Poor communication and withdrawls from my accounts without prior consent.I had been in an accident and during the repair process of my vehicle, the insurance company set up a rental through Enterprise. The insurance company did not make me aware of the $50 deposit I needed to put down when taking possession of the vehicle but I understood.During the repair process there were some delays and the insurance company only covered the rental until a certain date. Since I would need the rental longer I was in communication with the repair shop and they informed me that they would update enterprise that I would need the vehicle longer . The shop apparently took over paying for the rental for an additional 3 days after the insurance company stopped paying. However the day before my car was supposed to be ready, Enterprise charged my account without calling and informing me that neither the shop or insurance companies would be paying for it. Therefore not giving me an option to return the vehicle and save the money for one day.I decided to let it go since I would be getting my car back the next day. After I had dropped my rental car off and took back possession of my own vehicle, Enterprise called me to inform me they received the vehicle back and that the deposit and the days rental charge would be refunded to me! I was delighted and even received a confirmation email of all the fees and refunded amounts broken out.Later that day, Enterprise charged my account AGAIN for the one days rental fee.When I called them they stated, the gentleman stated he did not see another charge a d it may be the refund processing... but why was it taking money out?? I expressed my unhappiness and ended the call.Later in the day I was still upset and dissatisfied with the conversation so I called back and spoke with another employee.This time it was explained that the woman who had called me in the morning to explain what was being refunded was new and made a mistake. She should not had refunded the first rental day fee only the deposit. And when she processed the refund, the system caught the error and recharged the rental fee. I expressed that this was the 2nd time they had taken money out if my account without a single phone call. Now they were essentially holding 3 different charges out of my account until the refund was finished processing and there was nothing I could do about it.2 days later the refund did finally hit my account.Altogether I am displeased with how this enterprise location handled the situation. I have rented from enterprise in several different cities and never had such issues.When given the choice, I will avoid enterprise in the future.

We were sent to this location by roadside service to exchange a vehicle. The branch refused with cars in the lot and the manager was EXTREMELY rude as well. We will definitely be in touch with cooperate but save yourself the trouble and rent though a different company all together. Our problem started at 12:42pm and as of 11:32pm the issue is still not resolved.

I rented a car from enterprise for a week while my car was being fixed I paid a 300 deposit and 526.00 for the rental car for a week. And this was paid out of pocket Ins. was not paying for it. Well my car was ready on Saturday when i went to pick up my car the car place which must be in cahoots with that enterprise cause she told me i had to leave my rental car there at the shop even thou i paid for it til Tuesday. And of corse enterprise was close and didnt open back up til Monday so i had to wait til Monday to call them the lady that answered the phone said they credited me back 304.00 when i told her they owed me more than that cause I put up a 300.00deposit and they took the car from me on Sat.

I don’t think anyone at this office knows what customer service is. The lack of communication, then lie when it’s time to communicate about who is a authorized driver. The millennials today have no respect of persons, nor care. Bottom line is I will no longer rent from enterprise, this place gets a F, and I will take my money elsewhere next time.

Drove to this location a week earlier than my actual leave date. I spoke with the girl who worked there to help with RSVP. She was not helpful and told me to just go online and fill out the rsvp. I did ask her important questions about credit cards and extra fees for another driver. Now my intention was for one on one customer service because wanted to be sure everything was in order and make quick and painless pick up. So I went home and done the rsvp online.On pick up day I found out that everything I was told was incorrect information and took over an hour just to get on the road. You need a credit card for out of state license. Which I didnt know. And my driver required a fee of 200$ deposit. Money is not the issue. BUT convenience and time is essential when you are going on timed trip. I just feel enterprise employees should have more time for customers and know more about their job, like how their company works for the consumers who rent a vehicle. I voiced my opinion and the guy who took care of us was understanding and useful.Needless to say I am not happy nor satisfied and luckily my friend was there.It is affordable so I give it 3 stars.

Very poor customer service. They were rude in every interaction. They gave away my reserved vehicle and stuck me with a huge minivan because I was an hour late, and they refused to show me the details of my contract that they said they were using to charge me an extra fee.

I am only giving them a one star because I have to in order to leave a review. WORST customer service EVER!! I was told by my car repair place to pick up a rental between 5 and 5:30 pm. I arrived at the place at 5:10 only to be told the car would not be ready until 6 and that the car place had been told 5:30 to 6. I told her I didn’t want to argue the point and I would be back at 6. I also said please dont close because I will be back and was told oh no you are our last customer. I arrived back at 6:02pm to find the building dark. I realized the employee I had talked with passed me coming into the parking lot and didn’t even stop. I then saw another employee in her car and approached the car. I told the girl I had been here earlier and came back to get the car but they were closed. She then said only her manager could unlock the building so I asked for her to call her manager. She told me she was going home and to step away from her car. She rolled up the window and drove off. I will NEVER rent from them again!!

I usually have zero problems with Enterprise but this time was a HUGE exception. I was having my car worked on after and accident and was given a nissan Rogue. Sure no problem until you got about 60 miles an hour. Then WOW HOLD ON!!! The vehicle was so out of alignment and out of balance that it would vibrate you so bad I felt sick by the time I got to my destination. Then I went to switch it out in Wichita Falls but they didnt have anything so they sent me to Lawton OK. Sure no problem I had already been in the POS for 6 hours why not 45 minutes more. Well let me tell you why not, because the plates were expired and on my way got pulled over!!!! After finally explaining to the nice police officer that it was a rental he said to let them know and sent me on my way. Once in Lawton they treated me fine but did give me a ford Fusion with a 6 foot scratch down the side and bird droppings on it. So needless to say you all are only getting 2 starts for this trip. That was just a bad situation from the start. I will use them again but wow it was a disaster from the start.

Approved deposit of $50. Then I had to downsize since I was tricked into getting a larger car and my insurance wouldnt pay the extra(I was never told it was extra). Then I was charged $150 and $350 without ever being notified or approving the transactions. I extended my policy (before unapproved charges) and asked for a copy of rental agreement but was never given it.Edit:I called and a guy named Moses was super helpful in resolving some of the issue and explaining policies more thoroughly. Unfortunately this is not his home branch and will not be there long term.

I got into a very bad car accident I was rear-ended by a drunk driver so my insurance company got me a rental car through Enterprise in this particular location the girls are super sweet and helpful they got me in and out in 5 minutes they did a great job.

I called before I Uber all the way to this location because all the local enterprises near my home didn’t have vehicles available. A guy answered the phone and told me that they have vehicles available and I explained that it’s a reservation through a insurance claim. He said, “okay come on” but when I get there it’s a whole new ball game. This Hispanic woman refused to assist me because I don’t have a check stub. Now when enterprise started asking for check stubs and utility bills? Very inconvenient and not professional. I felt like I wasn’t being treated fairly and I should have been treated like a value customer. She didn’t ask me for my credit or debit card she automatically said you need check stubs and utilities bills. I don’t understand and I need my money refunded for coming way to this location and back home. She profiled me just by looking at me not knowing what I do for a living and that has to stop. I didn’t get her name because she refused to tell me but I don’t suggest anyone to go there and experience this. I rented a vehicle there before but I guess because I was in my police uniform I got the customer service I deserve. I don’t recommend no one to go there because I believe I’m not the first person to feel like this. UNSATISFIED!!!

The vehicle I was given at the time of pick up was not clean. The vehicle had not been vacuumed on the inside and was dirty on the outside. After driving the vehicle with the AC on the small of cigarette smoke over powered the interior of the vehicle. The smell was so over powering I had to purchase a car scent and hang from the mirror. I attempted to call and I form Enterprise but they had already closed for the day. I rented the vehicle on saturday and had to keep it until Mon. Upon returning the vehicle back I informed them of my experience and was just told they would have all of the filters changed out to get the cigarette smell out. Not a very pleasant experience on this rental.

I have had the worst experience with Enterprise. I have now made phone calls everyday since I returned my vehicle to get compensation for the fact that my original car wasn’t available so I got quoted a different vehicle for $10 more per day. I was charged $62 dollars more per day. I have been told, after getting hung up on 6 times the first day I dropped it off, on each call that notes have been made and that I will be refunded the difference plus some for my inconvenience and nothing has happened. I will be on the phone again today. I will NEVER use Enterprise ever again!!!!!

Always a great experience. Staff is awesome. They get you in and out very quickly. They always have a nice vehicle selection, even if they have to get one elsewhere. We needed a truck one of the times we rented from them and they did not have one available right away. The staff worked hard at getting the truck that we requested and was able to get one delivered.

Enterprise provided a rental car for my wife while our van repair was delayed. The service was excellent, staff was very nice and very helpful, the car was clean and did the job. We always use enterprise for our rental needs and this is our first time getting a rental through our van warranty. We were very pleased with the experience.

I’ve rented from this place at least 7 times and my experience was always good. However, they’ve made some policy changes that left me high and dry. Apparently your money is only good to them if it’s borrowed. No debit cards accepted. My good history with them was irrelevant. I was a loyal customer with them but now I’m the opposite. I’ll never do business with them again.

Went to get a rental here due to being in a car accident yesterday! As soon as I walked in I was happily greeted by a very nice woman I can’t remember her name but she led me to Jared which was very nice, he helped me get situated with the car and all the different features! He didn’t try to rush and let me ask all the questions and then some cause I can talk a lot! Lol! This has been a very pleasant experience since my accident! In 2019 had a very bad experience with exchange of vehicles that had issues and an employee on the corporate side disrespecting me because of a disability.2020 this location has taken care of me very well. They did an upgrade of a larger vehicle at no charge, took care of the additional costs, and employees were very professional.They have stepped up on making things right.

If I could give a negative in stars, I would. I dealt with SIMONE... my advice to EVERYONE is take a bunch of pictures of your car... every inch and make sure you record your conversation with these people! Texas law allows you to do that if you are in the conversation. Simone likes to say all is fine... but when things hit the fan... she will run your credit card without your permission and pretty much call the customer a liar. I am glad I took pictures and even told her in her face I did. She will conveniently forget the deal and then give you the runaround. She claimed some damages when in fact they were there already. Customer service is lacking. Make sure you read the entire agreement because she will lie to you. They do not honor their companys integrity because if so, she would not be that way- but instead represent the company better. After reading these bad reviews, I can honestly say they are true to word.

I’ve never personally rented a vehicle from any business before this week, so I was unsure what to expect and dreading the hassle it might end up being. So I walk into this Enterprise location off north Frazier and am greeted by absolutely everyone, the door was even held open for me as I walked up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah Lanier(I took her card for future reference), who made the renting process easier than I could have imagined, I was in and out with truck keys in my hand in no time flat. She even listened to my boring stories with a smile, which I’m impressed with really! Following that pleasant interaction, it was followed up by a professional Carlos Gonzalez(also took his card) explaining the mandatory things that every business must do, explained the fairly priced coverage plans which I chose to accept after he let me know the benefits of each option, and he explained all of the controls of which I had no experience with. The atmosphere and simply speaking to the very welcoming employees here made it very easy, and a fun experience. I’d highly recommend this location, and at the very least a chat with both Sarah and Carlos!

The wait to pick up the vehicle was around 20 minutes, longer then I have had to wait at other car rental locations. The vehicle was very nice and will look into buying one personally. But the renting of the car was insane. I pulled in the lot at 4:04 pm and after waiting over 20 minutes for a ride back to the hotel I arrived at the hotel at 4:58 pm and the trips was only 5 minutes. Overall I wont rent from them again.

If there was a no Star option that is what I would give this place. They were supposed to meet me and pick me up because my new Armada is being fixed after someone hit me.. I arranged my whole day to meet their schedule. They did not show up or call. They said they had only one person working, but when I got there I saw at least three. Thankfully, the body shop that is fixing my car gave me a ride to their place of business. I waited an hour and then they put me in a small Corolla that smelled like smoke and had mildew stains on the seats. Really disrespectful to a customer that had a reservation for a vehicle. I would not recommend this place of business to anyone!

First off allow me to say that the manager as well as the assistant manager have always been great. I dont really have problems with this enterprise location, well I didnt have problems until now. There is a new young lady named Sara that works there and she is absolutely the rudest person that I have ever come into contact with at any enterprise location. She is argumentative, there are no customer services skills that reside within this young lady. If you trained her, she needs retraining. Every single time that we interact with each other, there is a problem and she makes no attempt to rectify it. She will stand firm on what she says and offer no resolution she simply reiterates and repeats. I would never do anything to jeopardize the reptutation of a company because again Brandie (sp) and Matt are great but I go on record saying that if I had another choice to rent a vehicle that would not interfere with my work schedule or location, I would do that to keep from being in the presence of this lady.

Disappointing experience with this rental. Picked the car up for a week long trip out of town. Experienced problems with the tires the entire trip.One the 2nd day of our trip we had to go to the tire shop for a patch. The 2nd day we had to air up another tire, the 3rd day we had to go back to the tire shop for another patch. After the 2nd trip to the tire shop, we were told by the employee there we shouldnt be driving all the way back to TX on the tires, they were down to the wear mark and need to be replaced but he didnt have them in stock. We contacted the Enterprise in the town we were in, told them the issue, and were told they didnt have any cars for us but that we could drive the car an hour away to CHECK if they had a car for us. (he also told us that they were bringing it cars from the location they were sending us to in order to fill their reservations for the current day, not sure why he didnt offer to bring one in for us since they were already going there. Poor customer service) We contact customer support Enterprise and were told by the agent that if we switched cars out in another city, that we would be charged for not dropping the car off at a different location than we picked it up at and that agent suggested we drive the car home if we didnt want to be charged, even after we told him that the tire shop told us we shouldnt be driving it back from Branson to South Texas. That agent sent us to roadside assistance and that agent told us that we would NOT be charged if there was an issue with the car and checked the inventory with the Enterprise an hour from where we were and said they had a car to match what we had. Before going all the way there, we decided to check the 2nd tire shop in town that had a contract with Enterprise to see if he had 4 new tires to put on the car and luckily he did. So we got 4 new tires on the car instead of driving out of the way to switch out the car. So in the end, instead of Enterprise doing anything Customer Service related to help us, WE ran around town multiple times, and made one phone call after another to resolve the issue ourselves, not exactly what we had planned to do on our vacation. The overall lack of service was highly disappointing to say the least, and the suggestion by the CS representative that we put our lives in danger by driving a car home on bad tire is an unacceptable response. Upon returning the car, they should have issued a full refund in my opinion, but instead they offered about a $50.00 credit to our reservation for all of our issues. Its unacceptable that they would rent a car to someone for over a week that the wear marks were already met or almost met on the tires and with that kind of lack of inspection on a car that is being rented by the company, I have no doubt that if we had driven the car home, on bad tires and not mentioned it to anyone, they would have continued to rent the car out on those tires.

This could have easily been a 5 star rating, but I want to say her name is Brandi was extremely rude to my mother from what I could hear over the phone. She was arguing with my 70yr old mother over a rock chip on the window. Seriously, my mother barely drove the car at all, I even said to have her check the mileage to confirm it.If the rock chip was missed, it was simply because of where it is located, right by the sticker at the corner of the front window. I do not have pictures, but my mother was upset because she felt like she cost me more money than I needed to spend after getting her vehicle repaired and renting her a car till it was done.Positive note, the nicest guy ever, Matt was his name is the reason I give it 3 stars. I really hope that Enterprise corporate reads this, because I am a regular customer and they can talk to Matt and I am sure he can fill Enterprise Corporate in on this particular issue and confirm what I am saying. Matt is the reason I kept my cool and did not leave work to drive all the way back down to Conroe to speak to this lady. I did not want Matt to get in trouble over something so insignificant. I called back and spoke to Matt and said if his job is in jeopardy for any reason than to charge my card and just pay the stupid chip off to keep him from getting in trouble. When Brandi was talking loudly to my mother, she said she would take it up with Matt and I took it as if he would have to pay for it or something.. a big fkn deal over nothing.. really, as many times as I have rented from here.. jeez..Thank you Matt, I really appreciate you being so polite and kind to my mother, it means more to me than any amount of money Brandi wanted to charge me. Your proffesionalism and courtesy is what everyone should strive for, it is hard sometimes, but you make it look easy. I am only visiting Conroe til Sunday and wanted to rent a car for a day. I did not have a credit card which was only in fine print on the site. I had a debit card that has all my information. Ive rented a car from enterprise in California and in Nebraska. Never had any problems with using my debit card. When I asked for a person to pick me up to get a car rented before the credit card fiasco the lady told me that they can no longer schedule a pick up. So not only did I have to take a taxi to the location I couldnt even get a car rented. So total trip was $30. Thank you again for wasting my time and money.

Super Great Service Getting out the door!Poor Service getting in the door.Told to bring it back on a Sunday.They were not open!!! and no drop box!Called the 1-800 was told to keep it and return it the next day.Thats just fine but they wanted me to turn it in during my work hours or charge me another day. Oh yeah also could have dropped it off at any location and they didnt tell me that . Computers were down when i called on monday. Hope they are more clear with future clients. Gas gage was broke showing a 1/4 low at full and brakes were grinding.

Had to wait for over an hour to get a car. The staff continued to answer phones and not assist. Worst customer service experience Ive ever had with a rental company. I will never rent from this location again. Not sure why I even made a reservation. They did not honor the time. Not care I was an hour late for my meeting.

Very pleasant experience. The insurance company rented a car for us while our own car was in for repairs after an accident. We had asked Enterprise to pick us up at 8:30am Monday from the repair location, but we got there about 45 minutes earlier than we had expected. The man at the repair shop called Enterprise to let them know we were already there, and a driver called for us within minutes. The driver was friendly, courteous, and professional. Our rental was waiting, and we were on our way in good time. The car was in good repair and served us well for the time we had it. We returned the car this morning. Sia, the manager, was there by herself because her guys were out picking up either customers or cars from other locations to fill this offices reservations for the day. One man was ahead of me and another lady came in while Sia was working with me. The phone rang constantly. Sia never stopped smiling, never rushed, and was courteous and professional the whole time. We dont often find ourselves in need of a rental, and have used mostly Hertz in the past, but if the need arises again, we will definitely patronize this location.

Fantastic manager at this location, her name is Sia Iaone. She made what looked to be a very bad situation a great vacation trip for the family. We left the Woodlands location with a very bad taste in our mouth and will not ever use that one again but Sia went out of her way to help and she has a wonderful positive attitude that makes you smile as soon as you walk in. This is the most unprofessional disorganized Enterprise in the state of Texas. The Asst. Branch manager was so worried about a National Company not paying them for my reservation/rental that has an account with them she would not honor my rental reservation. Previous to trying to talk to me she was harassing an older Hispanic gentleman forcing him to produce proof of income documents. This woman has zero business being in a management team role. When I asked Her what her employees did she said I cant watch everyone. Well it was her plus 3. My 2 1/2 year old could manage that. She told me she would not rent to me... leave the office or she was calling the Conroe Police Department....Are you kidding me? I used to rent from Enterprise, National and Alamo because they are all the same company..... NEVER EVER AGAIN AFTER THIS WITCH disrespected me the way she did.It has just begun.......

The manager was difficult to deal with and rude. She made my experience stressful. Having a wreck on a holiday weekend​ was already bad enough. At Least when i brought the car back she was a decent human being. Go to The Woodlands instead.

I rented a vehicle for the Thanksgiving Holiday to visit family in three different states, the car I rented from North Frazier in Conroe Tx had some mechanical problems so I went to the Chelton Colorado location upon arrival in colorado springs and they gladly put me in another rental car. Upon my return to the North Frazier location in Conroe Tx, they apologized for the situation and gave me a Two day discount for my inconvenience. Both locations went above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction! I am grateful for their assistance in this situation. I only rent from Enterprise and will continue my long standing patronage of this company.

I can honestly say that I have rented a ton of cars in my day but I have never received the level of service from any other company like I have from the North Frazier, Conroe, TX Enterprise Location. Every time I enter the location I am greeted with nothing but professionalism, kindness and respect across the board. They have been nothing but accommodating to my rental request and needs and always make me feel like a valued customer. No matter how many times Ive rented upon each return rental vehicle Im asked How was the customer service. It tells me and shows me that their being intentional about pleasing the customer and therefore I am a lifetime rentee from Enterprise. Special thanks to Sia & David for always making me laugh when I come. As long as Im in the city of Conroe the North Frazier area Enterprise can count on a return customer. Highly recommended!!!!!

The staff was the nicest and most helpful staff i have ever seen in a retail car company.The elder gentleman picked me up at dealership was a sweetheart. He got me safely to Enterprise and The lady Sia I think her name was helped me quickly knowing i had an appt and dr appt soon following. She was very sweet.
