I will never use Concord Chevrolet again. Charged almost $50 LABOR to replace the engine air filter - literally a 30 second max job. Also charged over $50 LABOR to replace the cabin air filter - maybe 5 minutes MAX. I should have paid more attention at the time I did the service but I expected to be charged fairly and not ripped off. Lesson learned.
Had some communication issues with the finance department but their manager helped straighten everything out with my purchase of a 2021 Silverado 3.0 Duramax. I have used their service department a few times and have been very satisfied. All the gentlemen in the service department are friendly and helpful. This was my first new vehicle purchase and Christian in sales was very helpful, friendly and patient. Most important of all, I absolutely love my truck!
Probably the most helpful, and HONEST, dealership service experience Ive had to date. Gil was great. Quickly diagnosed an issue that should have been addressed by the dealer we recently purchased from (NOT Concord Chevrolet) and worked with that dealer to resolve the matter at no cost to us. Also, talked us OUT of paying for an unnecessary service...when was the last time THAT happened?

Purchased New Truck 2020 from Concord Chevy. Purchased Auto Butler. Had Auto Butler service done for the first time- they broke my rear view mirrors. They were very good about replacing broken mirrors and set up with rental car. Service Manager was texting and calling very sorry and wanted to make it right. Brought truck back for another application of Butler Service. Broke Custom hitch cover and front license plate holder. (never told me) Tried to contact service Dept. to let them know... never got a response. If this dealership cannot provide the Butler Service without damaging my truck they shouldnt offer it at all. Dropped off. Picked up when they said it would be ready. But....then it happened. The cashier said my truck will be brought out to me and to go wait outside. Ok. Seems legit. 20 minutes later a worker came up to me and asked me if I was waiting for a vehical. I showed him my paperwork and about 10-15 mins later he brought me my truck. It was over half an hour I waited . I would if happily gone out to the back and got my own truck.
Aside from a hiccup or two, the overall experience came through for me and my family. We bought a 2021 Chevy Suburban RST. The quality of the vehicle stands strong behind the brand. My wife is happy (Happy Wife, Happy Life) and thats all that matters! I received great follow up at the end by the General Manager. Yes... the GM wanted to ensure I received a great experience. This is a hands on service dealership where even the supervisor come out to help with sales and experience if needed. I was given a loaner car while my vehicle was being detailed and tailored to my wife’s expectation and it was an experience of, “What can I do for you!?” I like that. They don’t give you options to pick from to satisfy your experience, they ask you directly for your preference! If you want to go to a place where they don’t just seek out your pockets, but your satisfaction, then this is the place to go. You will get what your looking for. Happy Shopping!
Im sort of new to Concord Chevrolet, coming here after a series of bad experiences with a dealership closer to my home. Ive found staff here to be polite, respectful and knowledgeable. I feel that Im listened to and the service has gained my trust. When I decided to buy a car after owning my previous Chevy for 11 years, the salesman, Jag, was great, and Lisa did an excellent job of going through the paperwork and getting me out the door with a really great new car.
Christian was the sales associate who helped me. He was very responsive and thoughtful about my questions. I appreciate that he helped me find the right car, at a fair price, quickly and efficiently. I was also impressed that all the paperwork was ready for me to sign when we met to hand off the car.
Eric in the service department was amazing. He worked wonders to get my vehicle back to me before an upcoming vacation given that there were no loaners or rentals available in that size. From a 1.5 week estimate to 1.5 days, great work guys.The reason for limited stars is based on the customer service of those at the main desk. Before coming into the dealer I made 8 calls and left 3 unanswered voicemails regarding my issue and need for a loaner vehicle. I was constantly spoken over or transferred without even finishing my sentence. Both a male and female employee were very rude and I never actually got to speak to anyone in the service department all. These guys are letting your team down badlyIt would also be a much better service rating if the vehicle was returned clean.Thanks for getting her running again so fast though
I appreciate the ease of scheduling service online, the shuttle service after I dropped my car off, and the clarity of communication about service options and charges through the website. My service adviser was polite and communicative.Wonderful experience. I got better service than I experienced previously at dealerships for my high-end German car. I will buy another Chevrolet so that I can continue to deal with Concord Chevrolet.
Awesome service and priced advertised was price paid. I purchased online long distance and the transaction was super easy only about $100 in extra transaction costs over advertised price. Took 2 weeks for the delivery driver to pick up the car and they didnt charge a storage fee or anything. Very professional and kind would recommend to anyone local or nationwide. I worked with Jag Samra and he was exactly what I wanted in a salesperson. A+++

Jim, my service rep was great. He walked me through the process thoroughly, called me when he said he was going to, followed up each day about the progress of my car, confirmed I was still on warranty, and provided me with a loaner car when there were delays in obtaining the needed part and when a complication came up with installing it. He also thoroughly explained to me what the issues were with the part that failed. I appreciated his honesty and his great customer service. He gave me the confidence I needed to feel that my car and I were in good hands!
Volt was brought in for recall service along with lube/oil and tire rotation. Work was completed sooner than promised. The representative was knowlegeable and polite.

Fine except $105 is steep for an oil change
In April 2021 I brought my 2015 chevy traverse in specifically to service the stabiliTrak system and to fix the air conditioning as it was not blowing out cold air. I first want to speak of the poor professional treatment before I speak of how I was personally discriminated against.Upon arriving to Concord Chevrolet for a scheduled drop off for the problems aforementioned, being one of the first customers at 6AM! I was not acknowledged by two of Concord Chevrolets certified mechanics. They simply allowed me to sit there never once asking Can I check you in? Or Why are you here? It wasnt until other customers began arriving that both mechanics began to feverishly check in those customers that had arrived after me. I had to get out and seek help, which still proved to be a difficult task. This type of treatment still remains to date. Needless to say the stabiliTrak system was never fixed, and after returning several times I was told point blank by one of Concord Chevrolets certified mechanics that it is difficult to fix the stabiliTrak system, it could be a number of things and they may never find it!? However this was not the admission before Concord Chevrolet accepted payment of over $750 for the stabiliTrak to never being resolved and and the AC going out in August 2021 only 4 months after Concord Chevrolets certified mechanics fixed it!? Adding injury to insult on one of the hottest days of the summer! My family and I spent over two weeks riding around in 100 degree weather with the windows down. Today was the last straw after being told there is a warranty and to come back in, Concord Chevrolet then required another $600. $300 to investigate why the AC is no longer working!? IF its their problem, they fix it and IF its not their problem then its another $300. As far as the stabiliTrak system that was never resolved to begin with, and after several attempts to bring the truck back between April 2021 and September 20, 2021. Well thats another $300 period, Jerry so graciously offered me a coupon, it wouldnt be the original $500 they charged. Please keep in mind that these charges are only for investigative purposes this money is not put towards any scope of work whatsoever. However this would be a completely new investigation of the stabiliTrak system. As a Chevrolet certified mechanic arent you specifically trained and certified in Chevrolet cars and trucks? This doesnt seem to be the case for Concord Chevrolet or their mechanics!? It could be an old adage of me being a female or of me being a female of color, however I pray that their mothers, wives, sisters, aunts, nor daughters ever receive the treatment I received at Concord Chevrolet

We will be getting the Blazer soon from him.Lisa Wilson on the other hand really was not very accommodating. I even think our discount was not applied. Lisa didnt walk us through or even sound like she was happy to be working that day. I am pretty sure we paid more than we were told.
Two weeks ago I left a honest review of Concord Chevrolet. I stated that I was happy with the quality of work and they identified my problem, as well as the great service I was given, I also stated that I was not happy with the high price of labor. The next day I had a response from the dealership requesting me to contact them in order to address why I was not happy with the high price of labor After talking with Matt, he explained to me the cost of labor for the dealership and I now understand why the dealership must charge this much for labor. I am so impressed with CONCORD CHEVROLET and Matt for making it right. Thank you.

I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe on April 6th from Concord Chevy. My mechanic couldnt check it out due to sheltering in place and illness until June. The photos show that the vehicle needed brakes at the time of sale. The service manager (Wes) refused to do a brake job. I didnt haggle on the price of the vehicle and paid what they asked. Itll cost me about $500 to get the brakes fixed. They also refused to replace the windshield wipers which were torn at the time of sale. Both issues are safety related. I sold cars for a dealership at one time and know right from wrong. This refusal to correct a safety issue is wrong. I will definitely NOT purchase another vehicle from Concord Chevy and I will pass along my VERY NEGATIVE experience to everyone I speak with. What galled me the most was that everyone seemed so nice while they were screwing me.

The CS at drop off is aces!I do have a problem with my service visit this time. A valve stem cover was left off a tire, now I will need to purchase a new one. My windshield washer fluid was not filled either. Small petty things yes! But still rather irritating!!

I took my car in for the Bolt battery problem. They led me to believe no work was needed because I had already set the charging to 90%. Yesterday I went to charge my Bolt because the Bolt was at 117 and I was going to drive quite a few miles. It did not allow me to charge the vehicle; message said the car was fully charged. It was set to 50 - 60%. I had to override it.

Dont buy your car here I just went here and parked in front of charger I have a Bolt and this guy came up to me and said what are you doing are you going to charge here, I said I can right I have a Chevrolet Bolt he said not if you bought your car here I said I bought it from here and this guy said you have to prove it and he asked who is you sales manager and when did you bought your car? OMG So I went to our Bolt FB group we have close to 65,000 members and told them exactly this and tell them to tell all their friends and relative about my experience. Good luck Concord Chevrolet.

Jim is excellent he have great customer service and make me feel comfortable about the service Im getting.
I made an appointment for an oil change and received an email confirmation. When I arrived (after rearranging my day to make my confirmed appointment) I was told that oil changes are on a first come, first served basis, and that there was no way for them to honor the confirmed appointment. This was at 3:40 and they close at 6:00. I am very disappointed by the lack of understanding on Concord Chevrolets part of the reservation/confirmation concept. Customer service and repeat business do not appear to be a priority at Concord Chevrolet.
Our customer service guy at Concord Chevrolet was great. His name is James Pegler and he is outstanding in his customer service. He took very good care of us, kept us informed of our progress and, most importantly, he recognized us as his previous customers. He knew us as soon as we drove up. Hes a keeper.

Had issue with my radio screen in my 2016 chevy cruze. They did diagnostic and offered me to change the screen over $1000. I did approve the work when they delivered the car it was working fine. 7 days later screen stopped working called them back and service advisor Jim Pegler told me there is nothing he can do he need to sell me 4 more hours of diagnostic time and within this 4 hours he might be able to locate the issue. I will complain to BAR as well.

Who wants to get up at 6:15 to be at the shop at 7 to get their wifes car service. I had too and I must say I was presently surprised that I was able to get the car registered to be service and service all within at hour or so. Oil change /tires rotated.That didnt get a five star because I had to pay 23dollers for the tire to be rotated.

Extremely rude and unprofessional sales associate. After discussing some minor cosmetic issues and potential paths forward, the sales representative became noticeably agitated and combative. They walked away saying we are done here. My wife and I were stunned, and felt like we were having a typical discussion about how to bring the car up to the expected finish as advertised. I would like to think the salesman was just having a bad day (The pandemic has put a ton of stress on all of us) but unfortunately his job is customer service, and in this case there was none. I will not recommend this business to others.
Let me start off by saying this was my first time purchasing a car so I had no idea what to do. I was in the market for a subcompact hatchback, which ultimately led me to the Chevy Spark. There were only two cars available near me, one was in Concord and the other was located in Novato. Because Concord was closest to me, I pursued the car located here rather than the other one, it also helps that it was advertised as only 16k! My situation was a bit complicated, mainly because I didnt know if I would be able to purchase the car in cash, or have to make monthly payments. Ultimately, my parents helped me decide to lease in instead. Justin was able to get me approved for the car (w/ no co-signer and an average credit score LOL) the day right after I did my credit application. Because I lived pretty far and I was busy that day of approval, I wanted to pick up the vehicle later that week, but do the down payment and paperwork that same day I was approved. Justin went the extra mile and delivered the car to me. Im very grateful that he took the extra effort to make sure I was satisfied with my car! Even when I found out I was missing my antenna (lol) I told Justin and he mailed one over that same day. Something that I am about a bit iffy about, however, is that I wasnt told that the price of the car would go up. Ill admit now that I should have asked and clarified what the total price of the car was, and thats something I know for the future.Overall, Justin made this experience 1000/10 and I highly recommend him to anyone who decides to purchase a vehicle at Concord Chevrolet! Hes genuine, well-mannered, not pushy at all(!!!), and ensures the customer gets the car they want!

It was a hassle free car buying experience— he listened and found the exact car we wanted, and his pricing was accurate and allowed us to just pull the trigger rather than worry about going back and forth a bunch of times. We got to the dealership after doing a lot of the work over the phone, and it took a total of 30 mins to complete the sale. Would highly recommend Jag to friends and family.

Booking online, check-in and service was great. The only problem we had was when my wife called to inquire about how long the service was going take, she had to call multiple times to get a hold of anybody. Ultimately she gave up.

These guys put the sleaze in sleazy used car lot.I called the dealership about a used Honda they had listed for $22789 to see if they could match or at least come close to online prices from several other dealers. (Car had been on their lot for two months.) Johnny said he would check with manager and call me back. After not hearing from him for a few days I called to check again and was told We cant take one nickel off the price.I noticed a week later they had dropped the price to $20451 so I made an appointment to inspect the car. When I got to the dealership Justin told me that they were getting ready to send car out to wholesaler since it had been there so long. I test drove the car and agreed to purchase at the new price. Justin went to talk to sales manager, then came back and told me that they wouldnt sell me the car for their advertised price. I would have to pay more if I wanted the car.I had to get away from this shady dealership.

I had my original service (recall and 37500 miles) the week before and a day after I received the service I had a service error message - Service Charging System needs service. This is a bad error message as my 2018 Volt slowly removes system access. I learned via the internet that it can be addressed by jumping the car.Upon jumping the car, it seemed to have fixed the problem. But 4 days later, the error message returned so I called into the dealership, who recommended I bring the car back in.The issue was determined to be the 12 V battery. I reviewed my original service scorecard and noticed that the 2 items for the 12 V battery it was checked as Not Applicable so I questioned why was this not tested or diagnosed during my original service. The service manager and technician were able to waive the labor and utilize a 20 percent discount coupon I had. I was happy with that and that they were able to resolve the issue.
Despite making a morning appointment and being on time so I could wait for completion of the service, the service on my Bolt electric car took nearly two hours. I am certain it would have taken longer if I had not begun to question the service representative, politely, but clearly, conveying my concern. The service essentially consists of rotating the tires and servicing the battery cooling system. That is far, far too long to spend in the waiting room (especially during COVID) for such a simple service. LOVE the Bolt - but the speed of service needs to improve.
I own a 2010 Camaro SS and I brought it to Concord Chevrolet to get the electrical problem fixed that was caused by a defective part that GM has been sued over once already & getting ready to get sued over it again. Cause GM sold the car knowing it had this defective part and knowing that these parts were going to fail before their time. Jim is the guy I worked with at Concord Chevrolet. He charged me $4,000 to replace the whole wiring harness. He charged me double what the wiring harness really cost. It cost $260 and he charged me $500, then $3,500 for labor. After giving them $4,000 when I got my car home I discovered that the cover to my engine was in the trunk of my car. I guess my $4,000 wasnt enough for them to be able to put it back together the way I dropped its off. My heat shield was never put on to protect the wires from melting again so id have to go get it replaced again in another six months. I feel that they set me up to have it fail again in the near future. I was very unsatisfied with the service and the attitude from their service team.
Dealership was fine. It was the reason I had to bring my car in that has me concerned. A broken rear axle with only 741 miles on the car has me greatly rethinking my purchase. What happened to quality control? Im fortunate that I heard an unusual sound and brought the car in for inspection.
