As you may know from a previous review, I purchased my current vehicle right before Covid shut down the world. Since that time, I barely drove 4,000 miles even as an essential worker. My car was still nearly perfect in its appearance. Then I was rear ended due to someone stepping off the curb where there was no cross walk and I had to stop right after starting to make a turn. The damage was just cosmetic luckily.Mikes auto body listened to my concern and frustration. It was clear that I have been taking very good care of the car and that I would be looking very closely at the finished work. Im still waiting for the paint to cure enough that I can apply a sealer or protective coating like ceramic. Without looking extremely closely and knowing where to look, the repair is essentially perfect. Im very pleased with the outcome.Im only including a photo of the damage. Trust me when I say that the repair is basically good as new. The photo attached was taken a minute or two after impact.Mikes Auto Body has my recommendation.

We took our vehicle here for body repairs after an accident. Since this was covered under our insurance, a lot of the documentation was sent directly to them, but they kept us informed of the progress throughout the repairs. The work was well done with one minor issue. One of the molding panels on the door must have been damaged during install. This was identified by their rep and the replacement has been ordered. Other than that, everything was great.

Vehicle was not repaired properly. It came back to me shaking and unstable. Was told they don’t cover it after doing the impact repairs after the car crash. Beware of bringing your car here they will not help you after saying it’s fixed. Bryan is a biased person. He lied to me and said my insurance company denied my second claim. My insurance company actually approved the work but he didn’t want to deal with it. Bryan basically looked at me and already didn’t believe because of who I am.

Mikes Auto Body did a great job in repairing my front headlight and panel. Cynthia at Mike Autobody kept me informed of the status and any issues it was a joy to work with. My car looked amazing when it was completed.

No communication whatsoever on status of repair or when completed. Had to call twice to find out that they were keeping it overnight to just replace the drivers side mirror.

My car looked great, they did a wonderful job with the repair. My one complaint is the amount of time it took in relation to the work performed...it was a small scratch that needed to be repaired, the number of days it took seemed excessive.

Nate is very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He keeps me well informed about the status of my BMW M4. The car runs like brand new after the service! Awesome customer experience!

Auto Body. I was side swiped on the freeway. Brought car in for repairs. They took a damaged rim swapped sides. Charged my insurance for fixing. Paint from other car is still on the rim. When I looked at the repair. I only looked at the side that was hit. I did not walk around the car. Please beware of this business. Take lots of pictures before and after.

Nate and the team at Mikes kick butt! They always do a great job and really care about your car. Highly recommend this place. Unfortunately Ive been twice in 2020 due to some rotten luck and they have gotten me back in my car quickly, and my car looks like nothing has ever happened to it.

They damaged my girlfriends vehicles roof and shift knob. Now she shifts and it pops off (manual trans) while she drives. We were there for the front bumper to be fixed. Now Im in a back and forth with them and BAR due to the damage. And if you decide to go anyway at least do yourself a favor and dont talk to Brian, hes the one who blew me off and basically told me to deal with it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! Let me tell you why...When my car was still at my house, before it was towed, I was in awe of their excellent customer service. Over the phone, they did everything they could with the sweetest demeanor to find which one of their many locations could take my car in sooner. I ended up taking it to this Concord location and they got me all set up quickly, efficiently, and very kindly while also being knowledgeable and answering all my questions.When getting everything set up to have my car worked on, I mentioned to the receptionist that I needed to call my insurance to have it towed from my home, which may take a while. He said that THEY HAVE THEIR OWN TOW TRUCKS!!! One less hassle to deal with because dealing with insurance to get my car towed could have taken all day, if not multiple days. When they were on the way to get my car, they called me to let me know when they’d arrive. They arrived on time and once my car got to the shop, they called to let me know that it arrived.Once the estimate was done, I was sent a link with cost information and a status on progress. The cost information showed exactly how much the repairs were estimated to cost and how much insurance would cover, so right from the start I knew how much it would cost me (but I did understand that it was an estimate and it could change, even though it didn’t because my deductible was set and in the end it was exactly how much they said it was gonna be).Also after the estimate was done, they emailed me paperwork to sign electronically to legally allow them to work on my car. I easily signed everything on my iPhone in less than 3 minutes and right after submitting my signatures I got confirmation that they had received it and would begin working on my car shortly.Once they started working on my car, I got text messages EVERY DAY to let me know how the progress was going and when my car would be done. The ENTIRE TIME my car was being worked on, I knew the status of progress being made and I had complete peace of mind EVERY DAY throughout the entire process. I appreciated it SO much!!Their estimated time of completion was SPOT ON. They really did everything they could to make sure they got my car finished when they said they would. They even told me how they searched high and low to find the parts my car needed and to make sure they arrived as quickly as possible.I knew my car wasn’t going to be ready until 5:00, which is what they had been telling me for days, but because of my and my family’s availability to give me a ride, I had to get there around 2:45. I chose to wait there in their lobby for a couple hours, which was totally fine and totally by choice because I wanted my family to drive me instead of having to pay the Surge pricing on Uber. The receptionists were so friendly to me while I was waiting there for hours and we talked and made each other laugh; it was honestly the best 2 hours I’ve ever spent in a lobby of any business ever. Also they have coffee and cold water and lots of magazines!The only way their service could have been ANY better was if THEY paid ME! ...OH WAIT. PLOT TWIST. THEY DID.They gave me a gift for my patience, which was honestly completely unnecessary because I chose to wait there when I knew my car wouldn’t be ready for another 2 hours but I appreciated the gesture so much!! Just goes to show how much they appreciate their business and their customers.All throughout their lobby they have plaques and certificates of their achievements in the industry over the years and to be honest it’s no wonder they have them all. They went above and beyond fixing my car,it really got messed up from the !!!!! I was in an accident involving the front of my 2017 Honda CRV being totalled. I immediately took my car to the guys and within a couple weeks time my car was brand new like I drove it off the lot.. beautiful customer service, great with keeping you informed and up to date with everything going on with your vehicle. Nate the Assistant Manager there took care of me like I was a friend, he even offered to pick me up and drop me off from my house 7 miles away. I will most definitely be referring them to anyone who needs.. I havent looked at any reviews but if any of them are negative I dont see how that could possibly be.. I had repairs done at this place before. My car was deemed too old to get parts for so they decided that they didnt want to use reconditioned parts. First were available so I wound up taking my car to another auto repair place who was able to do the job. Mikes customer service is poor at best.

Mikes Auto body on Fremont Street in Concord is a very nice facility with awesome staff personell.

While they do decent body work, customer service is kinda poor. Also, they made a repair on a vehicle, and that vehicle was sold. The repair was faulty, and the new owner can’t get them to fix it. But, they would gladly give you a pay out of pocket estimate! To fix their fault, they will charge the new owner of the vehicle. Kinda shady warranty of your work. I think if they truly feel that they do quality work, they would at least say “yeah, our bad, we will fix it”. I totally understand that if the new owner messed things up, but in this instance, it is on them.

Amazing experience getting my front bumper replaced. The staff were courteous and kept me in the loop via text during every step of the repair process.

For those of you who immediately identified with the bizarre Suburu ad some years back featuring an adorable Labrador pooch... this review may be useful. Others click past and save your time now. Though one (hopefully) cannot actually compare what one feels for their four-wheeled companion to their four-legged one... if yours has long been a pivital part of your (several generation) family and loyal to a (multi century) fault, the decision to put him/her down can be scary and painful. Don Herbert and his intensely knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and tireless team at Mikes on Fremont Street was exceptional through mine. Through the multiple phone calls, emails, visits and estimate rework I put these folks through (Please dont.) trying to come to grips with losing my... Red... their service never faltered. During those visits I witnessed dozens of interactions of folks dropping off/picking up and noticed lots of the same kinds of golden rule stuff even with the detail-sentimentalists types like me. See Don - but hey, dont tell him I sent you. ;-)

Ive never had a problem, always good professional efficient service and good work on my car. last time I had two accidents and made an insurance mistake and staff cleared it up with insurance company, which took their extra time and time is money made or lost. Usually I call Mikes first to give claim # and be sure I bring the car in at a not heavy time, and reserve a car at Enterprise a few blocks away...both before I drive there.

My car was in repair 26 day, they not fixed my car, I am returning my car 3 times after 26 day service.I think the farmers insurance not care at all .After 31 days1) my truck camper leak2 )stearling wheel not straight, turn to left side3) brakes fluid from fixed wheel leaking4)multiple scratch on carBut most important is having brake fluid leak and former insurance after 2 days I wassend pics leaking brake fluid the send me @ (I received your photos. I will review them with the shop and get back with you. Thank you and have a great weekend)

Horrible customer service. They like to set appointments for work the insurance company hasnt confirmed yet, and then drop you off a a car rental place that cant give you a car, because, the car rental place didnt get approval either. Overworked and angry fast food workers regularly show more concern when they screw up than Mikes Auto Body does.

I had to bring my vehicle back to them 5 times. Im filing a lawsuit because they lied about the circumstances of a repair the should have done. On a second vehicle, being a insurance repair, went back three times. The first time because the rear bumper was not attached. Imagine going out of a parking lot and your bumper falls off! Even the insurance agent I was working with, said she would have never recommended getting a car repaired there.

Went in to get an estimate for an auto body repair through usaa. They missed 2 damaged parts and completely underestimated by about $2500. I believe theyre on usaas list for administrative ease only, not for expertise, care, or quality.

If I could give 0 stars I would, poor customer service had to switch over to another shop because of Yolanda. She has a bad attitude and she would hung up on me and when I’m not done talking. I had to call my insurance and have them issue the check to a different auto shop. Unprofessional!
