Great customer service from the ladies inside and they go above and beyond to make sure all your insurance needs are met. I remember coming to them when they first opened up their office on Frazier in Conroe. I still use them to this day. It is so hard to find honest to goodness kind and understanding people (who dont just look at you like a number/paycheck), I truly cant say or even think of anything negative to say about AIUnited in Conroe. The bestest of the best ladies are just absolutely wonderful to talk to, they make you feel comfortable and explain even the smallest detail of your policy so that there are no misunderstandings of any kind. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I do miss my lovely girl Ms Salmeron though she will always be my number one.

Horrible customer service.While waiting the only representative was rude to gentlemen ahead of me. She didnt even make eye contact when asked a simple question. No greeting, no smile. There was a customer on the phone and the rep was rude, unhelpful, and didnt even care that other customers could hear her.On several occasions I needed changes to be made but no service is available online, or over the phone. Very inconvenient.Premium went up every month so I decided to cancel my policy 4 days after renewal and got no refund for my deposit. I had to make 2 trips just to be able to cancel because one girl said I needed one thing and the other said another. Anywhere else they would have offered to do another quote to keep the business. A faxed request for cancellation would have been sufficient but no, they have to make you jump through hoops. They are an unethical, unprofessional, blood sucking agency that treats their customers like trash. I will NEVER give this company my business or my recommendation.

Horrible customer service the ladys there are very rude except the short hispanic kinda chubby lady with brown/red hair shes the only nice one that actually tries to help you but the other two are horrible especially the pale girl with the big head/hair doesnt know how to respectfully talk to a customer cant even greet you or look at you in the eyes they dont know what they are doing they ask you for one paper and then turns out you need another one and so on they make you waste your time instead of helping you out! Would not recommend this insurance place to anyone!
