Met Lupe Martinez this past week in El Paso, TX as she came to share her experiences with a group of agents.I quickly admired her humbleness, intelligence and tenacity. I always get the best service, office has a very nice atmosphere, all the staff is very friendly and helpful!It also smells very good and office is very clean! I recommend this office to everyone!

I been a loyal customer for 6 years going on 7 years and every time I get a bill it increases! I called and went personally to the office and they never are to help. I have perfect driving record meaning no claims, no tickets, no accidents and I’m 25 and my bill is crazy high! And my payments have never been late. I asked to talk to Lupe Martinez and they girls in the office said they don’t know when she will be available because her “busy schedule”. They don’t care about their costumers! They only care about getting the money.

Honestly, I am not one to write reviews but her and her staff have been so unhelpful. It first started when my husband and I were getting married and it was something we first called customer service on, however she mentioned she refused to increase the amount of a rental car for us to get transportation for our wedding day. What really has made us completely angry at this point has been how unprofessional she has been with us lately. We still wanted to keep State Farm, however change it to a different agent. The process has now taken two months because she refuses to cooperate with another local State Farm agent. I would not recommend anyone to her for service. State Farm is wonderful, however she is not a profesional agent.

My experience here at StateFarm is wonderful, the staff is friendly no waiting time at all. I just love that they stay with you the hole time when you putting in a claim Incase you have any questions. But even at the department of claims did awesome as well. I love it,.. StateFarm is the best.

Absolutely useless staff. I had to switch to a different statefarm agent. Absolutely AWFUL customer service. I spoke to Lupe once and she was great but whoever she has in that office answering phone calls couldnt help you if her life depended on it.I really wish I could rate 0 stars. Unbelievable. I ask them to adjust my life insurance and I always get told theyll have someone call me back but no one does. Unbelievable, why even have people answering the phone if they cant help you and always have to redirect your call to a different person?If you want to avoid headaches Sandy and Lupe should be the only people you speak to. Good luck getting ahold of Lupe, thatll never happen.

Very bad follow through--which is crucial from your insurance agent! Charged me for renters insurance for YEARS after I tried to cancel. Each time Id call to ask for it to be canceled, theyd agree and then just do nothing. They also sent my mail to my old address (also after being notified several times of my new address) and misspelled my name so I couldnt login to the web portal to change it. Overall they cost me roughly ~$1000 in overcharges that they refuse to credit back or take responsibility for. Never again, Lupe Martinez State Farm.

I went to find out information on a policy for my mother and walked out with one of my own, Veronica and the rest of the team are honestly amazing. Definetly recommend everyone to go visit them.
