I really love this place! It was much cheaper than the other place I went. Phyllis was absolutely wonderful! She walked me through what I needed to do and showed me some tricks. Will come back every time!

The washers lasted longer than my matching timer! The dryers were even better! The lady who staffed the hours I went, shouldve been a therapist! She could talk to anyone with ease!

Ive been going to Laundromats almost my whole life. Now with that being said I have a usual spot I love to go to but they apparently changed their hours and I was left having to find another place instead (would have waited till next day if I could have). My first impression was it was very tiny, unclean, and not many washers other then those really tiny ones. No biggie though, I chatted with the 2 ladies in there at the time and waited for a washer to be free. There is no staff, there are just little posters on the wall saying to call phyllis if there are any issues. Well there werent any issues while I was there until who I assume was Phyllis showed up. Now I noticed an older man come in and he just sat in the corner with his mask half off his face. Once again not my business so long as he stays away from me. But then an older lady came in... She talks to the older man that was sitting in the corner and I see them pointing and talking about clothes in a cart. So heres where things went weird. The older man pointed to another man that was in there at the time with his young son maybe about 4 or 5. The lady who came in then starts asking the man with his son why would he leave his laundry there sense last week??? Im confused at this point much like the man because I watched him wash those clothes today and he just pulled them out the dryer. He told her that..but apparently his word was nothing so I said excuse me I seen him just pull that stuff out like 2 minutes before you walked in. She is still going in on this man as though he didnt tell her thats not possible and as though I didnt tell her I had seen. She starts opening his laundry bag and starts going through his things and I finally came over and asked her what she was doing??? She tells me she owns the place and that he has left these clothes sense the last time he was here. So Im like no he didnt. You have cameras according to the posts on the wall and if you go back and look you will see you are wrong. After she rifles through his things she finally realizes her error. She came in ready to confront someone over leaving their laundry and was completely wrong. The clothes she was talking about were not bagged up but they were folded in a cart off to the side so not the right cart, not the right man, and not the right clothes. I wont lie I definitely lost it and told her that her behavior was insane and I for one would never come back and I most definitely will not be. Maybe if she had at the least apologized to the man for her mistake I wouldnt even be writing this review but apparently her pride would not allow that even though she was obviously in the WRONG. Her and the older man that was just sitting in there left together without saying a kind word to the man she verbally attacked while with his young son. This kind of behavior is ridiculous. Especially for someone that should be grown and especially to come at the man like she did in front of his child just mind boggling. If I could I wouldnt even give this place 1 star. Never will you have to worry about me coming into your establishment again Phyllis!!!! But to that man and his son, I hope you both have a wonderful day and dont ever let other people make you feel some type of way. You sir are better then me.

Not bad prices. The dryers dry fast. The laundromat has no AC though.

How did use with this Laundromat before didnt have an issue the last time I went was nothing but a problem the machines I used left all my clothes soapy and I had to rewash them in another machine. Called about the issue and They never My call.

I was treaty very Rudely after putting too much soap in the washer. The owner loud talked me in front of other customers, I’m a senior citizen and retired nurse . I will never wash here again. What a way to treat a customer 😩😩

I’m giving 4 stars because it’s so hot in there I almost passed out it’s 85 degrees today inside the laundry mat it’s 101, so if You have health problems go somewhere else until the winter time by then I will have a washer and dryer cos today was a wake up call for me thanks

This place is great! Its usually very quiet. The owner is very sweet and is easily accessible in case something goes wrong or you need help. There are vending machines and a tv that is always on while you wait, and there is a single person (and wheelchair accessible) restroom at the back.

Cute little place offering basic services. The large capacity washers and dryers make short work of your laundry.

The laundry mat had plenty of washers and dryers. It was very clean and the owner was super nice and very helpful. The prices where right in line with the price of other laundry mats. They had seating and the chairs where comfortable. Only issue is the location does not have a lot of parking so you may have to park in a side lot.

I was immediately greeted by a very sweet lady who seemed to be in charge of the place. She showed me which machines would work best for what I had and even let me know that I could fit a little more in a large washer than what I had to save me money! She went above and beyond in helping me out, which was so kind because I was definitely in unfamiliar territory and needed to get some large linens taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend this establishment to others! Clean, kind and convenient!

The owner of this laundromat is very considerate! She is totally willing to help you with your laundry, she makes good conversation, and keeps her machines, cart, and facility nice for guests use. The prices are reasonable and you can get your laundry done fairly quickly!

The place is neat and convenient, right off the west broad street. The owner is a terrific lady and goes out of her way to help when needed with the laundry machines. There are also a lot of washers and dryers here so you would really never need to wait when you come in here.

Our go-to spot for laundry since moving to 228. Clean place to catch a podcast while the chore gets done.

I love this laundromat for many reasons, the lady who owns it is a wonderful Christian woman, prices are amazing, clean environment( for west side especially ), and you can just feel the holy spirit in the place . God bless you and your familys

Me and my husband came here there was no one in sight. We had to wash our clothes twice as the washers didnt wash our clothes very good. The dryers are good though, but Im not coming back.

Staff helps with any questions about doing laundry there. Fairly cheap to use based on my experience.

Decently clean. Some of the washers detergent spot was pretty gross.

Only one other person in here with me, its early in the morning on a Wednesday. Its $2.50 to wash and .25 to dry. Seems expensive to me but I havent had to wash my clothes in a laundromat for a long time. Its nice and quiet.
