I was very pleased with the whole process and the helpfulness and kindness offered by the agency staff, although I had overburdened them with many questions and back and forth phone calls, they were always nice and courteous. They always looked to find an answer to my questions till I was satisfied. They went, also, out of their way to find me the best deal on my cars and my homeowners insurance. If i could give this agency more then 5 stars I would. This agency is not your typical sale driven, No claim payout and pushy sales agents Insurance agency. Claudia and her staff made me feel very welcomed from the moment I walked in. The agent actually took the time to get to know myself and my needs.. from that, she determined what coverage would best protect myself, my family and my assets. I was able to get everything covered with this agency which is so convenient. Not to mention the claims process is super simple and everyone is more than helpful. After hurricane Harvey my insurance was the least of my worries because I knew I was taken care of thanks to the Rendon Allstate agency!

Ive had the pleasure of working with this Agency and they really do exceed all of my expectations! Amazing customer Service by all of the employees, always there when needed. Will recommend to all of My family and friends. If you want yo be in Good hands this is the Allstate you should be with!

Stay away from this agency. I bought an Auto Policy online, she cancelled it rewrote it twice, it is still wrong. Before all the mistakes with the Auto, I agreed to Motorcycle and Homeowners Policies.. Great quotes, I had to put my Auto Policy on a credit card, due to the fact the original was cancelled on 1-4-2018, but an echeck was issued on 1-5-2018. My Homeowners was to be paid by payments, but no, the agent paid in full from my checking account..I am stuck with them until my checking and credit card accounts are reimbursed which will take approx. 2 weeks. STAY THE H-LL AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY..

NEGATIVE STARS! Agency is a joke! I’ve been waiting on gift cards from agency because I have referred people to them and still have not received anything. Had to cancel my policies because the owner refused to talk to me every time I called, and I spoke to a new person just about every time. Don’t understand how this agency is still open, NOT a good look for Allstate!

Great Agency, Always leave the office with clear and helpful advice, its nice to know theyll always have answers to all my questions when it comes to insurance. A+ agency!!!!
