I have to say at first I was very impressed with the staff, cleanliness and the variety in packages for pedicure and the large assortment of colors to choose from.What I wasnt impressed with was getting my eyebrows done like Eddie Munster ! Some competitors will wax, shape and tent for 25.00 . This place charge 25.00 just to tent .Now I dont mind paying more if Im going to get quality work and satisfaction of a job well done, however the first time I went my tech Navy was SLOW and needed assistance from the manager as it was 30 mi.utes after close . Another tech did my eyebrows as I sat getting my nails done . The manager Lynn told me I could ware this color home and that it stops tenting after a certain time . I should have stayed and made them do it . When I got home and wiped it there was no tenting done. A few days later I took my stepdaughter to have her nails and toes done . I was told 30.00 for both and including two colors . When the tech was done with her hands I mentioned her feet. The tech said the gel polish is 22.00 and and additional color was 8.00 . I thought to myself thats not what the manager said and her fingers and toes together arent that big, I mean she 8 and two of her nail beds is the size of my pinky I mean cmon thats just ridiculous 60.00 out the door for an 8 year old and I didnt have her feet done . While I was there I showed the manager my receipt and she did my eyebrows and they were horribly wide, mismatched and black. I felt it was deliberate and when I pointed out things the manager seemed testy.All the time, greeting people, signing them in and translating to techs what the new customer wanted ( she was in and out of the room constantly when it only takes 5 minutes) Needless to say I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !

I was so happy when I came here. They were super friendly and very covid safe. Also when my mom did not like the way the color she picked turned out, they happily fixed it!! They were also very patient, so that was nice because Im very indecisive. The only negative thing I saw were the prices, they were alot more than expected

So today was my birthday and I have been researching nail salons for the past 2 days NT nails tells me come right on in I had no wait Stephanie was awesome I was welcomed by everyone and felt very comfortable there I will definitely be back I finally found my nail place thank you all so much!!!!

I really loved the way the place is decorated. My nail tech was Kim and she did an amazing job on my nails. They were very even and not bulky.

I had to wait a bit, which is normal for a Saturday so I was ok with that but they didn’t have a big selection of pedicures and the cheapest was 45.00. The technician seemed rushed and it was NOT worth the money. The massage was barely there and it was just unsatisfactory. I will NOT be returning. Services provided are not worth 45.00.

You have found your forever nail salon! My best friend and I went here for Mother’s Day and they ROCKED our nails ! I have always been disappointed with other salons and had some bad experiences with other salons with customer service. This is NOT that place the owner is a literal doll! She is so so sweet I want to just come back to spend time with her! The nail art by Sophy is beyond amazing ! I had Navy and she was so sweet and kind! They were all working so so hard on Mother’s Day while missing time with their own babies grown and young. They made jokes and kept us laughing, the best part was they spoke their language and laughed and the owner came by and told me the joke they said. I was taken back because I found. It so sweet that she even decided to tell me and reassure me they weren’t speaking about anyone but their own employee making little jokes. The nails are perfect !

Always the best nail place! These folks are the very best! We now drive in from the Dallas area every other month to see our oldest daughter and get our nails done too! Great people too we have grown to become friends with the owner!

Ive been going to NT for close to 10 years now and they never disappoint. Mrs. Lynn is absolutely amazing at always making you feel welcome and important, she knows everyone by name as soon as they walk through the door. I can walk in with a picture and no matter which tech I get they always make it happen beautifully!

Today was my First time here The place is clean and really nice staff but price wise is a little too expensive! I paid $95 in total for a white tip full set, in my opinion is way more expensive than other places.

Ive been to several nail salons in Conroe area, by far N T is the best. Great atmosphere, very clean, and lots of colors to choose from. If your into designs they had many to choose from. I had Sophie and my daughter had Navy, they both did a wonderful job. Attention to detail, shape, length and over all appearance. I will definitely be returning!

So I have mixed feelings about this place. The staff was extremely friendly and it appeared to be very clean. The problem that I had was that my daughter had a technician who applied her polish and it was bumpy. So she removed it and tried again, but it was still bumpy. So the technician suggested a flower, my daughter agreed, but when we paid the flower was an extra $8. I felt like $8 was a little much for two flowers, and I wished they would have said how much the extra would have been up front. My other daughter got an acrylic fill and they charged $5 for my daughter choosing two colors and another $5 for the shape that she asked for (coffin) again, if they want to charge extra for every little thing, thats fine, but be upfront about it because when I went to pay the total was a lot more than I expected. But the staff were very friendly and welcoming as we are new to the area.

Walked in open arms they received me. I picked my color got my shellac pedicure she worked amazing works on my heels which I had neglected for about 3 months. The shellac I chose was mauve its beautiful! They were so sweet I have her 20 tip. She deserved it making my nails look beautiful and I felt like a queen

Very personable staff and owner. They get to know you and always want to do their best. If they don’t do it perfectly as you want, if you tell the owner, she will do her best to correct the matter or make it up to you.I’ve brought my mother with me and they always take care of her, and she is now a regular. I’ll continue to go to them when I come to town as well.

Every time I go to NT Nails it is always a wonderful friendly place and experience. Very clean the people there both clients and employees are always happy giving as well as up best. I love going to my visits, theres never a wait time and theyre very proud of their work and care about their clients that treat like family. I highly recommend this place.

Lo Lo was my nail tech. She was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable multiple times. This place isn’t like others where you’re just a number and they’re trying to get you in and out. She took her time and was detail oriented. She listened to what I asked and fixed what I asked her to. Such a great relaxing atmosphere. Will be returning!!

I tried this salon based off google reviews, and I am so confused as to how this place has high ratings. I am not overly picky on my nail salons, but this was the worst place Ive been in a very long time.Short review:-Poor atmosphere (outdated, cluttered, not relaxing)-Not friendly (except for the woman beyond the counter who I assume is Lynn, the manager)-Low quality nail work-VERY expensive ($50 for dip and $18 for a childs manicure)-Worst salon experience in MANY yearsFull review:From the outside it doesnt look like much (which is no biggie) but the inside is just as bad. Usually salons evoke a zen atmosphere, but this place has multi-colored walls, random decor, and just an overall outdated and chaotic environment. Upon entering the salon, no one greeted me and I was stared at as if I was an outsider that didnt belong. Finally the woman behind the counter says hello (she was the only friendly one) and I ask for dip powder and a manicure for my 9 year old. She tells me about some special for around $22 for my daughter that includes toes and I decline so that she can stay with me.We are seated and they started with her manicure while I wait and wait and wait. Normally, someone would have at least wrapped my nails to start soaking off the dip powder but no. When they are finishing with her manicure, a tech finally comes to do my nail. She just starts drilling on my nails continuously and I finally have to ask if she is going to wrap them at all to soak off the polish (which is the proper method). She stops and dunks all my fingers in acetone (a terrible method which dries out half my fingers and makes the polish gunky and stick to my fingers). She never asks if we would like a beverage (isnt water at least standard practice?) although I saw others with bottled water. Instead, she spends about 80% of the time chatting in a foreign language to those around her. I think she said about 5 words to me.After almost 2 hours, we are FINALLY finished and my daughter is beyond ready to go as she has been waiting on me for an hour and half. I go to pay and Im told the total is $68!!!! WHAT?!! For dip powder and a childs manicure in a rundown salon? I ask about the total and Im told dip powder is $50 (which is more than Ive EVER paid even for nice salons in the Woodlands) and a childs manicure is $18. I push back on the childs manicure as thats what I would have paid as an adult and Ive never seen more than $10 for a child. She says, oh thats why I told you about the special because its a better deal. How was I to know $22 for a childs manicure and toes would mean $18 alone for the manicure? There is nothing I can do at this point but pay and leave. On my way home, I notice there is a bubble in the polish on one of my fingers that would have been impossible for the tech to miss. She obviously saw it and didnt want to take the time and effort to fix it. All in all, WORST EXPERIENCE in many years and after visiting many different salons. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Ms. Lynn is awesome. Seems to treat her employs well. Employees seem happy. In 4 years no one has ever been unpleasant and been cut only 3 times. They do a good job. I dont go anywhere else. Sophies an artist did awesome mermaid for me. Never saw anything like it. Quan is very thorough. Both are personable, make u comfortable.

Would rate 0 if I could. Loved my nails so I came back today for a pedicureand brought my daughter. Worse experience of my life. All the honey, I fix for you would not help the rough manner of the technician. Even when I asked her repeatedly to stop hurting me! When I got up (mid- service) because I was not going to pay a person ignore and hurt me, no apologies, or attempt to have someone finish the service! Horrible, no matter how kind your receptionist is your workers are rude and rough. Never returning!

She change the price after seeing I had my card filled out to get the $10 off!!! Mrs. Lynn is not consistent with her prices. Called to see how much a ombré refill was quoted one price. Got there it was $15 more. Nice service but prices are double what you would pay in other place.

70 dollars for a shellac pedicure. Wouldn’t recommend I told her to not cut my nails even though they were short and she still cut them . And they are also different shapes. Have shellac on my skin. For 70 dollars this is what I paid for? Lol.

Went in for shellac and and pedicure. Ive been there before a few years back so decided to stop by. Well that was a mistake. Lady cut 4 toes which made it hard to walk once i put shoes on and 2 of my pinkies one pinky was sliced open. Im really surprised on how the hell she sliced my finger with a file. 😒 Then to top it off she didnt even paint the nail completely it already looks like I need a refill. 70 bucks for 6 cuts

This place exceeds expectations. They are patient, they take their time, and if they make a mistake they fix it without a problem.
