My husband and I began using this storage facility a few years ago and never had we had any issues with them. The customer service is great, the family owned environment is welcoming, and the facility is very clean. The security is also top notch, I love their app as it works great for entering/exiting the lot/locker. Hats off to Heather who has been an absolute gem to work with!! The property is extremely clean located with a mile of the interstate. After researching storage facilities I decided on the pitts stop location because of the owner, I appreciate the fact that he on location frequently and he’s reasonable. I had a billing situation that was respectfully dealt with even when I didn’t agree with a CSR, I didn’t feel as if my situation was disregarded. NO roaches, no trash and the temperature is always comfortable.

The security in this place is airtight and the prices are incredibly reasonable for all you get!We had to chat a couple of hours because neither of us had anywhere else to be. Now not only am I trusting this business with my favorite original art, handmade quilts from grandmas passed on, and important documentation, Im trusting that man with my friendship.And I think both those decisions are winners.

I have used the services of Keep It Stored for about 3 years and its an excellent facility. The rates are reasonable and the location is convenient. The climate controlled units were great for my extra electronics. Their outdoor storage units are easy to get to for loading and unloading larger items. They have a security gate and cameras everywhere so I never have to worry about the safety of my stuff. Heather, the office manager, is very friendly and helpful. She knew me by name the second time I was there and its hard to find that level of customer service in other retail settings. I would recommend Keep it Stored to anyone looking for a storage unit.

After selling my home and needing to store over 3,000 s.f. of expensive furnishings and decor, I can honestly say I was a bit nervous about placing my things in an offsite facility. I was immediately impressed with Keep It Stored. The staff happily took me around the facility and was extremely helpful in answering any questions that I had. My items were stored there for several months in numerous climate controlled units. I was particularly concerned about my upholstered items however, the day I collected my things they were as fresh as the day they were originally stored! Keep It Stored is a fantastic business to work with! I highly recommend storing your belongings there. The office staff goes above and beyond for their customers and they truly care about you and your belongings. The rates are also much cheaper than other major companies. Heather is also super nice as well and is always gives amazing service with a smile. If I need another storage unit in the future I will go right back to them! The land is also extremely clean and it is safe. I do not feel nervous when I go their at night.

I cant say enough good things about keep it stored. I had 2 motorcycles in storage for over a year and NEVER had a problem or worry involving security. The storage areas are clean and extremely well kept, Security is second to none, and the owners and employees are by far the best part of the entire company. Sometimes moving or transitioning can be rough but this place helps you out! They care about their customers and always go above and beyond for youThis very family oriented facility is clean and updated. They have large units and small. They also provide climate control units. If you lose or damage your key for your unit the fees to cut off and provide a new one are low. they are always on campus to provide one on one customer service. They also text if you are at work and have any questions. Late fees are low and they will work with you if financial times get rough. I love how positive they are and always have smiling faces. If you want your cherish items to be well taken care of this is the place to go. Come join the family like I have for the past 6 years you wont regret it.

Had a great experience over the past year with Keep It Stored! I love the family owned vibe, but with a high end facility. Anytime I was out there moving my things in or out, someone was always there to offer me a hand truck. I never had to ask, or even thought about asking. I hope I never NEED to use their business again, but I know my things would be safe with them.

You can see the pride and care that the staff and ownership take with their business. It is also the most secure and safe storage facility I have ever seen. They are always on top of every detail, and are always making improvements to make it better. Kurt, the owner, and Heather are always so kind and friendly, and are amazing to work with, and truly care about their customers. Great storage unit, clean, friendly staff. Closing the unit was very easy and hassle free. Air conditioning unit always works and I have never had a problem with gaining access it the locks. I also felt great about the safety too.

We all need self storage from time to time - this place is great! - - the security for entry and exit is fast, and efficient. they provide individual security codes determined by YOU. They also have lighting (on a timer) if you use your storage after dark.

Kurt keeps this facility absolutely spotless and manages it with an extreme attention to detail. I feel like my valuables will be safer here than in my own home. The office is extremely pleasant and professional and they have a very friendly dog. What more do you need?

Nicest self-storage place in Cabarrus County! Conveniently located and easy to drop by when you need something from your unit. The office staff is friendly and helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I had a climate-controlled unit and it was spotlessly clean and the temperature was always just right. There was never a musty smell and all of my things were clean and fresh when I moved them out. The facility is well-lit and safe and I never felt uneasy stopping by. The arrangement of the buildings makes it a snap to unload a truck and access your unit. The Autopay option makes it easy to pay and the fees are reasonable. This is THE place to store your stuff!!
