Before I met Zack the only thing I cared about was saving a few bucks on my insurance if I could. I have been with state farm for over 9 years in Indiana with no issues, great service. When I moved to Texas I reached out to this agent, they set up my policy in no time, claiming I am getting the best rates in the market. After 2 weeks, I got an account summary in the mail showing an increase of almost 30% from the policy I singed. I reached back to the agent inquiry about the unjustified increase, he said it must be a billing error and that he will check and get back to me. However; he was not prompt on this as much as he was in the beginning. A week passed with no feedback so I decided to move my business elsewhere as I simply couldnt trust them anymore, especially when I started shopping around and realized they are not the most competitive as they claim to be. BTW, the agent was very pushy to have me write a good review, could be the reason why they have such outstanding reviews!

Nice staff, very friendly and offered great rates met all my needs. I even switched my renters insurance from Geico to State Farm, they offered same coverage at a better rate!!! Thank you Dan, Erica and Zach you all are awesome!!!

Honestly the best Service ever! They were really helpfull and most important patient. They answered all my questions about the different coverages, gave me the best deal specially because i had gotten different quotes from a lot of different places across house and they completely crushed it by saving me a lot of money and making each cent out of my pocket to have more value on my coverage so on my next car or house most definitely they will be the first people i am going to call for Insurance.
