I love these guys. They have never not been available the same day I call. They get right to it when they arrive. Highly recommend them for service and installation.

I called Long at 8am on a Friday morning. I was told I would get a call back between 12pm and 5pm. I got a call at 11:am and Norman arrived 30 minutes later. Because of the brand of A/C that I have, the parts had to be ordered. Norman showed back up on Monday morning and finished the repair. Blower motor and cage. Fantastic job Norman!!! Great experience with Long A/C & their technician Norman! He was on time first thing in the morning after I reported an issue super late last night, and was done within an hour. Had to call them at 3 am, Norman called back and was on location at 4am, unit was repaired and running in 20 minutes. This was after being out since 11pm the night before. I had called other “24 hr” companies, 3 to be exact, and getting nothing. I should have called them first! Price was much lower than I expected.

I actually gave them a five star a year ago, because I didn’t know what I know now. I’m so disappointed in their service; they charged me ridiculously in June to service a unit and we’re in August and it’s the same issue with the unit. The tech was unfriendly and uncaring. When I called about the issue, they told me that they had no warranty for a job that they did two months ago, and it would be extra to come out to check the unit because it’s an emergency. Really???? I didn’t even ask him to come out. I was just contacting them to set an appointment . I’m sorry they will never get business from me and my family again. I found a great guy who fixed the problem for a lot less than long ac stole from me. I hope they will reevaluate their customer service and do better in the future.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** Was told (during summer 2018) business needed an entire new HVAC system. Long’s has services this system for years prior to this. Got second opinion and only minimal repair was needed. Fast forward to today and business’ heater not working. Evidently Long’s AC disconnected our heater. Maybe they were hoping we’d cave in and get that brand spankin new HVAC after all. Great tactics to keep customers!!

This is a good company, they do a good job and are fair with pricing. They have worked on my old system and put in a new system.

First technician did shoddy work. Next technician did great job. Only problem was I had to pay for second visit.

Had to wait day and half for part and then received defective part: had to complain to the manager to get another part before the weekend. Technician came out to replace and said it was working. Still not working and now its the weekend, so no A/C still. Waiting on a call back

Bad experience, i bought an ac capacitor for the ridiculous amount of $80.00 then i checked the same part in internet and the real price was just $15,00 no recommend it at all.
