I had dealt with dozens of agents before I got a call back from David Chastain. When I spoke to him he asked to call me back. That was fine with me. Most agents did not call back. He did! After spending some time telling him what we needed he was able to get it all together as well as quote us for other policies and properties. Not often I sign up to spend more money....But when they find that your current insurance is written incorrectly, and if you ever did need to file a claim, it would never pay out...Well then you start to consider what its for anyway. The Team was professional and responsive and took the time to explain to me why our current business insurance wasnt worth the paper it was written on.
