Our car was rear-ended (nothing too major) and we just got our Tesla X back and we are very happy with the job done! and I was very impressed with the person that handled our account - Jennifer. She knows her staff and kept us informed the whole time. I would come back again 100% (I hope I dont have to lol) Do business here with confidence!
David is the BMW whisper! He will answer all of your questions and keep answering them until your done. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
Worst Service !!! You’re better off taking your car to Joe Shmoe . The work here is terrible, slow & over priced. Supposed to be trained professionals. Haha wouldn’t get near this place. Save your self the headache . The director Kevin Miller should be fired for the way he thinks he can treat people ! Jokes up ! 0 Stars all the way . I guess a few dollars once is more important then repeat customers ! Good luck doing business in this manner !
Overall good shop, but you have to check carefully the quality and details. I repaired my BMW 435i Blue Estoril 2015 in March after a rear end collision at the rear left corner.1) Body repair: the alignment of the light and the bumper is almost good but still noticeable a slight difference compared to the other one, and the car was given to me with the side skirt not properly installed, but fixed the day after.2) Paint: color good but in certain light conditions sometimes noticeable little dust dots on a corners. In addition after a couple of month not using the car and washing it carefully, I noticed polish swirl marks. At the time of pickup it was raining, something very little was noticeable but associated to me to wax not perfectly applied. I asked to correct the polish and the shop was willing to satisfy my request without any additional cost. This is a good shop, but you have to check carefully the quality of the job and ask for details.
I’ve had body work done on two separate occasions at BMW Concord Collision. Both times I needed extensive paint work and both times my car has come out looking as good as new. Their ability to match and blend paint is incredible. Highly recommend!
Patient, informative and easy to work with. Hertz will pick you up at this location. You may also drop off your rental return at this location. This makes logistics so easy and painless! They use genuine BMW parts. My car came out looking perfect. Thank you Leah for holding my hand through the process.
I am so pleased with the people that work at the BMW Concord Collision Center!! These guys are amazing!! They do the best work ever. I just had the pleasure of purchasing a new BMW and they put a clear bra on my hood and other parts on my car and tinted my windows and my car looks amazing!! These guys are the real deal and they don’t mess around. From the second you walk in and are greeted from their kind receptionist and then helped from one of their amazing employees, you know you brought your care to the right place. I will never let anyone work in my car except for these guys. You don’t even have to own a BMW to have them do amazing things to your car!! Thank you guys so much and if you go, tell them Linda sent you. The lady with the M850i!! Cheers!!
Great job repairing my BMW. Looks brand new. Car was done on time and they even cleaned up for me. Looked better than when I dropped it off.
Great job guys
Took 5 days before they even looked at my car. Extremely expensive for no reason. Found another place to fix my BMW for a fraction of the cost and they kept in constant contact with me. It runs awesome.
Amatuers and THIEVES.BE WARY OF 5 STAR REVIEWS FROM PEOPLE WHO DO NOT LIVE IN THIS AREA OR ONLY HAVE ONE REVIEW. THE SHOP EMPLOYEES HAVE THEIR FRIENDS HELPING OUT THEIR RATINGS.Check your car! They STOLE my spare tire and tool set...everything gone.1. Amatuers at repair. Pros at being crooked.2. Damages were not completely repaired.3. Car was returned dusty dirty, probably so I wouldnt notice things until I washed it.4. Poor communication. I had to always initiate the communication with the young girl who was supposed to be my rep.5. Dings and scratches were sustained on my car while in their shop.6. Scratches to my side mirror where just buffed down to the plastic when it should have been repainted.6. Door seals and side trim not properly reinstalled so air was whistling through when on freeway. Had to get that redone...I went elsewhere.7. Door lock needed repair but youngster told me that because I had after market ornament on the door lock they were unable to repair the internal mechanism. Just bs.8. Alligment is off and I just know something is going to really wrong with that now. It clanks everytime I go over a bump.8.The bumper was supposed to be replaced but they just repainted it and I can still see the dent.My car was brand new. It IS made by BMW. I thought I was taking it somewhere where it would be treated right. I was wrong. Never again. Dont trust the dealership shop. They have guaranteed business all the time. Better to go to a reputable collision repair place. This shop worked hard to save my insurance co. money but not to repair my car or please me, the car owner.
Great experience from beginning to end. David was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you David for the great service!
Awesome!!! They went above and beyond to bring my beautiful BMW back to new. What a great group!!! I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately my car couldnt be fixed there because it was totaled but they were very honest with me and David my point man did a very good job
Friendly staff, helped me patch up a quick ding with no questions asked.
Best shop I ever visited!I had some damage to the rear bumper of my baby (2012 335i E92) that I started to research on getting repaired. I started by getting quotes all over the bay area. I received prices that were all over the place as one would expect. Although I did not want to overpay what was really important to me was the quality of the work. After extensive research on Yelp, BMWCCA, and BMW forums I found out that the BEST body shop in the bay area (possibly in all of California) to get your BMW repaired is BMW Concord Collision Center. After requesting my quote on Yelp I was contacted by Kevin Miller who ended up being the manager there. Not only was he super friendly and helpful he was willing to work with me on the price and get this, the quote he ended up giving me was the lowest I was given by any body shop in the bay! How is that for a pleasant surprise?! Everyone usually assumes going straight to BMW will be the most costly option but not at BMW Concord Collision! I made my appointment to drop off my baby and was recommended by Kevin to ask for Cameron who was my service adviser who was nothing but stellar. He came out to meet me immediately and informed me of everything that will be done and kept me up to date including pictures along the way! The shop is immaculate and all the employees are super friendly and helpful.Where better to get you BMW fixed then a certified BMW collision center?! Not only that these guys have been written up for their excellent work in BMW Roundel magazine and many other publications. They are so good that people bring them their non BMW vehicles!Big thanks to the man Kevin Miller! You run an amazing shop and I am lucky to have found you guys. My rear bumper looks like the day it rolled off the assembly line thanks to Kevin and his amazing staff. You have a customer and advocate for life!
Side mirror fixxed for free with the insured that covered
I just have great things to talk about BMW Concord Collision Center, They were excellent, always giving updates on what was happening and what was he doing with the car!
Did the repairs really well
Excellent service, everything was done as expected it looks great and thank you for the prompt service.
I brought my 2002 BMW to this facility after someone hit me from behind while I was at a stop sign. This car is my baby and I wanted to best service for it. The person who hit me was not insured, so my Insurance company Travelers said they would help me. BMW originally quoted approximately $4500.00. My Insurance company agreed on the price and I brought my car to them Monday morning November 28, 2016. At this point I believed my car was being repaired. I received a phone call from my Insurance company Monday December 5, 2016 stating BMW raised the price to over $7,000. and the car needed to be totaled. I was in shock since the damage was to the back bumper and the trunk was out of alignment, certainly not enough damage to total the car. I informed my Insurance company I did not want it totaled and would take it elsewhere. I contacted BMW and spoke with Renzo. Renzo stated they had someone ready to pick it up. I explained I did not want the car totaled. Renzo stated it would take a while to place the trunk and bumper back on the car. I asked him to let me know when it would be ready and he said by Wednesday December 7th. I then was informed by my Insurance company BMW was going to charge me $250.00 per day for storage. I really lost it then, as the entire first week I thought my car was being repaired, so why would I need to pay for storage? I finally got that resolved by their Manager, but my car was not ready as promised. They did provide me with a loaner which I appreciated, but I really wanted my car back. I finally picked it up Friday December 9th. Meanwhile, my Insurance company paid them $3291.14. and the check was cashed. Travelers Insurance is waiting for the check to be returned, so I can be reimbursed and have my car fixed. Travels Insurance and I have been trying to follow up with BMW Collision, but no one is responding. I would never use their service again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
Thank you David for getting my car in and out so quickly. She looks great.
Nice friendly staff
