Aim Computers is the best and least expensive computer repair and computer technology store in all of Contra Costa County.Kevin, who is the owner of the store is brilliant. He knows everything there is to know about computers. Ive brought in different laptops and case-based computers and hes been able to fix them whereas other shops couldnt do it or, they could only make it work for a short bit and then it fails again.Im not a novice when it comes to computers but Kevin is incredible. So, yes, I highly recommend Aim Computers. The quality, quick turn around, efficiency, great customer service, and inexpensive rates can not be beat.Use Aim Computers, you wont be disappointed.

I just dont know what to say about this guy....Avoid him? Avoid the location? Insanely overpriced compared to the actual market value of the ancient parts they sell, used products which may or may not contain defects, and the man running it had no idea RAM speeds were eitherA: a thing that existsorB: something critically important to your machine actually running well if at all....If you have an ancient Windows XP system and refuse to upgrade into the modern world for whatever reason then they MAY be able to help you but its honestly a gamble. Id strongly recommend doing your own research and buying the part you need online or from another source.Your best bet honestly is to buy a cheap 2 or 3 hundred dollar computer with Windows 7-10 on it rather then pay this guy 90$ for a product that is 15 years old, opened box, and may or may not work properly

Please, dont trust the guy! Save your money to buy a new computer. I really wish I can give them zero star!
