Absolutely do not under any circumstances take your vehicle here. Extremely unprofessional. Asked to call to remind the owner to ask the technicians about my vehicle...multiple times. If Im paying you for a service do your job, I shouldnt have to do it for you. They will never call you back. Vehicle dash and steering column taken apart and never put back together, had to do that myself. Shop agreed to do work on my vehicle, only to find out weeks later they dont do that. They will lie and say they never said that, luckily I record all my phone calls. Inside of vehicle covered in grease and oil. Lot not secure, multiple items stolen. And the cherry on top, when I had to have my vehicle towed they didnt even remember it was there. This place needs to be shut down.Edit: This entire ordeal happened from april-june before they were shut down due to covid. Do not believe any of the owners replies. I have recorded phone calls and messages that will disprove anything they say. The recorded phone calls are from their business phone number, and a personal phone number. This is 100% the right location

Needed a bunch of work done oil change brake job grease the truck very happy with my service as soon as there where done 100 mile trip right after that with no issues thanks guy ask for Robert or Chantel

Came in to have oil and fuel filter changed and a temp sensor replaced on a F350 dually. James the mechanic was very friendly and did a good job. He did break the fuel filter cap while taking it off but he was able to get another one ordered and delivered in less than 30 min and there was no charge. Not many places would have that integrity so thank you. Would highly recommend and I will be back with any future repairs. Thanks guys.

RPM automotive is the place Ill always take my car to the owners,are very nice and professional we have a good relationship with them and understanding they let me know whats wrong with my car and the cost right away.

Great customer service! Very honest and found things another company had done incorrectly and were trying to make us overpay. RPM went the extra mile and took extra time to research the problem for our BMW! We will continue to use them!
