I had an issue with my battery that I had thought was my alternator and had it towed to this shop. William looked at my car for me and was up front and honest with me about what he had found. I ended up not needing work done but I was very happy with the service I received. As a young female, some places will try to rip me off but this shop did not and I will return when I need work done!! Thank you Will!

Mark has been the most honest and dependable mechanic Ive ever been with. Ive been going to Mark for over ten years, and hell be my mechanic for as long as he is still there.

I took my car here to replace the front brake pads and turn the rotors. When I picked my car up I noticed a really loud noise that wasnt there before. They are telling me it coincidentally just started making this noise out of nowhere. Giving me the run around saying it was the suspension then said it was the back brakes. I took it to two other brake shops on the way home that told me no its definetely the front! I really even hate having to take my car back to this shop but I hope they can fix whatever they messed up!!! I would not recommend this place at all!

I was referred to Mark by a neighbor who let me know how honest and affordable Mark has been with him. I wholeheartedly agree with the description. I had to take vehicle to Mark 3 times before he finally charged me for something. The first time I had called a few shops about a problem and the first 3 told me they need to get their hands on it but it was likely a $1,000-$1,300 job. Mark listened to what the problem was and told me he did some research and it was a likely a factory recall item and I could get it fixed for free at the dealership.... he was right. The second was simply an issue he was not equipped to deal with and he was honest and up front about it. The third was a small battery issue and he let me know where I could go to get the same quality battery is they were not sold everywhere. After that, the work he HAS done for me has been exceptional and affordable. When a dealership told me it would be $800, I had it towed to Mark and he let me know the small part that was actually broken was only $30 and it took them 10 minutes to locate the issue. It cost more to pay the dealership to look at the car and tow it to Mark, than it did for him to repair it. Great quality, great service, and I am thankful he is so close by.

I have been taking my Jeep Liberty 06 to Mark for years. My husband and I found his shop by chance but he is now the only mechanic we use. No he doesnt have time for oil change, if you just need maintenance I wouldnt waste his time. He is straight to the point and honest. His prices are very affordable. I would suggest calling him to make sure he can fix whatever you have going on with your vehicle, he will tell you.

Ive been taking my vehicles to Mark for several years now. He will explain what needs to be done, and hell explain when something does not need to be done. I went once thinking I needed a tune-up. He checked my vehicle over, did a couple little things, and said I didnt need a whole tune-up. His prices are great, his workmanship is great, and his honesty is refreshing.

We were so happy when we found Mark after the shop we had been using closed down. He often figures out the problem just from a brief conversation. Its pretty amazing. If you want a fair shake and price on a car repair, this is the place. His shop is back from the road just a bit, squeezed between a doughnut shop and window tinter.

I walked up for a quote, and the mechanic I spoke to was rude, as if he didnt want to be bothered by me. He was belittling, without cause. Well, maybe the cause was my being a woman...who knows? I will not go there again.

I was told about this place from my motorcycle mechanic and I won’t be using anyone else for auto repairs. Mark and his guys have always been polite and professional and going above and beyond to make a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

I drove up here and asked how much and how long an oil change would take on my 2002 gmc truck. I spoke to an employee first and he gave me a price than went to ask the owner when they could do it. Mark came out and said we dont have time for that sh**. I was offended that a small local business would treat a potential customer like this. It makes me question their honesty and integrity as a business. Buyer beware.

Took my truck in to set the CMP RETARD and to also have a relearn procedure performed. The equipment to do this work runs in excess of 10 grand that I cant afford. This is an s10 with an L31 from a 99 suburban. The GM dealership nearby was worthless, time consuming, and disinterested in the work. I pulled up to their shop, a tech came over and said yeah we can do that. They talked to me about what I needed to have done and knocked it out. Very technically knowledgeable, and direct. I didnt have any issues with the work performed.To the volvo guy below, I work on cars myself. Mechanics cant take any job that rolls in. European cars are their own little world and there arent enough of them to make it worth your time learning to work on unless you specialize in them. That is why you should buy American cars!Most shops employ dumb kids with no experience or ambition. They dont speak the language. I do, and they did. Ive sent them a bunch of work since my experience (friends and family) and have only heard positive feedback.
