when they set the appointment? I could do a simple Google search and find out when Easter is gonna be 3 years from now. Could I come in 2 hours late on an appointment? Bs
Philip from the service center had excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable when it came to my diagnostic service. The cashier was also very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure pricing was accurate.
They have always been good but recent changes put them over the top. We scheduled a time online to drop off the car, then they texted a video of a technician going over the care and addressing both our concerns as well as anything else they find that needs maintenance. We then simply text back a yes or no on the services and they get to work, notifying us when the work is complete. Everyone was courteous, professional, and complete in their work. Top notch service department.
Service guy was rude to my wife. Very disappointed in the service department. My family has been going there for years.
Great staff, very fast service department
Service department advised rear brakes needed cleaning and adjustments half hour labor $69.95. Same scrapping/rubbing noise heard on trip home as prior to service. The next day another auto shop found that the rear brakes were almost ruined due to mud and sand ( I got stuck several months ago). He said no way they cleaned or adjusted rear brakes, or they would have seen immediately the bad condition. Had to get complete rear brake job including a new drum. Will not go back to this dealer.
If I could give this place a zero, I would. I could write a thesis on my experience there. But the bottom line is they were dishonest with us and did not do the job they claimed. They do not seem to have the ability or desire to receive input that can be helpful. I will never take my car there again. I suggest you dont either.

Since 2010 we’ve used Gullos service dept., collision dept., as well we’ve bought (3) vehicles from them. Never had an issue with anything. Highly recommend all areas. Great dealership!!
My corolla is under warranty and shuts down when you hit the rear defrost button. The service department thinks its an aftermarket remote start system and would not troubleshoot the problem. The issue is that I had the issue with the rear defroster before I had the remote start installed. I talked to the manager and she accused me of lying about it. I am disappointed in Gullo Toyotas customer service experience. Also, I needed a oil change and they sent the car back without being serviced.

I’m giving 3 stars because my REGULAR oil change was $92.12. I normally go to another Toyota service place it’s it’s $53 for an oil change. I chose this location because it’s closer but NEVER AGAIN!!!! Go somewhere else..
