Almost two weeks ago, my brand new truck was hit by the garbage truck, causing a dent in the bumper. Driver did not stop, try to make contact or leave a note on the door… he just kept driving his route! Called immediately when they opened and a case number was issued. Didn’t hear anything from them in three days and called back. Turns out they sent my case to the wrong person so I was never going to get a call back had I not called back. Finally the route supervisor reached out to me five days after my truck had been hit. Was told I’d be hearing from their insurance company a week ago, but that has yet to happen. Wondering if it ever will.
Our service is great. The drivers are friendly and always wave to you if you wave to them. Julie, i feel sorry for u so much.
Missed pickups several weeks in a row. Each week I spent between 30 to 45 minutes on the phone with customer service. I was told I would receive calls from supervisors and administrators multiple times once they figured out WHY my trash wasnt being picked up but never did. Each time they DO finally pick up my trash but I shouldnt have to waste my valuable time calling to have it picked up. They have me between a rock and a hard place because they hold a contract with the city of Willis, so I cant change to another company but Im BEYOND frustrated!
Well this isn’t the first time they have missed our street for pick up . Our trash was scheduled to be picked up 5 days ago on Friday . I called Monday - they said someone would be out that day...nothing . I called Tuesday as well as a neighbor they told her someone would be out ASAP, they told me someone would be out by 5 ... again nothing. So I call again today I get the run around and no valid excuse as to why. Then I’m told they are on their way and will be here by 12 noon ... nothing I call back like they tell me to and get told it should be sometime today if not Friday. Extremely disappointing.
I have nothing but great things to say about our waste pick up guys!! They have always hone above and beyond and today I got our bulk pick up days mixed up and called to clarify. To my surprise 2 hours later here comes waste management to pick up our hulk trash!! I was shocked. Amazing work and thank you to the rep on the phone who did that act of kindness.
Waste Management is much more expensive than competitors in our area and they are unreliable. It has now been almost 2 weeks since they picked up my trash and my neighbor is experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately I recently snet in my payment for the next 3 months. Today I called to have my service cancelled and they said it will take 6 weeks or more to refund my payment for a service they are not delivering.Stay away from this company. There are more reliable and cheaper alternatives.
Have had great service. They even returned to get our when it was missed by no fault of their own.
They picked up everybodys trash on our street bit ours. I went to the next street to tell him they forgot. The driver was very rude and told me to open the lid and they would come get it. So I did what he said. They turned and went the other way. So I called the office and was told they would pick it up by 7 that night. Nope they did not pick it up. They lie to you to get you to leqve them alone.
Skipped my trash for 3 weeks, waited on hold for what felt like half a lifetime. Once a week pickups are atrocious. I would prefer to drive my trash to a landfill myself than rely on their incompetent driver

If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Rates sky rocket once they have you in their clutches.
Waste management has been very consistent with service to me for over20 years. Faithfully pick up twice a week.
Thieves! Came and took everyones trashbins WITHOUT ANY NOTICE to find out they are no longer servicing our neighborhood but had no problem charging us all for the next quarter worth of service only one week ago and no refunds!!!
I just discovered why there is sooo much trash on Texas backroads....the minimum charge to take a load of junk/trash to the landfill is $72.

Have skipped my trash for over three weeks then when we say were not paying tell they make it up they sent us a cancelation notice.
This place sucks
