I called yesterday to get information on my policy. For one the lady said shed call me back and never did so I had to call again. She told me one price and when I got here it was a whole nother price. The lady that took care of us was rude and seemed annoyed honestly didnt seem like she liked her job. After this month I will not be coming back. These women have no sympathy at all.

Have used this office for many years and for the most part have been pretty happy until today, I had gone in to inquire about making a change to my policy, which FYI you can’t do over the phone you must be in person, and upon doing so for a new quote on just one of my vehicles which the monthly premium was through the roof!! While looking at other quotes the lady at the desk proceeded to tell me that many of the companies won’t even give me a quote due to the recent weather and not being able to open a new full coverage policy. On top of not being able to get me another quote she proceeded to tell me that my current policy would go up to $400 a month from the original price of $130 again because of the weather??? Last time I checked price gauging is illegal.

Always busy but cheap insurance I have every where else I paid more.

They wouldnt let my little girl use their bathroom when she was about to per on herself. They said we could go across the parking lot and use the 1.25 stores bathroom. And I was paying a bill there at the time. We are good enough to give them our hard earned money but my little girl isnt good enough to use their bathroom. We have been using their office for about 4 yr.s.
