Good thing the company is in the industry it is because there company and employees are complete trash! They have a monopoly so there for they dont care about their customers. We have been skipped twice in a row for trash pick up, and when i called the next business day to complain, i was guaranteed a crew would be out that day to pick up my trash. Instead they came 2 days later on my regular trash day. I hope waste mangement gets a clue one day.

I am frustrated.... my trash is never picked up on trash day...it takes additional days and MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS...
