My insurance dispatched this company for me after another one failed to show after a 2.5 hour wait. The driver, Alex, called me within 10 minutes to verify my location and let me know he was on his way. The cab of the truck was very clean and he had great customer service and arrived before the ETA my insurance provided!! Very pleased with their service and would recommend using them in the future!

Great service and professional drivers. My wife was stuck on the side of the freeway and Alex arrived promptly, hooked up her car and relocated her somewhere safe. Some of these reviews are not even referring to the service these guys provide. World Class fellas. Hire more drivers like Alex!

Joel was absolutely fantastic! He got my car out of a very awkward position. My property is loaded with trees and he was able to EASILY maneuver between the trees ( and his truck is huge !) then pulled my car out of a awkward position. We had a nice chat on the way down, gave me great advice on the cars problem ( and his opinion of what the issue was ). I then had a massive dog house that was too big to be carried by a pick up truck hauled from Spring up to Livingston and he was able to do that for me as well. Very happy with the service and although I hope I never have to use them again for any mechanical problems 🤣 I would feel he is doing a very fair job pricewise and good service

Alex was very professional and did an awesome job. He was very concerned about my safety with a donut on for the length I had to drive. He even moved one of my back tires to the front and put the donut on the rear to prevent so much weight and stress being on the donut tire. Very professional!!!

If I can give this place negative stars... I waited over a hour and a half to get someone to get my car.. no one bothered to reach out to see exactly where I was located when they had my information.... I finally called the guy he was already nonchalant and rude which provoked me to reciprocate the same attitude.... I understand if you having a bad day but my day is just as bad so watch how you treat people if you don’t want to be treated that way 🤷🏽‍♀️

One of there drivers just pulled right out in front of me on loop 336. To avoid hitting him I went around him then the driver had the nerve to get right on my ass where I couldnt even see his headlights. He then proceeded to flip me off like Im the one who did something wrong. I know you may think you own the road but you dont.I know the games you wrecker drivers play . I know because I was one for 18 years and its drivers like this that give them others a bad name

Horrible and rude customer service. Don’t even answer phone as wrecker service, then when asked if was a wrecker servysaud he didn’t have to answer or tell me he was a wrecker service and then said I don’t need to tow your car and hung up. Great business etiquette.They have bad reviews on other review sites

These people are wreckless drivers. I have had 3 yes THREE different encounters where they have been flying down 1314 between Porter and 242 almost side swiping me and almost running me off the road on one of those occasions. They are supposed to be out there helping people, not causing accidents!!!

Bad service, especially the treatment of people, the cars apart from a car, they take it out of the workshop to deliver the person and angrily they leave mistreating the vehicles

Recomiendo este lugar 100% me dieron excelente servicio y arreglaron mi camioneta en question de horas una ford diesel.Antes de llevarla alli la tuve en otro lugar por casi 3 semanas esta enfrente a un lado del seafood y le cambiaban partes y partes y yo pagu y pague y nunca le atinaron al problema hasta que me canse y decidi llevarla a 3js ellos mismos la levantaron en menos de 30 minutos y dos horas despues ya me tenian el diagnostico y para el dia siguiente ya pude usar mi camioneta y el precio fue rasonable valio la pena gracias 3js!!!!
