I was actually shopping around for a few weeks trying to find the right kind of storage for what I needed. I was a bit conflicted but after speaking with Amanda, I think Ive made a decision to probably go with PS. She was super sweet, very polite, made excellent eye contact and provided me more than enough information. She went above and beyond to assist me and Im grateful for amazing people like her! Highly recommend this location!

I was not happy with the storage unit I was at and stopped in to see Amanda. She was very helpful in assisting me with what I needed. I will need to consult with my wife but if she agrees I will be back to rent a unit. Amanda went above and beyond to assist me. Good help is hard to find these days and Amanda was super helpful.

I stopped by to ask some questions about units. The woman I talked with, Amanda, was great she answered all my questions she was polite and helpful. If I end up needing a unit I will only get one if shes there. She is personable and friendly.

Went in for a unit and Amanda took care of getting me a unit. It was fast and I got exactly what I asked for. In and out.

Attempted to get a unit from these people and after reserving that day to get the unit they werent there. There was a clock on the door that said they would return at 11:00 and after waiting til 11:40 I decided this was not the place to be. I went with Mr. Storage up on the hill behind you and I recommend then to anyone who reads this because at least they are home!

I would not recommend this location. In fact we just moved out. I got an offer in the mail for a $20 a month in October of 2017. I was in the hospital at the time. When I got out I came in with the offer. The offer had expired the day before. I explained I had been in the hospital for 11 days and they still wouldnt honor it. It just seemed kind of mean spirited. They charged me $31 a month for a 5x5 unit. If it wasnt enough to overcharge me for the unit now they were trying to sell me renters insurance. Luckily another customer was in the lobby and told me if I already had renters insurance to check with them to see if they covered storage units. The manager seemed very angry at the customer for trying to save me money. Turned out my renters insurance did cover storage units so they were unable to milk anymore money out of me. In the 2 years I rented here they raised the rent twice by over 25% each year. Once to $38 a month then finally to $45 a month. Objectively looking at the pricing this place is not worth it. Right now they are advertising the same size unit I moved out of for $36 a month. To me it makes more sense to keep low stable prices in an effort to keep customers long term vs jacking the rent by over 25% every year. The same size unit at a public storage not far from here is renting for $15 per month. This place is not worth the money. All of the employees I have encountered were rude and unprofessional except the one we encountered on the day we moved out. She was very nice. One month I forgot to pay the rent. They harassed me as if they were going to go bankrupt without my payment. Since they already charged me the late fee I figured I would just make a double payment the next month. When I told whoever called me I would make a double payment next month I was threatened with my belongings being auctioned off if I didnt pay immediately. This would be the last place on earth I would rent from. I should have read their reviews first.

Renee was very nice and informative she took very good care us and always made sure she reminded me of the payment. I appreciate that she was never rude always polite. Public Storage is a great and safe place to store your things.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this place. Renee helped me out a lot. She is such a beautiful soul. They’ve worked with me time and time again for over a year now. I felt like family each time I walked in.

Overall i have had good customer service at this location. What i dont like is the increasing monthly storage fee. It should be a set fee. Not one that goes up every couple of months.

Me and my friend was there trying to decide how many boxes to get and what size unit to get. Larry was very patience and helpful the entire time we was there. Super friendly service! my mother and I were there just fishing for prices because we might need storage in the near future but its not certain. Brett was super helpful showing us several options and explaining the process. My mother was really quiet and Brett could sense that maybe she didnt speak much English so he began greeting and talking to her in Spanish! I dont see that too often from someone who is not Hispanic but his Spanish, while not perfect, was very pleasant and my mother loved it. If I do decide to rent a space, I know where Im going!

I have been a loyal customer at public storage for the last several years. Each time I visit, the service is extremely speedy while the staff members are always friendly and helpful. On todays visit in particular, I was assisted by a staff member named Judy who was very sweet and helpful. She is a great employee who made me very satisfied with my visit.

After spending the morning going to a million other storage places with rude employees, I was relieved when I got here and met Renee. She was extremely helpful, nice, and the reason I felt safe picking this place.

Great service, good location, friendly staff. I reserved my unit online a week in advance and while I did receive the unit I reserved, I was told that it wasn’t guaranteed to be available on my requested move in date. Apparently what you are reserving online is the price, not the unit itself. Not sure what good the price is if you have nowhere to store your items? This is a corporate issue, not the location itself.

I am in the process of moving to a smaller home and I am in desperate need of storage due to new rental being smaller. I visited this facility and needed some help trying to figure out the right size. Larry was a great help trying to figure things out, he turned a somewhat stressful day onto a better one. I will definitely come back once I have all the moving plans in order.
