So this place is worse than the cable company racket. I signed up and rented a climate controlled storage unit. Paid three months in advance and was told that periodically the rates can increase. On the third month of rental I received a letter stating my rate was increasing. It increased by more than $5 over the walk in rate for the same unit. My rate was increasing by $12 a month. That increase signifies enough to pay for one months rental.So I called and asked that an email be sent asking for a review of the rate increases. I asked that a copy of email be sent to me also. 24 days later still no response and no email confirmation from the office staff. I called today and was told that email has never gotten a response and the person in charge of rate increases simply ignores emails sent about rate increases. Really?So in 24 days they can’t reply to an email? Was one even sent? The office staff here don’t seem to care or want to be bothered by it. Don’t rent a storage unit from here. Inmates on Death Row get better customer service from the prison guards than you will get from this place.

MOLD. DO NOT RENT HERE. After paying top dollar for 2 air condition units, we showed up to day to find mold on our things. We contacted the office and were told they couldnt help us. The building is built near wet lands and you can see the moisture inside the units. The Manager was willing to give as a refund for a few months but the Director Steve refused to help. Save your money and go with someone who cares about the customers and their property.

Home of the RATS. i never has an issue with the storage company. I chose them because they were fairly new. The problem came when it was time to get my items out. Many of my items were destroyed and I threw several items away due to rat urine and dropping. RAT RUN THE STORAGE! I did mention it to the lady at the front desk. She wasnt shocked nor did she care.PLEASE BEWARE. RATS RATS RATS!!!!!

I will for sure recommend my friends and family to rent here. We have been here 2 years and have not had any issues. The rate increases arent fun but the girls in the office are great and will try to work with you.

This is a new facility that is very clean, with lots of space between the buildings to get a truck through. The only downfall is the current state of the road construction around that area making getting in and out difficult at best on sometimes almost impossible when they have one or more lanes closed you cant blame go store it for this and hopefully once the road improvements and finished it will be a really useful place to store your things

Ive really liked this place so far, the girls in the office are great and always really nice and go above and beyond to help me out. I never got this kind of service at Public Storage. I actually feel welcomed and wanted here. I really wish there were more carts to use, though. Every time I come to move some stuff in the 2 carts they have available are already being used and I have a lot of heavy stuff to unload. Robbie helped me unload some of my stuff one day, which is what I mean by great service! I never would have gotten this kind of help anywhere else.

This is a new location and these guys have it done up right. The staff is amazing, Sam did a great job helping me decide what unit would work best for me. She was very patient and took her time to make sure I had a good moving experience. Sam went out of her way to get me moving supplies from one of her other locations. I recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Went in to reserve and rent a storage unit. I was greeted immediately upon entering and helped by staff. The reservation only took 15 mins. The staff informed me of the terms and conditions of renting a unit and showed me the unit before leasing. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Thank you Go Store It Concord ☺️

My husband and I came in and spoke with Sam about possibly renting a unit to store some of our furniture while we renovate our house. She was beyond helpful and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. We previously tried another storage company where we were confronted with rude managers who didn’t seem to care about our business, but Sam was absolutely wonderful and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Friendliness and a willingness to help is a win for us.
