Paid to start residential services and was told id have a can dropped off today Thursday April 8th 2021..i didnt receive the can i paid for..now my trssh will continue to build up i have no place to put it..its annoying because ive already paid them and they are basically the only trash service in my area..

They have not picked up the trash on our road for 2 weeks.
I wish I could give 5 stars. Back when they were just Town & Country (before being bought by Santek) they were great. But ever since being bought out, it seems that they always forget about picking up our garbage. When I call they are very friendly and accommodating, but on a weekend like this (Memorial Day), it’s not a good time to forget to pick up our trash. Can’t get a hold of anyone on a weekend which means all my bins stay full until Tuesday. I miss the old Town & Country.
When it was a locally owned business, Town and Country, service was great. Santek bought them out, and it was apparent that customer service was no longer a focus like it was with T&C. Skipped days, difficulty getting credit for services we paid for and didnt get. Id call this a classic bad corporate buyout of a previously good business.
They used to be pretty good, now Santek owns them and they are well for lack of a better word TRASH. Santek refuses to answer or return communication instead just dropped off a new can without notice. They truly dont care about customers.
Will not answer phone calls and have not picked up our trash the last three scheduled day. I want Town & Country back!! I am looking for a new company, I’m done!
Based on the reviews, we all know there are two sides to every story. My side of Town & Country has been nothing but positive. 1) their cost is so much more reasonable than my prior company 2) they will pick up crazy items (sofas, beds, etc) as long as I call and schedule the pick up 3) you can pay online or over the phone 4) they have always been very pleasant and helpful when I call and, most importantly, 5) when I hear them coming and I forgot to put my trash out and come running out of my house like a crazy person, they wait for me to run the can to the curb! I would imagine this is one of the most underappreciated jobs out there and just wanted to take a minute to say that I am extremely satisfied with their service.
Reliable, great pricing and always friendly staff! Also they seem to care about their customers more than just money. Good people here.
We changed over them about 3 years ago. My whole family simply loved the fact that real people collect trash for us and not some automated machine. These guys simply do what you would expect from them but better.Last night, I had a lot of garbage stacked up. So I took out the big parts and left the black garbage bags for the morning, otherwise the animals try to go through them at night. At 9am when going to work, I saw T&C already picking up my trash, I asked them if they can make another round in 10mins and Ill have all the rest of my trash out by then....guess what they did?The driver backed up the truck up and had it sit in front of my drive, and the other two guys helped me take the trash out from my garage, making multiple trips back and forth with me. And it was quite a lot of trash too. Theyre simply down to earth good people. Winners in my book. This review was the least I could do for them. Guys that did the pick up on The Woodland Oaks on 02/16/2015....you guys are the best!I couldnt imagine my last service doing the same with their automated terminator garbage truck.
I love the service and they always pick up but whats going on with the billing. I havent received my bill and cant make payment when I call.
I will go and edit this if I ever have to, but I just set up the service as we are moving in tomorrow and talk about a welcoming company. Helen was such a nice person to talk to, explained everything, and go everything set up. Hope this never has to change. Thank you Town & Country!
They lost my payment and gave me a termination of services. After setting up paying another automatic payment, they contacted me to let me know they found it. It was too late to retract the duplicate payment. Skip ahead three months, I didnt send in the payment due to the double payment. They give me another termination tag. I contacted them, they apparently lost the found payment again. They are refusing to admit there was an error on their side. My bank shows all payments as being completed. Tried calling them, no good. Voice mail asks you to push 0(zero) to get the operator. It states that function is invalid. Way to go T&C!!!
I called to set up service for my mom and the lady who answered the phone was very nice. She was able to explain things and didn’t try to rush me. She took her time and helped me with each question.
I have been very pleased with Town and Country over the past 7 years. Their prices are good and the service is fantastic. A new service Santek came into our neighborhood this year and they are terrible! Expensive and bad service.Go with Town and Country and you will be happy.
The worst business I gave ever felt with by far. Rude when you call rude when you ask anything to someone on the truck. Refuse to pick up my trash because it’s in a “competitors” can when you can’t see any words anywhere on the can. Told by the rude lady to spray paint the can or put it on the ground. Why would I do that for the dogs in the neighborhood to have a hay day? No thanks. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
Terrible customer service. only been a customer for 4 weeks and they have missed pick up twice. have offered no solution to correct this issue, and i am having to carry garbage in my personal truck to have it disposed of. Supervisor is never in the office, and no one else can make decision that should come very easy. Take care of your PAYING CUSTOMERS! and then i am told they dont refund money to new customers...even though the services i have paid for, have not been provided to me. All i want is my trash to be picked up, that is what i have paid for in advance.
They have been by far the best trash service we have ever had. We were late putting out our trash. They saw us waving at them and they back up and came and got it for us. No matter what I have out there they try there best to get it all. Thanks town and country for the great service!

Repeatedly, my neighbors cans are placed in front of my house full of garbage..i do not even use their service. Yet i have to deal with their less than pleasing staff
Very inconsistent pick-up schedule ..sometimes not at all..they blame the customer for not calling in a timely manor. I will be cancelling my service in March since they refuse to give me a refund or a discount even tho they have not picked up my trash for 3 weeks..they put the Holiday hours on the website but fail to send anyone a notice. Who has time to look at the website for the schedule changes?? I want to trust that i wont have trash piled up especially during the Holidays when trash increases. Bottom line is that you cannot trust Town and Country Garbage to pick up your trash!!Train your staff to handle customer issues!The rudeness and combative behavior is unacceptable in the customer service industry and as I am reading the other comments, this is an ongoing issue with your company. Once again...not receiving this invoice in the mail...why do I receive all other mail including packages and checks but not Town and Country Trash invoices. They continuously cause problems. THERE bookkeeping is awful..
T&C has better rates than other companies around. The guys take pride in their work and the office staff is just as awesome . Keep up the great customer service!!!
The WORST EXPERIENCE with this company ! Driver and garbage men try to scam you for extra cash on the side in order to take ALL your trash! Receptionist who claimed to be owners dsughter told me to shut up after pleading for about twenty min to try to get the driver to come back and get my last standing trash can . Will be reporting to the better Business bureau .

I am very disappointed in this company. At first they were great and then,after accusing me of stealing trash pickup and refusing to bring me another trash can, they threw boxes and trash in my yard, charged extra fees. And still after requesting another trash can again, refused to bring it. They told me that I did not need two trash cans for a four people household even though I was willing to pay the extra monthly fee. After many discussions back and forth on the phone with no resolution, I have discontinued my service.
At a time Enviro-Waste Systems was the only company around the serviced my area so I hired them to pick up my trash. WORST EXPERIENCE Ive ever encountered and wont go on since this is reviews for Town & Country reviews. I have no complaints about Town & Country, their prices are reasonable and they pick up on time and have never missed a day. The guys who pick up dont leave a message behind and pick up all that is put out.

Rita has to have one of the kindest hearts of any commercial business Ive ever dealt with! My husband an I are disabled. We cant make it to the street with the garbage. We leave it by our mailbox in our driveway close to the cabin. Theyve been coming an always come up to get the teash! How thoughtful they are.Now someones lifted our refuge containers. I hope we can get 2 more. Were in need of a dumpster for a month or so. Fingers crossed they help us out on this as well.Theyve got to be nicest business people with a HUGH HEART!0h.. Thank you Rita. Wow. Where will I start......2 Lost payments, refuse to pick up 2nd owner can, refuse 27 ceramic tiles because (thats construction debris), and my can tagged over and over again and no reason marked. So good bye Town and Country Garbage. Your cheaper rates are not worth it. After 9 months you are off my payroll.

We are one of about 15 families that I know of who didnt receive their June bill...without warning they left our full can at the end of the driveway and will not come back to pick it up. We have been customers for 15 years.
Finally got fed up with Santeks BS and switched to Town & Country and so far, its GREAT! I called to order service and they answered the phone of the first ring (unlike Santek NEVER answering). They are cheaper and dont limit me to one can. In fact, T&C is emptying Santeks can...LOL!!!Santek went to automated trucks and began limiting me to the automated can. I said, OK, fine and spent $100 to buy my own automated can, stuck it by the road and Santek empties their can and not mine. Thats chickens***And, best of all... my money stays local.Good bye Santek.... HELLO TOWN & COUNTRY!!!
This is the worst customer service i have ever had. They are extremely rude and inept. I suggest if you want your garbage picked up take your money to a different company.

These people are the absolute best! They come up to our door and get the trash. We are disabled, and most times can not get it to end of long driveway. Now...how many companies would do the IM A GOOD NEIGHBOR bit, and follow thru with it? No other that I know of. Every place whether business or civilian, can have a negative experience at some point. But the owners are golden.Be in prayer for them, one just found out they have advanced cancer. And they dont have long on this earth.
Wow. Should have read Tanya Woolards review before switching. They did the same exact thing to my wife. She sent me a picture of our curb where only two cans were emptied. The allure is that they are only $82/quarter. WCA recently went from $88 to $96 to $100+. HOWEVER, WCA will actually pick up your trash. We never had a problem with them as far as trash pick up (well, not NEVER, but generally not). Only looked to switch with the price increases. When I told my wife about Tanyas review, she said, Thats exactly what they did! They told me if I pay them extra theyll take the rest of it! Apparently this is a systematic con these clowns are running. So, if you have a regular size trash can (they call it a large) like the WCA cans...the durable ones with wheels, theyll only pick up ONE or maybe two of those. We typically have 2-4 of those cans. in any given week, especially if we have and hurricane damage, lawn work, thanksgiving, or basically anything. Of course, if you take time to fold all your trash into origami, maybe you could make it fit into one or two cans...or if you grow your own vegetables, eat with your hands, drink from a garden hose, and wear the same clothes everyday, maybe you can make it with one trash can. Just dont buy anything that comes in a box! Its worth the $20 quarterly premium to have WCA actually pick up our trash.EDIT: 11/1/2018. After a year of service and a very rough start to the relationship, the service has been better and the price is still far below the alternative. They dont seem to quibble about three half filled cans anymore or a little extra trash on some days. The service is as we expect it should. Just took a while to get there. If they continue to do well, they may earn back more stars.
Will only pick up two bags of leaves at a time - we switched from WCA due to their price. Bottome line - you get the service that you pay for
They skipped our trash for weeks and refund to make it up. When we set up service we were told it it was twice a week pick up and after 2 months they would only pick up 1 day a week.
So ironic 😂 this company is garbage!!! The person who answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. They should really take a look to all the reviews. I see a lot of reviews talking about this woman. Check out your staff or keep losing costumers.
They came back to collect the trash that I called about not knowing that on Mondays they dont do bulk trash unless you notify them in advance because bulk day is on Fridays....Im happy now because of a misunderstanding :)
