Whatever you do, DO NOT use allstate and definitely not Irene.My parked car was hit by a drunk driver and Allstate sent me to a horrible shop. They did not fix all of the damage. I had to pay $2300 out of pocket to fix the remaining damage.Irene only responded to me once I filed with TDI and I have been with her for 18 years. My entire family was with her until now.Corporate Allstate actually told my husband we were liars. Then Allstate LIED to TDI and told them my dealer said the damage was wear and tear. Acura told me the opposite and said they would NEVER determine the cause of damage for a third party.If you like throwing money away for years only to have a claim partially paid and be called a liar... go with Allstate.
