Mike & Jessica were AMAZING!!!!! I’m not even exaggerating, they were so helpful and I just felt in my heart that they were really genuine. It was my first time getting my own car and they helped me, didn’t rush me and never lead me a stray. I appreciate them so much, they really made me feel like I have a family in concord & that I never have to feel hesitate about calling when there is a question about my car. Great service & amazing people. Just amazing & I was so thankful for their services ❤️❤️❤️

Mike is great! Made a quick appointment for brakes & putting on some new tires. They were quick & friendly, not to mention, very reasonable prices. The waiting area is new and has a TV to help pass the time (AC too - its hot outside). I wont hesitate to return. Thanks guys!

Give them 20k and no in house financing needed and wouldnt even fill the tank! Because im already losing money on this deal . Stated by Mr Greene. I guess when its not in his favor the customer loses. Another 40 bucks out of my pocket to get home. Drove 3 hours one way! #bringgasmoney

As a carpenter that works for himself, my truck is the most important tool I have. Not only do I spend more time in it than I’d like, (40-50,000 miles a year), without it I can’t get me or my tools to the job site. Mike and his guys understand that. They are great at diagnosing the problem the first time so I don’t have to go back over and over again. Once the repairs are done I know that’s it’s done right and going to last. They always do their best to get my truck back to me as quick as they can, even staying a little late to make sure I can get to work the next day. I also get tires for all my vehicles there. Not only are his prices in line with the major tires shops, but he won’t put any tire on just to make a sale. He makes sure that it’s gonna do what I need. He recommended a tire that gets better traction at job sites so I won’t get stuck as often, quieter on the road, is good for as many miles as the tires I was going to get, but they were less expensive. A major tire shop won’t do that!!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Im not usually one to leave a negative review because I know how much it can hurt a business but I really feel led to make sure others know how this business operates. My husband spent several months looking for a used car for when our daughter turned 16. We knew we wanted something used, reliable and not a lot of mileage. Less than a year ago, we visited Mikes dealership and ended up purchasing a vehicle. Several weeks later, my daughter and I went to pick up the license plate and while we were driving, the heat stopped working. Since we were there, I asked Mike to take a look at it. He said all it needed was some anti-freeze. So we added anti-freeze but since then it has never fully worked properly going from hot to cold and back to hot. Several weeks after that, my husband noticed her tires looking worn down. Instead of going back to the dealership, we just replaced all the tires. Ultimately, we want our daughter to be safe. We probably shouldve gone back to Mike but we both felt like it wouldnt accomplish anything. Its almost been a year now and there have been so many issues I couldnt begin to list them here. The last and final straw occurred just a few months ago when the electrical system began shutting down causing a host of more serious problems and now that its getting cold, the heat isnt working again. All of this in less than one year. I understand its a used car and issues can come up but we really believe Mike knew about the issues when he was attempting to sell it to us. I dont know how a business can continue operating like this and be successful, which is why I decided to leave a review. In my opinion, he should stick to inspections and oil changes because apparently thats where he gets the 5 stars.

The best service I’ve ever received! They identified the problem, and repaired my vehicle the same day due to an urgent problem. Mike went above and beyond to ensure we were accommodated in every way possible. If you are searching for a professional establishment that completes repairs quickly, values their customers, doesn’t over charge, and has family values this is the place! Drive away, you’ve gained a loyal customer. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience buying my car through this company. The staff was very friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived. They were honest and straightforward about the vehicle I was interested in, and even let me take it for 24 hours to my own mechanic before purchasing to confirm that there was no damage and that nothing was being hidden. I now have a quality vehicle for a good price and I enjoyed working with Driveaway in the process.

Our very human behavior makes us hurry to let everyone know of a negative experience or express our frustrations when we think or feel we have been treated unfairly. That’s why when we read reviews, there are more negatives than positives. Somehow it doesn’t rise on our ladder of prioritizing our time and efforts and quickly passes our memory. And, I must admit, other than the professional reviews I’m contracted to conduct, I rarely express either. If it’s negative, we should share that directly and at least provide that business with an opportunity to exercise effective customer service. Late yesterday afternoon, we were exasperated once again after enduring yet another day of disappointing appointments of previewing used cars to purchase. An unexpected event placed us in an unprepared situation. Taking a break, and scrolling thru the ads once again, getting that glazed over feeling as they all began too run together one more time. But, you persevere, believing that if you continue to look, you will eventually be led to the one waiting to become your new wheels. The bright blue little car caught my husbands attention. Looking at the details, it seemed possible, maybe, familiar with the area indicated by the address, it wasn’t far. Off we went. MUCH to our SURPRISE, we were greeted with a rarity. A sincere and genuinely kind considerate man. As we chatted about the obvious, fairness prevailed. Mike and Jessica Greene and their team were the epitome of what a small business should exude. It was the end of their business day, and we were not the last transaction. Their patience, attention to detail assuring all the paperwork was properly completed was exceptional. No half day waits or 12 inch tall stacks of forms. We chatted about business and the challenges such a family business faces as they grow. How refreshing to see this team realize the diligence and discipline it takes to build what they have and what they will become. To observe their true and real business persona step out in front, extend a hand, smile and conduct business is why I do what I do. Please stop in for service, vehicle shopping, or just to exchange a little motivation, you will be pleasantly surprised! Thank you Mike, Jessica and your team! Kudos! Job well done!

Pros: Nice guys and quick. They will call you to let you know what they need to do and the cost before doing it.Cons: What they tell you is different than what they do, heres my story...My fuel pump went bad and made the car stop. Before I found this out, I took my car to these guys. They looked at it and said the problem was a wire that runs from the fuel pump to the engine. They said the wire was pinched and they had to replace the wire and the fuse. They charged me $210 for this. I went on my way and 25 days later, the same problem. I took it back to them and they told me that they had to replace the whole fuel pump. They replaced the fuse that burnt out again and charge me another $50 for that.I took the car to another shop. They disassembled all the seats to get to the wires and they showed me how no cable had ever been replaced. All of the cables were the original ones (you can see it clearly in a car with 120k miles). This new shop then showed me the fuse and the cost for it is $9.50. This is when I discovered that Driveaway Automotive had charged me $260 total for only changing 2 fuses which took them 2 minutes and cost $20.

Purchased a 2014 car for my daughter 6 months ago from Mike Greene at Driveaway Automotive. Mike portrayed himself as being a trustworthy businessman that prides himself on doing the right thing. Since purchase I have contacted him a couple of times regarding one of the tires needing to be filled on a regular basis, and he pushed it aside, blaming the air loss on temperature. I finally took the car to another shop that discovered that this particular tire was dated from09 (on a 2014 car) and that it had dry rot. I contacted Mr Greene with this information. His response was buy a new one...I sell them, followed by I sold you a USED CAR! That means that there are parts that are not NEW!Not quite the guy that he sold himself as... be very cautious when dealing with this honest guy! This is what the 8 year old tire with dry rot on the 3 year old car looked like after the black tire dressing used to hide the dry rot wore off:

Terrible auto shop. The owner is a sleazy salesman not someone who cares if your vehicle is in proper condition. They will take shortcuts and still bill your for the labor while they are relaxing. Not honest.... An owner who could care less if your car is broken down in the middle of nowhere as long as he has your money in his pocket.
