Robbie was great on communicating with me! The machine was prefect. The only thing i would say is that the hurricane was super strong which it is supposed to be i just wish it had a little more flavor.

Fast and friendly service! The margaritas were a hit! We had to rent at the last minute and Robbie was very friendly and accommodating.

I’ve used them on several occasions, but the last two times he has delivered my machine late. Once someone else on the route had a issue with their machine so he gave them mine and brought me a different one because I was closest to his shop. So my party was late. I gave him snotty chance and yesterday he showed after guests were arriving. I’m not giving another chance. This time he had my party time wrong. It took almost 2 hrs to freeze and we were over two hours into the party before margaritas. He needs to plan his deliveries better and hire help if it’s a busy time of year. Sorry Robbie, you’re a nice guy but undependable
